It was a blockbuster Sunday to ring in the holiday season! It’s been a while since we had two ₹1 Crore GTD tournaments on a Sunday, and yesterday did not disappoint. Spartan Poker’s Winter Celebration Series’ and Adda52’s ‘Series of Legends’ wrapped up in style, making for an electrifying day of MTT action!

Harsh Bubna emerged as the day`s biggest winner as he won the ₹1 Crore GTD Patni Millionaire for a personal-best ₹16.12 Lakhs, pushing his online earnings north of ₹2 Crores. rishabh52 finished runner-up for ₹11.56 Lakhs.

Rising Star Ritwik Khanna has been in stellar form lately, and last night, the 24-year-old sattied his way to victory in the Moz Roller. His ₹3,000 satellite entry returned an insane ROI, fetching him a career-best ₹15.40 Lakhs. Harsh Dembla locked in a second-place payout worth ₹9.24 Lakhs.

The NPS Golden Rush champion Vivek Bajaj added another title to his glittering resume by taking down Spartan Poker’s ₹1 Crore GTD WCS #95 – The Millionaire – Main Event for ₹12.08 Lakhs. He chopped the title three-way with Nitesh Katiyar (2nd for ₹10.95 Lakhs) and Sanish Chhabra (3rd for ₹10.49 Lakhs & 11th for ₹1.07 Lakhs)!

PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Munot made it back in the spotlight after winning the WCS #92 – Sunday Superstack for ₹8.50 Lakhs. He also finishes seventh in WCS #95 – The Millionaire – Main Event for ₹2.35 Lakhs, lapping up ₹10.86 Lakhs overall!

Young Gun Anuj Yadav has been in indomitable form recently and made quite a splash last night, moving up to the #1 spot in the December leaderboard rankings. The first player to win The Millionaire thrice, Yadav shipped PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for ₹4.22 Lakhs and raked in ₹7.55 Lakhs yesterday, after placing fourth in Spartan Poker’s WCS #92 – Sunday Superstack for ₹3.38 Lakhs.

The PokerStars India flagships were both claimed by the annual leaderboard toppers. Laksh Pal Singh was the second PokerGuru Ambassador to win a Sunday flagship title yesterday and shipped PokerStars India’s Sunday Special PKO for ₹2.87 Lakhs. Manish Lakhotia championed the Sunday Highroller for ₹2.54 Lakhs.

The crowning glory of the final day of Spartan Poker`s Winter Celebrations Series – ₹1 Crore GTD WCS #95 – The Millionaire – Main Event – brought the curtains down to the inaugural series last night. The former SSS Main Event champion Vivek ‘Kill Ivey’ Bajaj was the last player standing and won the title for a jaw-dropping ₹12.08 Lakhs. He chopped the title three-way with Nitesh ‘KATIYAR11’ Katiyar (2nd for ₹10.95 Lakhs) and Sanish ‘Sanish21’ Chhabra (3rd for ₹10.49 Lakhs & 11th for ₹1.07 Lakhs).

Vivek Bajaj has a litany of flagship titles under his belt – including The Elite, Sunday Superstack, SSS Main Event, and NPS Golden Rush, and last night’s run helped him cross the ₹1 Crore mark in recorded winnings on Spartan Poker!

The ₹5,500 entry buy-in The Millionaire Main Event logged in 1,767 entries across five starting flights, filling in a significant ₹11.65 Lakhs in overlays. Day 2 commenced at 10 PM yesterday, with 255 players (178 unique) returning to the fray.

The inaugural INCOOP champion Sanish Chhabra scored in four more events, netting ₹12.21 Lakhs in Sunday earnings.

The final table of the WCS – The Millionaire – Main Event was a star-studded one, to say the least. India’s poker pioneer, Aditya ‘Yennefer’ Agarwal, fresh from his WSOP 2021 stint, came close to claiming his career-first Millionaire title and fell three places short, settling down for a fourth-place finish worth ₹4.87 Lakhs. Young Gun Devang ‘THENERDGUY’ Yadav (6th for ₹3.08 Lakhs) and the former The Prestige champion Suraj ‘MR.BEAST’ N Yadav (8th for ₹1.66 Lakhs) also FT-ed the event.

PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish ‘Donkey 07’ Munot stormed his way to the top in the ₹40 Lakhs GTD WCS#92 – Sunday Superstack and won ₹8.50 Lakhs. ‘Usbcable’ came second for ₹5.65 Lakhs. With this win, Munot ended an almost three-month-long dry spell. He also final-tabled the WCS#95 – The Millionaire – Main Event (7th for ₹2.35 Lakhs), raking in ₹10.86 Lakhs in Sunday winnings.

The ₹8 Lakhs GTD WCS#94 – Money Heist registered 799 entries and saw the mystery user ‘Abakasa’ walking away with the title and the ₹1.53 Lakhs up-top. ‘habzera’ placed second for ₹96,320.

Mohsin ‘gongo’ Shaikh overcame a field of 985 entries in the ₹5 Lakhs GTD WCS#96 – The Punch – Value – Main Event to win the ₹94,200 top prize. ‘DONKT@RD’ finished runner-up for ₹57,300.

Siddharth ‘cooking_nuts’ Gangwar (Won WCS#91 – Monster Stack ₹4 Lakhs GTD for ₹78,239), Sai ‘LemonShot’ Ganesh Reddy (Won WCS#97 – Reloaded ₹2.25 Lakhs GTD for ₹43,328), Pranay ‘CurbYour3bets’ Chawla (Won WCS#93 ₹1 Lakh GTD for ₹22,493), and ‘111kundan’ (Won Striker ₹18K GTD for ₹4,768) shipped the other WCS titles on the last day of the series.

After 12 days of exciting action, the WCS Feature Leaderboard standings saw Rising Star Ritwik Khanna topping the charts, and he won ₹2.50 Lakhs for his consistency. ‘NoConnection’ ranked #2 to collect ₹2 Lakhs, while the winningest player of the year, Gaurav Sood, locked in ₹1.50 Lakhs for his third-place finish.

After an action-packed eight hours and 39 minutes of play, PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh ‘B00MTilt23’ Pal Singh clinched the title for ₹2.87 Lakhs (includes ₹1.52 Lakhs in bounties), with Ram ‘TheLagLawyer’ Kakkar placing runner-up for ₹1.57 Lakhs (includes ₹21,641 in bounties).

The event ran eight starting flights, registering a total of 1,851 players to witness an overlay shortfall of 7.45 Lakhs. A total of 192 survived through to Day 2, and since double stacks were removed, 184 unique survivors returned for the Finale at 10 PM yesterday. It took five-and-half hours for a champion to be crowned, and claiming the bragging rights was none other than Harsh ‘harsh1327’ Bubna, who pocketed a career-best 16.12 Lakhs. With the victory, Bubna crossed 2 Crores in online winnings! The user ‘rishabh52’ finished runner-up for 11.56 Lakhs.

Rising Star Ritwik ‘ritwik27’ Khanna was another player who hit several career milestones yesterday. The 24-year-old poker player converted a 3,000 satellite ticket into a career-best 15.40 Lakhs payday in the 55 Lakhs GTD Moz Roller (named after Young Gun Gaurav Sood). The 24-year-old poker pro outlasted the 183-strong field, relegating Harsh ‘BuddhaBhikari’ Dembla to a runner-up finish for 9.24 Lakhs in prize money. The 30,000 buy-in event experienced an overlay shortfall of 5.59 Lakhs.

Walking away with the lion`s share of the prize money was the former IOPC #135 Sunday Prime champion Himanshu ‘pirateking7’ Arora, who grabbed the top prize of 2.35 Lakhs after beating Prashant ‘prashant1703’ Pandagre (2nd for 1.72 Lakhs) heads-up. The win boosted Arora’s lifetime winnings to 2.36 Crores.
