Streaming their tourney sessions on PokerBaazi this week were Rising Star Ritwik Khanna and Gautam Rohilla.
Khanna fired up the ₹2.5 Lakhs GTD Tuesday Turbo on stream and ended up taking it down for ₹67,000.
Rohilla streamed his run in the ₹12 Lakhs GTD Weekly Highroller. Even though he ended up busting empty-handed in 38th place, it was a ride worth a watch.
Poker streamer Shivam Jain, a.k.a ‘cyflopse,’ was seen playing the Wednesday flagships on Adda52 on his YouTube channel “cyflopse poker.”
Young Gun Anujkumar Kodam’s conversational series ‘The Real Game’ rolled out its third episode on Wednesday. Poker player, operator, and founder of the popular Facebook group Indian Poker Bakchods, Ramesh Rao Thotapalli, was the guest on the episode.
The Grudge Match, aka the High Stakes Feud between Daniel Negreanu and Doug Polk, may have ended in Polk’s favor, but GGPoker came out with more watchable bytes from the match for all. The site released selected hands from Session 31 this week.
There’s another hand, where Doug goes all-in with a straight flush draw, but Negreanu’s ace-queen holds for him to scoop the $117K pot.
In one spot, with $310,649 in the pot, Negreanu turns quads to outrun Polk’s top two-pair of aces and jacks.
The Grudge match was undoubtedly one of the major talking points for the community these past three months. The match may be over, but the vast video archive it has left behind is a treasure trove for content creators – and many among them have been consistently churning out videos. Mike Brady and Gary Blackwood got together to recap the top 10 biggest pots Polk won against Negreanu.
Winner of the High Stakes Feud, Doug Polk was the show’s star at most of the week’s podcasts. He joined Negreanu’s DAT Poker Podcast to recap the feud.
Polk also caught up with long-time friend Joey Ingram on the Poker Life Podcast to discuss his victory.
Coming on the Live at the Bike’s PokerCraft podcast, Polk discussed the Grudge Match with host Chiang Wayne, recounting his poker career.
Polk also came on the Raise Your Edge podcast with ‘bencb.’
He joined Unibet Poker Ambassadors David Lappin & Dara O’Kearney on their show ‘The Chip Race.’
Here’s another episode of the weekly Super MILLION$ Show that featured the cards-up FT replay of GGPoker’s $10.3K Super MILLION$ $2 Million GTD. Kevin ‘Rotterdam’ van der Kooi and Randy ‘nanonoko’ Lew, as always, provided expert commentary on the stream.
Online crusher Justin Bonomo ran past a stacked FT that had other poker sickos like Niklas Astedt and Nick Petrangelo in the running. He eventually beat the start-of-the FT chip leader ‘RRomashka’ to land his first-ever High-Roller Super MILLION$ title and $430K!
The cards-up replay of PokerStars’ $1 Million GTD Sunday Million (Day 2 and FT) had James Hartigan, Joe Stapleton, & Felix Schneiders calling the action. ‘Edison22’ shipped the tourney for $100,802.35.
This week’s episode of partypoker’s brand-new prop bet-based ‘Daily Legends Challenge’ had Jaime Staples and Matt Staples playing six tournaments on partypoker at the same time, with the action streamed cards-up. The one who profited the most from these tournaments would win the challenge, with the loser having to accept him as the “best bro” and pay him 20 subs. Watch the video to find out who wins!
