It was an exhilarating Sunday, all thanks to the 12th edition of the IOPC that had nine events playing down to a winner!

The showstopper of the day was the massive ₹1.50 Crores GTD IOPC – Blaze! Young Gun Kanchan Sharma emerged triumphant in the event, banking a career-best ₹18.59 Lakhs (cumulatively) following a five-way deal involving Amit Kaushik (2nd for ₹16.13 Lakhs), ‘Eggfrycurry’ (3rd for ₹15.89 Lakhs), Rubin Labroo (4th for ₹14.12 Lakhs) and Young Gun Neel Joshi (5th for ₹12.73 Lakhs)!

Another Young Gun, Siddhanth Kripalani, has been an unstoppable force this year, and he’s taken over the #1 position on the annual/monthly standings after winning the IOPC #22 Sunday Prime for ₹12.09 Lakhs.

Saurabh Rohila (Won IOPC #23 Sunday Spotlight for ₹5.50 Lakhs), Ankit Bajaj (Won IOPC – D’Lite for ₹4.13 Lakhs), Ashit Sharma (Won IOPC #26 for ₹1.81 Lakhs), Nishant Kumar (Won IOPC #20 for ₹1.58 Lakhs) & Young Gun Karan Radia (Won IOPC #21 for ₹80,221) won the other IOPC marquees yesterday!

Rahul Singroha shipped Adda52 Millions for a personal-best ₹7.22 Lakhs, and Rishab Malik finished runner-up for ₹4.30 Lakhs.

Anant Purohit championed the other Adda52 flagship, Mega Suits, for ₹6.55 Lakhs, while Mahesh Shyamsundar placed second for ₹3.82 Lakhs.

PokerStars India’s Winter Series After Party closed out its run yesterday with the former The Millionaire champion Ayush Garg taking down Winter Series-82 Main Event for ₹5.41 Lakhs.

Dhiraj Lakhotia took down PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for ₹4.97 Lakhs.

Puneet Sachan, Ankur Aryan, Satyam Prakash, Sandeep Varma, and Kripansh Khosla won the other Sunday majors.

Spartan Poker

A total of nine events crowned champions on Day 4 of the 12th edition of the IOPC.

Setting the temperatures soaring yesterday was the first ₹1 Crore+ GTD event of the series, the ₹1.50 Crores GTD IOPC – Blaze. The ₹8,800 buy-in event posted a jaw-dropping ₹1.89 Crores prize pool after clocking in 2,397 entries across six starting flights.

Day 2 had 342 players returning at 10 PM yesterday, with only 327 places assured a payday. After over four hours of play, our first and to-date only female Young Gun Kanchan ‘Midge Maisel’ Sharma walked away with the prestigious title and a career-best ₹18.59 Lakhs payday (cumulatively across two ITM finishes). She bagged the title after striking a five-way deal with Amit ‘deshominisation’ Kaushik (2nd for ₹16.13 Lakhs), ‘Eggfrycurry’ (3rd for ₹15.89 Lakhs), Rubin ‘imightwin’ Labroo (4th for ₹14.12 Lakhs), and Young Gun Neel ‘Worm33’ Joshi (5th for ₹12.73 Lakhs).

The top 79 places earned a payday. The former SSS The Millionaire champion Saurabh ‘darksider’ Rohila came out on top to win ₹5.50 Lakhs, ending an over four-month-long title drought. Harsh ‘aaja maal phuka’ Dembla placed runner-up for ₹3.45 Lakhs.

Day 4 of the IOPC brought a churn in the top order of the ₹1 Crore Leaderboard standings, with Ankit ‘ON_MY_MAC’ Bajaj jumping to the #1 position with 4,583 points. The FTS 3.0 leaderboard topper Vinay ‘BeepBeepImaJeep’ Rajpal (4,224 points) & former IOPC – The Millionaire champion Anurag ‘CultOfPersonality’ Srivastava (3,674 points) round out the top three positions on the current standings.

After a while, it restarted and played out normally. After seven hours and 33 minutes of play, ‘Manojmkm,’ ‘Rakesh000777’, ‘Prakashminj11’, ‘Surajpokerstar,’ ‘Ogamayaken,’ Saroj ‘Angrychidiya’ Chudasama, ‘vaibhi18’, ‘Vaibhav18’, ‘Sanju1982’, and ‘Nehranil49’ walked away as Lakhpati`s!

Winning the series-closer was none other than Ayush ‘Kyanaamrakhu’ Garg, who fired three bullets and carried the last one all the way to the end to win the title for ₹5.41 Lakhs. Yesterday`s IOPC #21 champion, Young Gun Karan ‘The Annihilator’ Radia, placed runner-up for ₹3.49 Lakhs.

The ₹11,000 buy-in event paid out 30 places a share from the ₹28.20 Lakhs prize pool. It took almost nine hours on non-stop gameplay before Rahul ‘qwerty3293’ Singroha emerged victorious and bagged his third-recorded title and a personal-best ₹7.22 Lakhs. The ever-consistent Rishab ‘rish1994’ Malik finished runner-up for ₹4.30 Lakhs.

Long-time circuit reg and one of January’s “Super Achiever” Anant ‘pro_baba’ Purohit was the other standout winner on Adda52. The Coimbatore-resident ran past 546 players to win the ₹25 Lakhs GTD Mega Suits for the second time for ₹6.55 Lakhs. Mahesh ‘mahikalra’ Shyamsundar collected ₹3.82 Lakhs in second place. Like the Adda52 Millions, Mega Suits also rode past the earmarked guarantee to collect a ₹27.30 Lakhs prize pool.

Anant Purohit ITM-ed another three events to rake in almost ₹8.71 Lakhs in total winnings. The poker pro had entered the ₹8 Crore Club earlier this month after winning The Ballers.

MPL Poker’s ₹3 Lakhs GTD Sunday Showstopper saw the ‘Radiation’ decimate a 218-entry strong field to win the title for ₹70,500. ‘Faiz an alam’ secured a runner-up payday worth ₹44,850.

Khelo365`s Sunday headliner, ₹1 Lakh GTD Big Bang, registered a 65-player field, and the user ‘Sahil’ walked away with the title and ₹31,000 in prize money. ‘Bennettdilip’ placed second for ₹21,000.

The ₹50K GTD Dominator was taken down ‘Billuchampat’ who topped the 78-entry field to win ₹15,500. ‘chinna9553’ came second for ₹10,500.
