With Saturday, November 14, being a national holiday for Diwali, we are bringing our weekly Online Rankings report a day early this week.
The WPT Online India series kicked off on November 5 on Adda52, spicing up the virtual action. It’s no surprise that headlining the weekly rankings in the biggest winner at the series so far! The two-time Destiny winner and Game Changer 3.0 champion Siddhanth Kripalani trounced a 137-entry field in the ₹65 Lakhs GTD WPT India Super High Roller on Thursday to win ₹19.39 Lakhs – cementing his place at the top of the weekly rankings.
Dominating the November leaderboard this week is Anant Purohit. His spectacular run in the ₹17 Lakhs GTD WPT Deepstack gave him that big boost up the rankings while also improving his yearly winnings to ₹2.95 Crores. He has moved up two spots on the annual leaderboard this week to #4.
Speaking of the yearly leaderboard, the top three places remain unchanged from last week. Young Gun Gaurav Sood retains his spot at the top of the charts for the 27th consecutive week, while Young Gun Arsh Grover and Srihari Bang both held on to the second and third positions, respectively, for 12 straight weeks.
It needs to be mentioned that while Bang has ₹2,95,84,196 in yearly cashes, Anant Purohit (Yearly Cashes – ₹2,95,50,817) and Sumit Sapra (Yearly Cashes – ₹2,95,08,581) are hot on Bang’s heels, intensifying the battle for the #3 rank.

Siddhanth Kripalani is no stranger to our ‘Online Rankings’ feature, being the only one to have won back-to-back Destiny titles, first on April 1 and then on April 8. He also went on to become PokerBaazi’s Game Changer 3.0 champion on July 5. Adding to his ever-growing list of achievements, Kripalani won his career-first WPT trophy by taking down Adda52’s ₹65 Lakhs GTD WPT India Super High Roller for a hefty ₹19.39 Lakhs on November 12.
Kripalani has amassed ₹2.07 Crores in overall earnings, with an incredible ₹1.88 Crores of it coming in 2020.

Long-time poker pro Jasven Saigal grabs the second spot on the weekly rankings following his two final table finishes in the ongoing WPT Online India series. He started off by clinching his first-ever WPT trophy in the ₹20 Lakhs GTD WPT Wednesday Feature for ₹5.54 Lakhs and followed it up by finishing third in the ₹65 Lakhs GTD WPT India Super High Roller for ₹8.97 Lakhs.
The veteran pro booked ₹14.92 Lakhs in total winnings through the week, with a profit of ₹12.50 Lakhs.

The Adda52 Team Pro picked up two final table finished this week, both in WPT Online India events, namely in the ₹15 Lakhs GTD WPT Tuesday Feature (3rd for ₹1.74 Lakhs) and the ₹65 Lakhs GTD WPT India Super High Roller (runner-up for ₹12.20 Lakhs).
His lifetime earnings are currently touching ₹1.17 Crores, with annual winnings of ₹55.11 Lakhs.

Given the fantastic run that Anant Purohit has had since the start of November, it comes as no surprise that he has topped the monthly rankings for this week. He started out the month strong by shipping Spartan Poker’s ₹35 Lakhs GTD Sunday Superstack for ₹6.80 Lakhs on November 1. His next top score came from a runner-up finish in the ₹35 Lakhs GTD The Elite for ₹5.88 Lakhs on November 6. He wrapped up the week by taking down his career-first WPT title in Adda52’s ₹17 Lakhs GTD WPT Deepstack for ₹5.07 Lakhs on November 11.
Sitting on an impressive ₹24.01 Lakhs in recorded winnings in November, Purohit has already booked a profit of ₹16.42 Lakhs. Purohit’s phenomenal performance has propelled him to the #4 spot on the annual leaderboard, pushing him into the elite ‘₹6 Crores Club’ on Wednesday.

His victory in the WPT India Super High Roller on Thursday secured him a runner-up seat on the monthly leaderboard, taking his November winnings to ₹20.07 Lakhs, with a net profit of ₹15.96 Lakhs.

Adding to his Grand Mega Suite Finale win was his third-place finish in PokerBaazi’s ₹20 Lakhs GTD BSS SuperStack for ₹1.92 Lakhs on November 8. He now has monthly winnings of ₹17.03 Lakhs, with a profit of ₹13.44 Lakhs.

Young Gun Gaurav Sood continues his reign on the annual rankings for a 27th consecutive week. He only managed to post one six-figure score this past week, which came in PokerBaazi’s ₹20 Lakhs GTD BSS SuperStack where he finished fourth for ₹1.42 Lakhs on November 8. His weekly earnings of ₹1.92 Lakhs have improved his overall winnings to ₹6.11 Crores.
With ₹3.93 Crores in annual winnings, Sood is a little under ₹7 Lakhs shy of hitting the ₹4 Crores-mark in earnings for the year!

Besides Sood, the only other player to have accumulated over ₹3 Crores in recorded earnings this year, ₹3.42 Crores to be precise, is Young Gun Arsh Grover.
Similar to Sood, Grover had a relatively uneventful week. He raked in ₹1.44 Lakhs in MTT earnings this week. Nevertheless, he has still managed to hold onto his #2 spot on the annual leaderboard for a 12th straight week.

Like Grover, online phenom Srihari Bang has also held onto the third position on the annual rankings for 12 consecutive weeks. Bang’s biggest score of the week came in Spartan Poker’s ₹18 Lakhs GTD Ultron on November 12 for ₹1.82 Lakhs. He also final tabled Adda52’s ₹20 Lakhs GTD WPT 2500, finishing fourth for ₹1.36 Lakhs on Sunday. He wrapped up the week with ₹3.85 Lakhs in earnings, with a profit of ₹80,841.
He presently boasts ₹2.95 Crores in annual winnings and is approximately ₹5 Lakhs away from crossing the ₹3 Crore-mark for the year.
