IOPC Main Event – The Crown ₹3 Crore GTD
The two IOPC Millionaire’s have played down to a winner. Manish ‘thekid’ Lakhotia shipped the IOPC The Millionaire United ₹1.5 Crore GTD on July 12, with Sriharsha ‘Potato Player’ Doddapaneni taking down the IOPC#75 The Millionaire Legends ₹1.5 Crores GTD on July 19.
The next headline tournament on the IOPC schedule is the ₹11,000 buy-in IOPC Main Event – The Crown! Undoubtedly the most-awaited tournament of the series, the IOPC Main Event, boasts a massive ₹3 Crores in prize pool guarantee. The event has already logged in 1,361 entries (Day 1A – 515, Day 1B – 387, and Day 1C – 459) through its first three starting flights. End-of-Day 1B chip leader ‘AkqA’ is also the overall chip leader with a stack of 309,958.
There are still five starting flights left to play out, and given the fact that almost all of the IOPC flagship tourneys have successfully surpassed their guarantees so far, the IOPC Main Event seems well-poised to crush its ₹3 Crores guarantee!
The next starting flight of the IOPC Main Event is scheduled for 6 PM later today. However, players can win a ticket to any of the remaining starting flights through one of the many satellites running on Spartan Poker until 4:15 PM on July 26.

The last of the eight starting flights, Day 1H, will begin at 5 PM on July 26. Day 2 will commence from 10 PM on the same day.
The player who ultimately wins the IOPC Main Event will collect the life-altering payday and be adorned with an exquisite crown!
In the January Edition of the IOPC, The Millionaire Main Event ₹3 Crores GTD had registered a massive field of 3,489 entries, decimating the advertised guarantee by generating a prize pool worth ₹3.49 Crores! Anurag’ Norman Bates’ Srivastava had championed the event on February 9, taking home a whopping ₹59.33 Lakhs for the outright victory. The multi-flight tourney had allowed for multiple stacks to be carried forward, and like many other players, Srivastava, too, scored numerous times in the tourney. He finished 126th for ₹41,880, 150th for ₹38,390 and 332nd for ₹20,940, taking his total winnings in the event to ₹60.34 Lakhs!
