Yet another blockbuster Sunday saw Spartan Poker`s inaugural Summer Celebrations Series wrapping up with the series’ showstopper, ₹1.50 Crores GTD SCS #79 – High – Main Event, crowning a champion in one of the latest PokerGuru Staking recruits, Tarush Gupta. The upcoming poker pro banked a career-best ₹27.78 Lakhs payday for his win and ended the night with ₹28.45 Lakhs in total winnings, taking an early lead in the weekly leaderboard rankings.

Siddharth Gangwar finished runner-up in the SCS #79 – High – Main Event, bagging an equally impressive ₹15.87 Lakhs. He scored in five more events, collectively banking ₹20.02 Lakhs to storm into the top 10 of the annual rankings.

India’s first WSOP bracelet winner, Aditya Sushant, came out all guns blazing in PokerBaazi’s ₹1 Crore GTD #BB7 MoneyMaker, clinching the title for a handsome ₹14.75 Lakhs payout. A heads-up chop saw Kanishka Upreti take home a better ₹17.60 Lakhs payday.

Cash game reg Shashank Jain championed the SCS #75 – High – Sunday Celebration for ₹9.01 Lakhs, while Young Gun Ujjwal Narwal finished runner-up for ₹5.76 Lakhs.

Kumar Vatsal shipped the ₹50 Lakhs GTD IMPS#64 Mini Main Event for ₹7.17 Lakhs after striking a four-way deal with Gurpal Singh (2nd for ₹4.93 Lakhs), Piyush Ravi (3rd for ₹6.16 Lakhs), and Sanjeeta Kumari (4th for ₹6.01 Lakhs).

Last week’s Maverick winner, Vaibhav Arora, made an impressive Sunday run, winning two Sunday majors and posting five ITM finishes for ₹7.60 Lakhs overall. His most significant achievement was taking down PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for a personal-best ₹5.64 Lakhs.

Rising Star Ritwik Khanna went on a tear last night, taking down the Adda52 Millions for ₹7.27 Lakhs and making another seven deep runs for ₹11.09 Lakhs (overall). He has moved up to #4 in the annual rankings.

Varun Vikrant Pande was the last player standing in Adda52’s Mega Suits and won the Sunday title for ₹6.34 Lakhs.

After winning the SCS #68 – High – Saturday Celebration on Spartan Poker the day before, the #2 ranked player of the year, Young Gun Arsh Grover, came out on top in PokerStars India`s Sunday Highroller for ₹2.53 Lakhs. He collectively added over ₹3.50 Lakhs across his Sunday run.

PokerGuru Ambassador Mithun Mahesh shipped PokerStars India`s Sunday Special for a winner’s paycheque worth ₹2.73 Lakhs and fired another three deep runs, rounding up ₹3.36 Lakhs.

The 11,000 buy-in Main Event clocked in 1,589 total entries across five starting flights, generating a massive ₹1.58 Crores prize pool.

Day 2 commenced at 10 PM last night, and after nearly five hours of play, one of the latest PokerGuru Staking recruits, Tarush ‘Tarush123’ Gupta, emerged as the victor, taking home a whopping ₹27.78 Lakhs payday.
