Another power-packed week of online MTT’s has passed us by bringing us to August’s last weekend. As always, it’s the biggest winner from last Sunday, the former Millionaire champion, Dhinesh Kumar, who tops the weekly charts for his victory in the Full House Finale worth a massive ₹25 Lakhs. With a lifetime tally of ₹1.9 Crores, Kumar is close to crossing the ₹2 Crore-mark in recorded online earnings.
Sitting at #2 on the weekly leaderboard is none other than the AOPS Full House Finale runner-up Jasven Saigal, with FMS Main Event champion Sumit Sapra rounding out the top three winners of the week.
Moving over to the monthly leaderboard, we have Srihari Bang retaining his seat on the top for the second week running. This month, he was unstoppable and notched up several massive scores, worth a cumulative ₹46.01 Lakhs in earnings. Bang springboarded his way to the top of the monthly leaderboard last week after placing second in the AOPS Main Event Finale. A slow run over the past seven days did not threaten Bang’s reign as he continues to feature among the top-ranked players on the annual charts.
The MoneyMaker runner-up Vikranth Varma and ‘amarkhatri999’ who had bested Varma in the AOPS Main Event Finale, fill up the next two spots at the top of the monthly rankings.
An almost permanent fixture in this report, Young Gun Gaurav Sood, has set a tall benchmark by topping the yearly leaderboard for a 16th straight week. For a while, it looked like he could be challenged by Sriharsha Doddapaneni, but his outstanding consistency has pulled him way ahead of the rest. Sood crossed a significant milestone last week by becoming the first player in the country to cross ₹3 Crores in annual winnings across domestic sites. He added almost ₹7 Lakhs to his tally this week to take his yearly earnings to an astronomical ₹3.07 Crores.
The monthly topper, Srihari Bang, follows Sood on the annual charts, with Young Gun Arsh Grover once again finding his way up to take the #3 spot.
