The first Sunday of 2021 featured no eight-figure guarantee tourney, nonetheless, it still offered high-octane action, with most of the flagships smashing their proposed guarantees!

Team PokerGuru had a phenomenal run with PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja shipping Adda52’s Mega Suits for ₹6.04 Lakhs. His fellow Team Ambassador Jayjit Ray won no title but bagged a cumulative score of ₹5.75 Lakhs after final tabling Spartan Poker’s Sunday SuperStack and PokerBaazi’s BSS Monster 6-Max.

Two-time Millionaire champion Manish Lakhotia had ended last month on a high note by topping the December leaderboard. He has persisted with his stellar form by winning Spartan Poker’s Sunday SuperStack for ₹5.31 Lakhs.

Guneet Kwatra and Siddhanth Kripalani were the other big Sunday winners.

So, without any further delay, let us now take a look at the highlights of the Sunday events.

Lakhotia agreed to a heads-up chop with PokerGuru Ambassador Jayjit ‘David Blaine’ Ray and the latter took home a consolation prize worth ₹5.18 Lakhs.
