In this feature, we bring you to the top three weekly, monthly, and yearly performers every Sunday. These rankings are based on cumulative winnings (cashes). Another riveting week of online poker has come to a close, headlined by the exciting wrap-up of PokerBaazi’s erBaazi’s Baazi Turbo Series 4.0 and the climax of ‘The Fantastic Five‘ – The MoneyMaker editions.

Ashish Munot (annual winnings – ₹2.55 Crores) continues to reign supreme in the Player of the Year (POY) race for a record twelfth week. Munot is currently representing India at the 2023 WPT Prime Vietnam and even came close to clinching the WPT trophy in the VN₫ 2 Billion GTD 8 Max Main Event Warm Up (3rd for VN₫ 165.05 Million), expectedly had a subdued week on the virtual felts. Nevertheless, Munot added just under ₹1 Lakh to his coffers, maintaining a ₹10 Lakh advantage over his nearest rival, Ankit Wadhawan (annual winnings – ₹2.45 Crores).

Wadhawan, on a formidable run, bagged an impressive near ₹9.84 Lakhs this week alone, accentuated by his victory in Adda52’s Nano Main Event that contributed ₹4.25 Lakhs to his bankroll. He also left his mark on four other final tables during this period.

Young Gun Gaurav Sood (annual winnings – ₹2.37 Crores) secures third in the annual POY rankings. His weekly earnings exceeded ₹12.46 Lakhs, with a significant chunk coming from his runner-up finish in The MoneyMaker 35.0, where he added ₹8.10 Lakhs to his kitty, despite losing the title to ‘tanmaylodha’.

As we gear up for the month’s finale, Ankit Wadhawan (monthly winnings – ₹60.97 Lakhs) comfortably leads the May leaderboard, claiming the fourth position among weekly high earners.

Advait Rajguru (monthly winnings – ₹43.35 Lakhs) has made a comeback to secure the second spot, pushing Shashank Shekhar (monthly winnings – ₹39.70 Lakhs) to third place.

The standout performer this week was Akshat Sharma (weekly winnings – ₹15.14 Lakhs), owing to stellar performances in Adda52’s Godfather and Spartan Poker’s Ultron. Gaurav Sood (weekly winnings – ₹12.46 Lakhs) and Sreekanth Narayan (weekly winnings – ₹11.16 Lakhs) round out the top weekly scorers in second and third positions, respectively.
