Like the two before it, this past Sunday went by without any eight-figure guaranteed tournament running. However, the ₹50 Lakhs GTD Adda52 Big Game made a strong comeback after a five-month hiatus, and expectedly, the eventual champion Arun Sriram was the day’s biggest winner. He banked a site-best ₹19.80 Lakhs, pushing his annual winnings past the ₹50 Lakhs-mark.

Shashank Jain fought a swingy heads-up match before finishing runner-up for ₹11.97 Lakhs. Young Gun Ujjwal Narwal came third for ₹8.69 Lakhs, and coupled with a litany of deep runs, he rounded up ₹11.61 Lakhs cumulatively.

It’s hard to keep Young Gun Anuj Yadav away from the spotlight, given that he has made a habit out of winning tournaments. The three-time The Millionaire champion down Spartan Poker’s Sunday Superstack for ₹6.93 Lakhs, storming his way to the #1 position in the annual rankings. PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja finished runner-up for ₹6.71 Lakhs, following a heads-up deal.

Sunday marked the beginning of PokerBaazi’s Road to NPS – a 36 satellite series that takes place across six days and awards NPS tickets worth over ₹79 Lakhs. The sports entrepreneur from Mumbai, Siddharth Pandey, was the biggest winner on the site and won the BSS SuperStack for ₹4.37 Lakhs.

Young Gun Karan Radia took down PokerStars India’s Sunday Special PKO for ₹2.56 Lakhs, while the Sunday Highroller was taken down by Harsh Dembla for ₹2.27 Lakhs.
