The FTS 3.0 is evidently off to a scintillating start, and this is just the beginning!

Day 1 Recap

The Final Table Series 6.0 promises over ₹24 Crores in guaranteed value, of which a gigantic ₹19.76 Crores is to be awarded in the 59 FTS tournaments. All FTS champions will receive medallions, including 1 diamond, 19 gold, and 39 silver.

Day 1 had the top poker talent in the country vying for a share of the ₹1,79,60,100 guaranteed across five featured FTS tournaments. The competition was break-neck as the top regs jostled for a spot on the final table and a chance at bagging the top-heavy payouts and FTS glory.

FTS Flagship Winners

The defending Millionaire Series Main Event champion Vinayak Bajaj headlined the Day 1 proceedings. Bajaj fired three bullets in the Day 1 headliner, ₹55K buy-in FTS #4 Thursday Grande (6-Max) and trampled over the 112-strong field (73 unique), bagging his first FTS gold medallion, and a ₹13.91* Lakhs paycheque – his third-best online score. In the final moments, Bajaj chopped the title heads-up with ‘IveyLeague9009’ (anonymity requested) (2nd for ₹13.32 Lakhs). Along with the title, Bajaj also advanced to the ₹10 Lakhs GTD The Masters Table scheduled for March 13 (8 PM).

Young Gun Laksh Pal Singh was another breakout winner. The IOPC 10.0 The Crown champion stormed past a 552-strong field (268 unique) in the ₹50 Lakhs GTD FTS #3 Thursday Titan, clinching his maiden FTS title for ₹9.10 Lakhs and securing a berth on the much-anticipated The Masters Table. Here again, a heads-up deal brought the tournament to a close, and Akshat Sharma landed a runner-up payday of ₹8.40 Lakhs.

The third player who rode high on Day 1 was Vaidik Murhar. The lesser-known Murhar decimated a massive 2,582-player field in the series-opener ₹25 Lakhs GTD FTS #1 Big Bang, boosting his online poker scorecard with a bang! He won his first-ever FTS title for a personal-best ₹4.38 Lakhs, beating ‘insufficient funds’ (2nd for ₹2.43 Lakhs) heads-up to recover all his site losses.

By winning the series opener, Murhar was officially the first player to secure a seat in The Masters Table. The massive turnout in the tournament ensured Murhar the most TLB points of the day, pushing him into an early lead on the FTS 6.0 Leaderboard.

FTS Marquee Winners

Ganesh Kamat converted a ₹550 satellite investment into a career-best ₹3.07 Lakhs payday with a thumping victory in the ₹15 Lakhs GTD FTS #5 Turbo, also bagging his first FTS silver medallion.
