It’s been an action-packed week on the virtual felts. While the Indian Online Poker Championship (IOPC) concluded its 11th edition, the Asian Poker Tour (APT) Online India and World Poker Tour Online India (WPTOI) series commenced their second editions.

The biggest guaranteed tourney of the week was the ₹3.50 Crores GTD IOPC The Crown, and the ultimate champion Vaibhav Temani emerged as the week’s top scorer. The Bengaluru-based player overcame a 1:10 chip deficit against poker mastermind Aditya Agarwal to claim the ₹58.02 Lakhs (cumulative) top prize.

Despite missing out on securing the IOPC The Crown title, Aditya Agarwal’s runner-up finish put him in the #2 position on the weekly rankings. Young Gun Siddhanth Kripalani secured the #3 rank.

The annual rankings witnessed a minute change. While Manish Lakhotia continued to top the rankings for an eighth consecutive week, Young Gun Gaurav Sood’s spectacular weekly performance saw him edge ahead of PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh Pal Singh to claim the #2 rank. Singh dropped down to #3.
