Wow! Talk about a blockbuster Sunday! With a full schedule of Spartan Poker`s IOPC June 2022 and PokerBaazi`s 1100 THC events, coupled with PokerStars India`s Summer Series and Adda52`s Nano Poker Series flagships, poker players experienced one of the most electrifying Sunday grinds ever.

The Sunday scorecard had many breakout winners, but three names stood out: Sahil Chutani, Anmol Narang, and Dhruvin Kothari. The poker coach, Sahil Chutani, defended his IOPC Legends title, shipping the ₹2.50 Crores GTD IOPC #79 – Legends on Spartan Poker for a career-best ₹47.11 Lakhs (cumulatively). He chopped the title three-way deal with Anmol Narang (2nd for ₹31.32 Lakhs) and last night’s IOPC #76 – Sunday Prime winner Dhruvin Kothari (3rd for ₹29 Lakhs).

Chutani’s remarkable Sunday run saw him adding ₹47.33 Lakhs (overall), propelling him to #3 in the annual leaderboard rankings. And that`s not all. He also bagged the second chip lead on Day 1 of PokerStars India’s Summer Series – 82 – Main Event, which has 15 Lakhs up-top. The Main Event plays down to a winner today, and should Chutaniu take down the event, he would shoot up to #2 in the annual rankings!

Dhruvin Kothari was another former IOPC Legends champion in contention for a repeat win. While a third-place finish wasn`t too bad for the CA firm boss, he made the victory march in the IOPC Sunday Prime for ₹14.73 Lakhs, ending the night as the second biggest winner with a whopping ₹44.11 Lakhs added to his kitty.

The #BB5 MoneyMaker champion Wilson Yomso ended a seven-week dry spell after winning the ₹40 Lakhs GTD IOPC #78 – Wanderer for ₹4.11 Lakhs. He struck a four-way deal with ‘The Clairvoyant’ (2nd for ₹3.32 Lakhs), ‘FTBeast’ (3rd for ₹3.03 Lakhs), and Ashit Sharma (4th for ₹2.90 Lakhs).

Pranay Chawla (Won IOPC #77 – Sunday Spotlight ₹25 Lakhs GTD for ₹4.14 Lakhs), Jaya Prajapati (Won IOPC #80 – PKO ₹9 Lakhs GTD for ₹1.59 Lakhs), and Achintya Acharya (IOPC #74 – DST ₹8.50 Lakhs GTD for ₹1.34 Lakhs) won the other IOPC titles on Sunday.

Amit Sarupariya championed PokerBaazi’s ₹50 Lakhs GTD THC#64 Mini Main Event for a career-best ₹8.84 Lakhs, while Bhavit Jain pocketed ₹5.68 Lakhs in second place.

Pranay Chaudhry denied last Sunday`s IOPC Blaze winner Aniket Waghmare (2nd for ₹3.43 Lakhs) the BSS SuperStack title, taking down the PokerBaazi flagship for a winner’s paycheque worth ₹4.90 Lakhs.

MPL Poker’s IPF #10 winner Rajarshi Biswas (Won THC#63 Sunday Monsterstack ₹15 Lakhs GTD for ₹2.24 Lakhs), and Siddharth Gangwar (Won THC#62 ₹6 Lakhs GTD for ₹1.06 Lakhs) won the other THC titles on PokerBaazi.

Haider Madraswala crushed the Nana Poker Series flagships last night and made a litany of ITM finishes, accumulating over ₹4.45 Lakhs in Sunday winnings. He, most prominently, won Adda52’s Nano Main Event for a site-best ₹4.10 Lakhs.

Vishal Ojha shipped the Nano Highroller for ₹2.82 Lakhs after defeating Goonjan Mall (2nd for ₹2.07 Lakhs) heads-up.

PokerGuru Ambassador Rony Chowdhury walked away with MPL Poker’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD Sunday Showstopper title and ₹2.35 Lakhs in prize money. Vadthya Nagesh placed second for ₹1.49 Lakhs.

Avinash Kumar was the last player standing in PokerStars India’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD Summer Series -85 The Big Crunch, walking away with the title and top prize of ₹1.90 Lakhs.

The Summer Series -85 The Big Crunch runner-up finisher, Sanish Chhabra, took down the ₹5 Lakhs GTD Summer Series -81 Final Warm-Up for ₹95,203. The former The Millionaire champion collected ₹2.82 Lakhs (overall) on the back of eight ITM finishes.
