This past Sunday was another blockbuster one for poker players! While the fourth edition of The Millionaire Series wrapped up on Spartan Poker and other sites on the Quadnet Poker Network, PokerBaazi hosted the 16th MoneyMaker as a part of its #BaaziBillion bonanza.

The mystery user ‘Pradzzz’ was the day’s biggest winner as they took down the ₹1.50 Crores GTD Millionaire Series#27 – The Millionaire Main Event for a jaw-dropping ₹41.74 Lakhs. Young Gun Ujjwal Narwal (2nd for ₹21.65 Lakhs, Biplob Rana (3rd for ₹14.37 Lakhs), and Young Gun Neel Joshi (4th for ₹8.98 Lakhs) rounded out the top four payouts.

PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja is now a Millionaire champion and won the distinction after taking down Millionaire Series #25 – Sunday Millionaire for ₹10.19 Lakhs. Ahuja ended the night with ₹11.32 Lakhs in winnings, jumping to #3 in the annual leaderboard rankings.

Mukesh Surana entered the history books as the 16th MoneyMaker champion after taking down PokerBaazi’s ₹1 Crore GTD #BB3 MoneyMaker for ₹10.96 Lakhs. A three-way deal saw Adarsh Jha take home a better ₹14.96 Lakhs for his runner-up finish, while Sriram Sridhar locked in a third-place payout worth ₹11.76 Lakhs.

For a second consecutive week, PokerGuru Ambassador Kartik Ved took down Adda52’s Mega Suits for ₹6.01 Lakhs. Kunal Yadav (2nd for ₹3.51 Lakhs) and Sanish Chhabra (3rd for ₹2.38 Lakhs) secured podium finishes, courtesy of a three-way deal.

Meanwhile, Adda52’s ₹2 Crores GTD Big Millions ran Day 2 yesterday and played down to an eight-handed final table. Vivek Singh (6,271,554) bagged the FT chip lead, with Rishabh Sharma (5,914,592) and Avinash Koneru (4,767,915) rounding out the top three stacks. The event’s final leg will be played live onboard Casino Deltin Royale in Goa on April 19, the last day of the upcoming Deltin Poker Tournament series.

Young Gun Anuj Yadav looks determined to hold his top spot on the annual rankings and won over ₹4.09 Lakhs last night. He most prominently took down PokerStars India’s Sunday Special (On-time Rake Refund) for ₹3.26 Lakhs.

Aditya Singh championed the Sunday Highroller for ₹2.38 Lakhs.

Ashwin Vijay, Tanmay Benara, Debashis Bal, Neelakantan Murali, and Alexcy Newmai won the other Sunday marquees.

Mukesh ‘Guruuu’ Surana emerged as the eventual champion and, along with a career-best 10.96 Lakhs in prize money, grabbed the distinction of becoming the 16th player to win the MoneyMaker title.

The event played down to the eight-handed final table – taking an over week-long break before the finalists convene aboard Casino Deltin Royale in Goa. All the eight finalists have locked-in 3.14 Lakhs prize money and will be vying for the 31.63 Lakhs up top.
