In this feature, we bring you to the top three weekly, monthly, and yearly performers every Sunday. These rankings are based on cumulative winnings (cashes). However, the rankings only include players registered to our online ranking system, so if you haven’t signed up on PokerGuru yet, hurry up and register!

Young Gun Anuj Yadav looks keen on challenging Gaurav Sood`s record 34-week streak as the #1 ranked player of the year from two years ago as he completes his seventh straight week at the top of the annual charts today! Even with no flagship MTT series underway, Yadav added over 8 Lakhs to his tally; he won PokerStars India`s Sunday Special and posted two other FT finishes. He is now the only one with over 1.50 Crores in annual winnings, and his sixth-place finish in Spartan Poker`s The Elite on Friday pushed him across 1 Crore in yearly profits!

Young Gun Arsh Grover retains his #2 position in the annual rankings, while Sahil Chutani`s absence from online MTTs cost him the #3 rank, with PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja displacing him!

However, Young Gun Gaurav Sood was the biggest mover and shaker of the week! Even with his wedding less than a week away, there was no holding back the two-time POY titleholder, who accumulated over 7 Lakhs this past week to move up three places to #4 on the annual charts.

Over and above his fantastic climb in the annual charts, Sood`s breakout run at the start of the month has kept him at #1 in the April leaderboard rankings. But with the MTT phenom expected to be off the grind for his weeding nuptials next week, the #2 ranked Young Gun Ujjwal Narwal can unseat him.

Last month`s BPT Big Bounty champion, Narwal, went on a tear this week with three standout finishes! The IIT-ian added a whopping 30+ Lakhs to take the #2 spot in the monthly rankings. He is simultaneously the undisputed weekly topper.* PokerGuru Ambassador Deepankur Gupta had a lukewarm week and slipped to #3 in the monthly standings.

Moving over to the weekly rankings, PokerBaazi`s #BB3 MoneyMaker runner-up finisher Adarsh Jha, the top scorer in the Sunday flagship, occupies the #2 spot behind Ujjwal Narwal. The Millionaire Series Main Event third-place finisher Biplob Rana rounds out the top three names on the weekly charts!

While The Millionaire Series Main Event championPradzzz” was the week’s biggest winner, the next in line, Narwal, bagged the top honors since the player opted for anonymity.

Young Gun Gaurav Sood has been an almost permanent fixture in our ‘Online Rankings’ report since we started compiling the MTT rankings two years ago! And the winningest player on our tracked database, Sood, sits proudly on top of the monthly standings – a position he has held since the start of April.

Gaurav Sood added over 7 Lakhs to his tally this week, earning enough to wade off incoming competition from Young Gun Ujjwal Narwal. Not just that, he`s also cracked the top-five in the annual rankings, moving up to #4 as he looks to defend the POY title for a record third time.

Sood is getting married next week and with him absent from the scene for a few days, it will be interesting to see how who ultimately tops the monthly charts.

Yearly Online Rankings

1. Anuj Yadav

Yearly Cashes – ₹1,71,07,816

Yearly Profit – ₹1,00,72,364

Yearly Leaderboard Points – 21,703

Young Gun Anuj Yadav’s current leaderboard dominance bears a close resemblance to Gaurav Sood’s in the last two years. The only difference is that Yadav fired up relatively early in the year compared to Sood. However, given how both these players are going, we could see a tight battle over the POY title between the duo.

Yadav outdid Sood this week, adding over 8 Lakhs in MTT winnings to complete his seventh straight week as the #1 ranked player of the year. He is also the only player we are tracking with over 1.50 Crores in annual winnings and 1 Crore in net profits.

3. Ashish Ahuja

Yearly Cashes – ₹1,29,72,011

Yearly Profit – ₹55,55,409

Yearly Leaderboard Points – 22,985

PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja became a two-time The Millionaire champion last Sunday when he took down the Millionaire Series – Sunday Millionaire. The seven-figure score also catapulted him above Young Gun Sahil Chutani, who`s been MIA from the MTT scene.

Given Ahuja`s consistency in the last two years, the Chandigarh-based pro has what it takes to go the distance, making him a top contender for the POY title.
