If you are a poker player, there`s a very slim chance you haven`t heard of ‘The EndBoss.’ The standalone multi-flight tournament took the poker community by storm last April. With a ₹5 Crores guarantee and a life-changing ₹1 Crore assured to the winner, PokerBaazi’s ambitious new event was a runaway success. And guess what?! This landmark tournament will be making a rerun this October as part of PokerBaazi`s seventh-anniversary celebrations.
The EndBoss 2021 will be making a five-day run from October 20 to 24 on PokerBaazi, featuring the same ₹5 Crores prize pool guarantee at an entry buy-in of ₹11,000. The only change this time around is an extra starting flight – there are now five flights to get in on the action.
Commenting on the announcement of The EndBoss 2021, founder & CEO at Baazi Games, Navkiran Singh, said, “The EndBoss tournament is all about the excitement and thrill of being the biggest winner of the biggest standalone tournament in the country. Our first edition last year witnessed a grand success, and we are hoping that the second will be even bigger with the support and participation of our existing and new audience, including some of the most extraordinary poker players in the country. We look forward to crowning another EndBoss.’’
The Crorepati tag is the most significant selling point of The EndBoss. Most regulars will remember Abhishek Maheshwari, a recreational poker player from Pune, who won the inaugural The EndBoss for a career-defining ₹1 Crore.
All players dreaming about adding an eight-figure score to their bankroll should note that The EndBoss 2021 excitement takes off at 8 PM on October 20 with the first of the event’s five starting flights. All qualifying stacks converge for Day 2 on October 24 (9 PM).
Now, if the ₹11,000 entry buy-in seems steep for your bankroll, PokerBaazi offers a cheaper gateway into India`s biggest online tournament. Starting September 1, the online poker site is running step satellites to The EndBoss 2021 for just ₹1. One mega-satellite priced at ₹550 will also run at 8.45 PM from Monday to Saturday, offering two tickets, and at 9 PM on Sundays, offering five tickets to Day 1A of The EndBoss.
Like in the inaugural edition, it would be safe to count on PokerBaazi to announce a more exhaustive satellite schedule, deposit offers, and contest giveaways for The EndBoss 2021 in due course.

PokerBaazi – Growing the Game
Over the years, we’ve witnessed PokerBaazi’s growth as a player-friendly site that gives impetus to amateurs and recreational players into the game. The strategy has helped it successfully create numerous tournament franchises like MoneyMaker, GameChanger, and Value Bomb.
2021 has seen PokerBaazi working aggressively on expanding its tournament portfolio, with the Asian Poker Tour (APT) India Online Series in January and the inaugural National Poker Series (NPS) in June – to name a few. The site has also upgraded to a new and improved app in May, coming to par with the industry-best offerings in-game experience.
While the domestic poker space has become increasingly competitive over the years, The EndBoss still holds the bragging rights of being India’s biggest poker tournament and the only one that promises ₹1 Crore to the winner. And now, you can qualify for this historic event for as little as ₹1.
Recap of The EndBoss 2020
PokerBaazi drew gasps last January when it announced The EndBoss at the helm of the Baazi Poker Tour (BPT) on-board Casino Pride 2 in Goa. While the industry experts gaped at the possibility of a ₹5 Crore tournament, the event didn’t just meet the guarantee; with a 5,847-entry field, it generated a bumper ₹5.87 Crores prize pool.
27-year-old Abhishek Maheshwari from Pune had made his way into the last starting flight of the event through a ₹1K satellite, and he converted that small investment into a life-changing victory. Despite entering the final table with a short stack, Maheshwari outlasted formidable and more experienced opponents and defeated Young Gun Neel Joshi heads-up to collect ₹1 Crore.
While we can certainly count on Maheshwari to be in attendance to defend his title, there’s no saying who will be the next The EndBoss.
