PokerBaazi’s August offerings were a sizzling set, packed with the Cash Climb, PLO-4 Leaderboard, and The MoneyMaker. Now that we’re sitting on the edge of August, the site’s plans for September looks even more promising!
For starters, it is giving away over ₹1 Crore in its Cash Dash promotion. Open to both NLHE and PLO cash game players across different stakes, this is a leaderboard-centric promotion. The objective is to generate the most Baazi Reward points by playing cash games. The promotion is marked by three Leaderboard Sprints from September 1 -10, September 11- 20, and September 21 – 30, with ₹33.5 Lakhs up for grabs in each sprint. The payouts have been kept “dynamic” in nature, making the contest even more impressive since now players have the incentive to collect more points for a larger share of the prizes.
While the Cash Dash will keep the cash game players busy, the tournament crowd has the Game Changer 4.0 to look forward to. Starting on September 16, this ₹5,000 buy-in tourney offers a whopping 4000x value with its ₹2 Crores prize pool guarantee! There are four starting flights and various satellites with buy-ins starting as little as ₹22 are now live.
Rounding out the site’s grand plans for September is the Indian Micro Poker Series (IMPS) that’s returning for its second edition on September 21. Featuring a packed 120+ event schedule, the series rings true to its name, with the majority of the events sporting buy-ins between ₹100 and ₹500. Along with attractions like a ₹10 Lakhs GTD High Roller, and the ₹10 Lakhs GTD Mini Main Event, the biggest draw at the series will be the ₹50 Lakhs GTD Main Event. This is the first time in India that such a massive guaranteed tourney will be hosted at a buy-in of ₹1,000. PokerBaazi will be awarding ₹20 Lakhs in leaderboard prizes to the most consistent winners of the series.
Cash Dash
Play NLHE and PLO cash games on PokerBaazi in September and become eligible to win attractive prizes in Real Cash Bonus (RCB). There is more than ₹1 Crore in RCB to be won.
Open exclusively for cash game players, the promotion features two primary leaderboards – NLHE and PLO. Each of these leaderboards has been further divided into four leaderboards across different stakes, namely, Micro-Stakes, Low-Stakes, Mid-Stakes & High-Stakes.
The objective is to collect the most Baazi Reward Points by playing cash games to automatically get ranked on these leaderboards.
NOTE: Both PLO-4 and PLO-5 will be considered while computing points towards the PLO Leaderboards.
Stakes | Blinds | Paid Places | Total Prize (RCB) |
---|---|---|---|
Micro Stakes | (1/2 & 2/5 Blinds) | 20 | ₹50,000 |
Low Stakes | (5/10 & 10/25 Blinds) | 15 | ₹2,00,000 |
Mid Stakes | (25/50 & 50/100 Blinds) | 12 | ₹5,00,000 |
High Stakes | (100/200 & 250/500 Blinds) | 10 | ₹7,00,000 |
Dynamic Payouts
PokerBaazi has made things attractive by introducing the new “Dynamic” payouts on the leaderboards. This means that while each Leaderboard features a fixed total prize pool, each paid position’s prize will vary based on each player’s contribution towards the total Baazi Rewards Points generated on that Leaderboard.
For example, let’s take the NLHE High Stakes Leaderboard that features a ₹7 Lakhs prize pool and pays 10 people. If a total of 100,000 Baazi Reward Points are generated by the top 10 players on this Leaderboard, and the top-ranked player generates 25,000 points, then his payout will be calculated as 25,000/100,000 = 25% of the prize pool (₹7 Lakhs) = ₹1.75 Lakhs.
NLHE Leaderboard
The NLHE Leaderboards pay out a guaranteed ₹14.5 Lakhs in RCB every 10 days, across Micro Stakes, Low Stakes, Mid Stakes, and High Stakes Leaderboards.
The lowest rung is the Micro stakes leaderboard that promises 20 prizes from a prize pool of ₹50,000, and so on. The highest level here is the High Stakes Leaderboard, where the top 10 ranked players get paid from a ₹7 Lakhs prize pool.
Stakes | Blinds | Paid Places | Total Prize (RCB) |
---|---|---|---|
Micro Stakes | (1/2 & 2/5 Blinds) | 20 | ₹50,000 |
Low Stakes | (5/10 & 10/25 Blinds) | 15 | ₹2,00,000 |
Mid Stakes | (25/50 & 50/100 Blinds) | 12 | ₹5,00,000 |
High Stakes | (100/200 & 250/500 Blinds) | 10 | ₹7,00,000 |
PLO Leaderboard
Like the NLHE Leaderboard, the PLO Leaderboards vary in prizes for Micro, Low, Mid, and High Stakes, with prize pool ranging from as less as ₹50,000 to as high as ₹10 Lakhs. Overall, the PLO Leaderboard offers ₹19 Lakhs in prizes in every sprint (10 days).

---|---|---|---|
Micro Stakes | (1/2 & 2/5 Blinds) | 20 | ₹50,000 |

High Stakes | (100/200 & 250/500 Blinds) | 10 | ₹10,00,000 |

IMPS 2.0

The second edition of the series will make its way to the virtual felts on September 21, running 120+ tournaments over a 14-day schedule.
