With the February Finale less than a week away, the third batch of 25 qualifiers has won tickets to PokerStars India`s “Star of the Month” (SOTM) – February Finale slated for February 24.

MrBigSlick139,’ who has requested anonymity, worked up an impressive 1,004 TLB points to top the leaderboard, with Young Gun Gaurav Sood, Sagar Choudhury, and Bharath Kumar finishing a close second and third in the rankings. However, since ‘MrBigSlick139’ is not registered on PokerGuru, they do not get the February Finale ticket.

On the other hand, Gaurav Sood, Sagar Choudhury, and Bharath Kumar had all qualified for the February Finale in the earlier weeks. Hence, Pranay Chawla sitting at #5 on the weekly standings, wins the bragging rights of topping the Week #3 standings. Chawla had won the ₹15 Lakhs GTD Sunday Special PKO two days ago, collecting 454 TLB points.

Amit Kaushik (450 points), Swapnil Patil (433 points), Vineet Kumar (398 points), and PokerGuru Ambassador Vishal Bajaj (396 points) round out the top five places on the Week #3 leaderboard standings.

As every week, the qualifiers list has numerous regs in the mix like Raghavendra Hada (379 points), Harsh Karanpuria (356 points), Sanish Chhabra (339 points), Harsh Bubna (308 points), Raj Shrestha Juneja (220 points), Shubham Agarwal (220 points), Young Gun Arsh Grover (203 points), Suresh Kolli (194 points), and Pulkit Goyal (180 points).

The “Star of the Month” promotion is currently running its fifth successive month. This is a leaderboard race that awards players TLB points basis their ITM finishes in the two daily qualifying tournaments on the site. PokerStars India has earmarked the 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM tourneys running from Monday to Saturday and the 5 PM and 10.30 PM events running on Sunday as the qualifying events. Each week, the top 25 ranked players on the leaderboard qualify into the month-ending Finale that offers the winner MTT tickets worth ₹1.15 Lakhs and a PokerStars India branded goodie bag. The runner-up takes home tournament tickets worth ₹35,000.
