It’s been a while since we have had a genuinely action-packed Sunday and yesterday was the blockbuster Sunday that the poker community eagerly awaited. There was no shortage of high-octane action with Spartan Poker`s Summer Celebration Series underway and PokerBaazi hosting the #BB6 MoneyMaker.
Headlining the Sunday winners was India`s first WSOP solo bracelet winner Abhinav Iyer. The Young Gun clinched the #BB6 MoneyMaker title for a third-best career finish worth ₹17.50 Lakhs. He ended the night with ₹19.01 Lakhs, pushing his overall winnings north of the ₹6 Crores mark, thereby earning another “Super Achiever” badge!
Saransh Garg finished runner-up in #BB6 MoneyMaker for ₹12.26 Lakhs.
The former APT Main Event champion Subhayan Das made his way back into the spotlight after taking the ₹1 Crore GTD SCS #23 – High – Mega Celebration for a career-best ₹18.61 Lakhs. Veteran pro Sumit Sapra came in second for ₹10.96 Lakhs and cumulatively added ₹14.12 Lakhs through his smashing Sunday run.

The former IOPC – The Millionaire Main Event champion Anurag Srivastava was in stellar form last night as he took down PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack (₹3.30 Lakhs) and PokerStars India’s Sunday Highroller (₹2.61 Lakhs) for the third time each, cumulatively adding ₹6.45 Lakhs!
Vinay B took down Adda52’s Mega Suits for ₹5.19 Lakhs following a heads-up deal with leaderboard crusher Vinay Rajpal (2nd for ₹4.11 Lakhs). The latter not only finished runner-up in the Mega Suits but also chopped the BSS SuperStack four-way for a total take-home worth ₹7.67 Lakhs!
