The Sunday MTT lineup lacked the punch we`ve become accustomed to reporting the last few weeks. Still, the usual Sunday flagships and the NPS finale kept the regs busy.
PokerGuru Staking booked another breakout run last night, with PokerGuru Ambassadors winning two Sunday flagships, posting three runner-up scores and almost a dozen FT finishes!
Last month`s PokerBaazi Classics Game Changer third-place finisher Avish Sharma topped the Sunday charts as he won Spartan Poker’s Sunday Superstack for ₹8.40 Lakhs. Vikash Kumar placed second for ₹5.59 Lakhs.
Hot on Sharma’s trails was Vinay B, who went on a tear last night. He shipped the Adda52 Millions for ₹6.79 Lakhs, following a heads-up deal with Basant Kumar Singh (runner-up for ₹5.97 Lakhs). Vinay B ran deep in five more events, rounding up ₹7.65 Lakhs in Sunday winnings.
PokerGuru Ambassador Rony Chowdhury took down PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for ₹4.21 Lakhs after striking a heads-up deal with Vinay Rajpal (2nd for ₹4.04 Lakhs). Chowdhry’s Sunday grind fetched him ₹4.53 Lakhs collectively.
The #2 ranked player of 2021, Manish Lakhotia, captured the Nano Main Event title for ₹4.01 Lakhs after eliminating ‘pinkfloyd’ (2nd for ₹2.90 Lakhs) in second place. Lakhotia added ₹5.67 Lakhs in Sunday winnings.
The former INCOOP Main Event champion Sanish Chhabra won his second Sunday Special PKO title last night for ₹3.19 Lakhs, adding ₹3.49 Lakhs in Sunday winnings. PokerGuru Ambassador Gokul Raj collected ₹1.73 Lakhs in second place.
PokerStars India ran the third (and final) EPT Sochi Main Event Qualifier yesterday. ‘Aa5hw1n’ topped the 51-entry field in the ₹5,500 buy-in qualifier to win an all-expenses-paid package worth ₹4 Lakhs package to the EPT Sochi Main Event.
Sanket Arora took down Spartan Poker’s Sunday Sundowner for ₹3.03 Lakhs.
Kunal Yadav bagged two Sunday titles, collectively adding ₹3.04 Lakhs. He won PokerBaazi’s BSS MonsterStack (₹1.42 Lakhs) and the Adda52-hosted Nano DST (₹62,054).
Md Zeeshan championed Nano High Roller for ₹2.72 Lakhs. He chopped the title three-way with ‘Fletcher03’ (2nd for ₹2.50 Lakhs) and Dhirendra Kumar (3rd for ₹2.12 Lakhs).
Atishay Samuel came out on top in PokerStars India`s Sunday Highroller for ₹2.39 Lakhs. PokerGuru Ambassador Ankit Wadhawan finished runner-up for ₹1.84 Lakhs.
Mandar Madaye proved the last player standing in PokerBaazi’s BSS Sprint and won ₹1.56 Lakhs. PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja came second for ₹1.09 Lakhs.

The ₹20 Lakhs GTD BSS SuperStack headlined the site`s weekend roster and received a rousing response with 499 hopefuls signing up for ₹5,500. Only the top 63 places got a piece of the guarantee-crushing ₹24.95 Lakhs prize pool (almost 25% more than the listed guarantee). Last night, the popular ₹10 buy-in event drew a 14,580-entry field (4,211 unique and 10,369 re-entries). After five hours and 40 minutes of play, the top ten finishers, namely – ‘roney72’, ‘rudraksha12/9’, ‘rjvenom619’, Areyann ‘kreishhAA’ Gurbaxani, ‘intervntion’, ‘sceneyahaii’, ‘aamool’, ‘modest_goldfish_bmg’, ‘thakurrahul123’, and Rithik ‘Rithiktawari’ Tawari each banked ₹1 Lakh in cash prize.
‘Shibajit’ money-bubbled the event in 11th place to win a OnePlus Nord phone as the consolation prize.
The ₹7 Lakhs GTD Daily Boost generated a ₹7.12 Lakhs prize pool on the back of a 356-entry field. PokerGuru Ambassador Vivek ‘Nutpeddling729’ Singh championed the event for ₹1.50 Lakhs, marking his third title victory in February. Raman ‘Ranzoo9’ Arora came second for ₹1.05 Lakhs.

PokerStars India’s Sunday MTTs had a lot of value on offer, with both the Sunday Special – Progressive KO and the Sunday Highroller filling in steep overlays.
The ₹15 Lakhs GTD Sunday Special – Progressive KO registered a 235-entry field, resulting in an overlay shortfall worth ₹3.25 Lakhs. The top 27 finishers got paid, and grabbing the lion’s share of the prize money was none other than the former INCOOP Main Event champion Sanish ‘sneakysani’ Chhabra. He won the Sunday flagship for the second time yesterday for ₹3.19 Lakhs (includes ₹1.64 Lakhs in bounties), with PokerGuru Ambassador`s Gokul ‘Haxton Jr’ Raj (2nd for ₹1.73 Lakhs) (includes ₹1.18 Lakhs in bounties), and Laksh Pal ‘B00MTilt23’ Singh (3rd for ₹1.15 Lakhs (includes ₹12,188 in bounties), rounding out the podium.

After a little over six hours of action, Atishay ‘momstacos’ Samuel made his way past the competition to win ₹2.39 Lakhs, picking up his third title of the year. The #4 ranked player of 2021, PokerGuru Ambassador Ankit ‘b00mtr00p3r’ Wadhawan, came second for ₹1.84 Lakhs.
The site also ran the third (and last) EPT Sochi Main Event Qualifier. The qualifier got under at 9.30 PM and had 51 players chasing the all-expenses-paid package worth 4 Lakhs to the EPT Sochi Main Event. In the final moments, ‘Aa5hw1n’ won the qualifier after defeating Arun ‘realruny’ Sriram heads-up. He received a free entry to the EPT Sochi Main Event worth ₹2.57 Lakhs (including TDS) and ₹1.43 Lakhs to cover their other expenses for the upcoming trip.

Adda52`s Sunday MTT schedule packed quite the punch with the Nano Poker Series powering down to a scintillating finale.
Running alongside the NPS marquees was the site`s ₹25 Lakhs GTD Adda52 Millions. The ₹11,000 buy-in event recorded a 318-player strong starting field, and the top 34 places got to share the ₹31.80 Lakhs prize pool. The long-time MTT reg Vinay ‘ContemporisT’ B was the last player standing and won ₹6.79 Lakhs after striking a heads-up deal with Basant ‘Rush99’ Kumar Singh (2nd for ₹5.97 Lakhs).
Vinay B kept his online scorecard ticking and emerged as the second-biggest winner last night with ₹7.65 Lakhs in total winnings across six ITM finishes. These include:

Only 187 among the 193 Day 2 qualifiers boarded the money bus, with the #2 ranked player of 2021, Manish ‘newkidpoker’ Lakhotia, walking away with the title and the ₹4.01 Lakhs up-top. He defeated Shobhit ‘pinkfloyd’ Jaiswal (2nd for ₹2.90 Lakhs) in the heads-up play.

Khelo365 Sunday showstopper, ₹1 Lakh GTD Big Bang, was taken down by ‘Mohitk’ who won the ₹1,650 buy-in event for ₹37,000. ‘Ganguli24’ finished runner-up for ₹25,000.
Friday’s Refuel champion, Khelo365 regular ‘acedealer,’ took down the ₹50K GTD Dominator for ₹15,000 and bested ‘Zebronic77’ heads-up. The latter earned ₹10,000 for their second-place finish.
