It was an explosive week on the virtual felts, and reigning supreme was poker phenom Sriharsha Doddapaneni and PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Munot!
The two-time Millionaire champion, Doddapaneni, was literally unstoppable this past week. The MTT crusher won both the High Roller and Super High Roller at the ongoing IOPC January edition, working up almost ₹60 Lakhs in monthly earnings (profit ₹48.01 Lakhs). Just enough to make it past PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Munot to grab the pole position in the January leaderboard standings.
Munot had a rather eventful week himself and came close to winning two IOPC titles. The PokerGuru Staking member was a prominent fixture on the live-streamed FT’s of the IOPC Millionaire Legends and the Super High Roller and lapped up an impressive ₹41.29 Lakhs in recorded winnings through the week (profit ₹32.25 Lakhs). Even without winning an event, his deep runs in the two flagship tourneys propelled him to the top of the weekly rankings, at the same time, booking him the #2 rank on the monthly leaderboard.
The #2 ranked player of 2020, Young Gun Arsh Grover, has made a great start in the New Year and occupies the #3 position in the January rankings.
The first-ever APT Online India Main Event champion Rajat Mahajan and the IOPC Millionaire Legends champion Aniket Waghmare are placed second and third on the weekly rankings.

PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Munot’s phenomenal run this week has placed him at the top of the weekly rankings. He is also a close second to Sriharsha Doddapaneni in the January leaderboard standings.
The 2019 WPT India Main Event champion featured in two of the ongoing IOPC’s live-streamed tourneys, namely the ₹1.75 Crores GTD IOPC#73 Millionaire Legends (runner-up for ₹22.15 Lakhs) and the ₹1.25 Crores GTD IOPC#97 Super High Roller (4th for ₹13.99 Lakhs). In case you didn’t notice, Munot also finished runner-up in Adda52’s ₹20 Lakhs GTD Deepstack Madness on January 24 for ₹3 Lakhs.
With ₹41.29 Lakhs in recorded winnings this past week, and a profit of ₹32.25 Lakhs, Munot must be rearing to play the massive guaranteed weekend tourneys lined up ahead.

Coming in at #2 on the weekly charts is Rajat Mahajan, who hit the headlines after becoming the first-ever APT Online India Main Event champion on January 26 for a personal-best ₹34.06 Lakhs! On the very next day, Mahajan shipped PokerBaazi’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD The Pride for ₹2.51 Lakhs, sending his weekly scorecard soaring to ₹37.44 Lakhs with a net profit of ₹32.78 Lakhs.
Mahajan currently boasts of ₹2.71 Crores in lifetime earnings.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise that poker legend Sriharsha Doddapaneni is on the verge of becoming the January leaderboard topper.
The 2019 WPT Big Bounty champion has clinched two IOPC marquees this month. His first title win came in the ₹1 Crore GTD IOPC#52 High Roller on January 22 for ₹21.55 Lakhs. He followed it up by shipping the ₹1.25 Crores GTD IOPC#97 Super High Roller precisely a week later, on January 29, for ₹33.92 Lakhs.
The two-time Millionaire winner has raked up ₹59.81 Lakhs in monthly winnings, taking his lifetime online winnings to ₹3.07 Crores. He also booked a net profit of ₹48.01 Lakhs, making him the winningest player in January.

PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Munot was in superb form throughout the week and deservingly claimed the top seat on the weekly rankings. His stellar run also helped him make the #2 spot in the January leaderboard standings.
Munot picked up an impressive eight final table finishes this month, and even though he did not champion any event, he still managed to pull out ₹53.76 Lakhs in monthly winnings and a profit of ₹32.07 Lakhs!

Young Gun Arsh Grover was one of the stars of 2020 who ranked #2 on the annual leaderboard last year. The Delhi-based pro has already FT-ed six tourneys in January, out of which two were title wins, namely PokerStars India’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD Highroller for ₹2.08 Lakhs and Adda52’s ₹30 Lakhs GTD Mega Suits for ₹6.02 Lakhs.
He got his big break in Spartan Poker’s ₹1.25 Crores GTD IOPC#97 Super High Roller on January 29, where he chopped the title with Sriharsha Doddapaneni to collect a career-best ₹30.57 Lakhs!
Grover’s January haul of ₹49.84 Lakhs (₹28.83 Lakhs profit) has pushed his online MTT scorecard over the ₹6.90 Crore-mark. You can count on reading his Super Achiever post on your newsfeed any day now.
