In this feature, we bring you to the top three weekly, monthly, and yearly performers every Saturday. These rankings are based on cumulative winnings (cashes). However, the rankings only include players registered to our online ranking system, so if you haven’t signed up on PokerGuru yet, hurry up and register!
This past week the domestic online platforms saw a slight increase in turnouts with the 2020 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online series culminating on September 8. Online beast Vaibhav Sharma’s blistering run ensured that he topped, not just the weekly list, but also the monthly rankings. He conquered big-ticket tourneys, namely Spartan Poker’s GPS – Grand Sunday Superstack and Adda52’s The Mint, collecting ₹17.82 Lakhs through the week to take his online scorecard soaring to ₹3.67 Crores.
Meanwhile, Young Gun Gaurav Sood extends his dominating presence at the top of the annual leaderboard for the 18th week. However, the competition for the second spot in the yearly rankings is steaming up between Young Gun Arsh Grover and Srihari Bang. Grover, who also placed second on the monthly rankings, retained his runner-up spot from last week. However, there is a gap of just ₹8.50 Lakhs in the annual earnings of Grover and Bang, indicating more changes in the rankings in the coming weeks!

Online phenom Vaibhav Sharma was in stellar form this week. Posting eight final table scores, Sharma is riding high with ₹17.82 lakhs in weekly earnings and a profit of ₹12.46 Lakhs. His biggest score of the week came in Spartan Poker’s ₹40 Lakhs GTD GPS – Grand Sunday Superstack, where he outlasted an 801-strong entry field to lock in a winner’s paycheque worth ₹7.68 Lakhs. With ₹3.67 Crores in recorded online earnings, Sharma is close to breaching the ₹4 Crore-mark.

PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh Pal Singh booked the second seat on the weekly leaderboard after finishing runner-up in Spartan Poker’s ₹55 Lakhs GTD GPS #39 High Roller for ₹11.79 Lakhs on September 10. Singh has accrued ₹4.31 Crores in lifetime earnings, out of which ₹1.75 Crores he has earned this year.

Young Gun Arsh Grover had wrapped up August placed ninth on the monthly leaderboard. However, his aggressive form over the past two weeks has catapulted him to #2 on the monthly rankings.
Grover posted seven final table finishes, which included three title wins, namely PokerBaazi’s ₹20 Lakhs GTD Summit on September 3 and the ₹10 Lakhs GTD The Ridge on September 4, as well as PokerStars India’s ₹30 Lakhs GTD INCOOP- 81 Highroller on September 10. He bagged ₹18.73 Lakhs in monthly earnings, with a profit of ₹9.25 Lakhs.

A rising star of the domestic circuit, Siddhanth Kripalani has made a habit out of feature in our ‘Online Rankings.’ Last week, he had claimed the second spot in the weekly rankings, and this week, he graces the third position in the monthly leaderboard.
He has registered six final table finishes in September so far, pocketing ₹17.20 Lakhs in monthly earnings, with a profit of ₹10.10 Lakhs.

For 18 weeks, Young Gun Gaurav Sood has dominated the annual leaderboard. Sood overtook Anurag Srivastava in the yearly rankings in mid-May. This unassuming 24-year-old pro has not only crossed the ₹5 Crores-mark in lifetime earnings but is also the only player in the country with over ₹3 Crores in annual winnings across the domestic platforms.
This past week, Sood posted four final table finishes, taking his week`s tally to ₹5.17 Lakhs, with monthly winnings of ₹13.39 Lakhs.

For a second consecutive week, Young Gun Arsh Grover has retained his second place on the yearly leaderboard. He had overtaken Srihari Bang last week, and this week, he picked up four final table finishes, which included shipping PokerStars India’s ₹30 Lakhs GTD INCOOP- 81 Highroller on September 10.
Similar to Sood, Grover, too, crossed the ₹5 Crores-mark last week. He presently has ₹5.17 Crores in overall winnings, of which ₹2.77 Crores he has earned this year.

One of the youngest players to feature in our annual leaderboard is Srihari Bang. He, too, maintains his third spot on the yearly rankings from last week.
Bang banked ₹9.71 Lakhs in weekly earnings, with a profit of ₹4.43 Lakhs. With ₹2.68 Crores in recorded online earnings, Bang is on Arsh Grover’s heels. A few deep runs in marquee events could easily result in the duo exchanging places next week.
