Online poker site partypoker has been continuously adding many top poker players to its roster of brand ambassadors and the latest to join the family is Scottish pro Ludovic Geilich (cover image). The 30-year old, who worked as a dealer at one time, is a Pot Limit Omaha specialist and is ranked third in Scotland’s All-Time Money List, with live tournament earnings crossing $2.2 Million.
“I am really excited about joining the partypoker team and working with them to increase their current online PLO offering,” Geilich said, adding, “partypoker are making huge waves in the international poker scene and are constantly striving to look after the player.”
In April, Geilich won the €1,100 NLHE Opening Event of partypoker Millions Grand Final in Barcelona for €250,000 ($306,421) and has four recorded cashes at the WSOP. In the WSOP 2018 $10,000 NLHE Main Event he finished 259th for $42,980. While his best live score to date was in 2013 when he finished fourth in the European Poker Tour (EPT) Main Event earning £193,340, his online earnings exceed $3 Million under the moniker`s ‘ludovi333’ and ‘Gr4vyBo4t’.
Seasoned poker veterans like Jason Koon, Sam Trickett, Roberto Romanello, Padraig Parkinson and Isaac Haxton are already part of partypoker as ambassadors. With PLO gaining popularity, bringing Geilich on-board seems to be the right move for the brand that made the announcement on Twitter.
