Online poker has witnessed an unprecedented boom in traffic, and poker operators are competing neck-to-neck for player attention. Just days before the untimely demise of its Chairman, Mike Sexton, partypoker, announced French poker phenom, Benjamin Pollak, as its latest brand ambassador.

The French pro tweeted the news.

Pollak started playing poker in 2006, and with much success as he steadily climbed up in stakes over the years. While he has several major titles like the 2019 EPT Monaco High Roller to his name, Pollak is perhaps best remembered for his blistering third-place finish in the 2017 WSOP Main Event for $3.5 Million. He sits tall among the world’s best poker players with nearly $13 Million in lifetime winnings.

This collaboration between partypoker and Pollak is a well-timed move for the site preparing to host the marquee POWERFEST on the partypoker EU Network starting September 23. The EU POWERFEST guarantees €5 Million in prize money in France and €4.5 Million in Spain.

The last notable addition to the partypoker family came in April when the site`s partner Rob Yong brought in Hollywood actor-comedian Kevin Hart under its fold.

Currently ranked second only to Bertrand Grospellier on the France All-Time Money List, Pollak has joined partypoker as its brand ambassador for the EU.

Pollak, who will be playing as “Magicdeal88” on partypoker, joins an accomplished group of players like Roberto Romanello, Dzmitry Urbanovich, Josip Simunic, Bruno Fitoussi, and Ludovic Geilich, in representing the site.
