India`s most-massive MTT series, IOPC, is back for its 12th edition, and players and poker streamers alike have cleared their schedules to jump in on the action!
Returning to the streaming game after a short layoff, our Chota Machhi, AKA Arpit Jain, only recently recovered from COVID-19 and got to work immediately. He put up two streams on Spartan Poker, playing IOPC marquees.
On Friday, he played the ₹20 Lakhs GTD IOPC #10 – Friday Prime.
The next day, he streamed Spartan Poker’s ₹7.30 Lakhs GTD IOPC #15 – Monster Stack.
The IOPC buzz is hard to contain at the moment, with the massive ₹30 Crores GTD series off to a roaring start!
The talented poker couple (also doctors) – Yuvraj and Akanksha Singh, who go by the name Suited Connectors, lived up to their reputation by delivering another hit promotional video for the IOPC. The duo imparted a poker touch to the song ‘Oo Bolega ya Oo Oo Bolega’ from the super-hit movie Pushpa, making for a super-fun dance parody with a poker twist.
It`s been a busy start to the week for the poker community with non-stop online action! After having trouble tracking down Sunday winners the last few weeks, we finally managed to put up our first Monday Motivation interview of the year, with PokerStars India’s Winter Series Main Event champion Daniel Rymbei taking the hot seat.
The 42-year-old outlasted a massive 647-entry field and defeated PokerGuru Ambassador Ankit Wadhawan heads-up to win the Main Event title for a career-best ₹6.88 Lakhs! The recreational player had a lot of facts to share about his life, poker journey, and winning strategy.
Utsav Taneja needs no introduction, and on Thursday, the poker reg streamed his IOPC grind – the ₹35 Lakhs GTD IOPC #4 – Thursday Prime and ₹18 Lakhs GTD IOPC #5 – Thursday spotlight on Monster Poker Community`s YouTube channel.
Amit Kaushik made a comeback to the streaming circuit after a prolonged five-month gap, and he returned all guns blazing!
On Wednesday, he streamed his heavy MTT grind and fired up tournaments across top sites like Spartan Poker, PokerStars India, Natural8, and Adda52.
Kaushik pulled out a marathon 11 hours and 55-minute long stream the next day. He played the IOPC Day 1 marquees and some side action on Natural8 and PokerStars India.
Friday marked his third consecutive day streaming, and he played the IOPC Day 2 majors with the PLO cash games on the side.
Taking his streaming run to a fourth consecutive day, Kaushik pretty much repeated his routine from the previous day, i.e., playing the IOPC majors on Spartan Poker and some PLO cash.
The poker streamers came out in full strength for the IOPC and part of the tribe for another upcoming streamer Harsh Dev Jhirmiria.
On Thursday, Jhirmiria streamed Spartan Poker`s 12 Lakhs GTD IOPC #1 – Launch Party on his YouTube channel.
On Saturday, he played the ₹4.50 Lakhs GTD IOPC #13 on Spartan Poker.
Shobhit Bhargava fired two streams for PokerBaazi on the online site`s YouTube channel. On Tuesday, he played the ₹50K GTD Daily 5-Max.
He returned for his second stream three days later, and this time he dived into PokerBaazi’s ₹12 Lakhs GTD The Weekly HighRoller.
As usual, Nikhil Segel fired two streams for Natural8 this week. He played the $150 GTD Short Deck PKO 3-Max on Monday.
On Wednesday, Segel streamed the $150 GTD Short Deck PKO 6-Max.
MPL Poker’s ambitious-new MPL Poker Showdown played Qualifier 2 on Wednesday featuring gaming celebrities – Mamba, K18, Sangwan, Sharkshe S, 8bit Goldy, and Sid Joshi.
Suhani Shah, Nishant Tanwar & MPL Poker Pro Dhaval Mudgal called the shots on the action!
After 90 minutes of play, K18 and Sharkshe S qualified for the Semi-Finals and a shot at the ₹15 Lakhs prize pool.

India Poker Players Association (IPPA) streamers kept a choc-a-bloc streaming schedule!
Harsh Dev Jhirmiria played MPL Poker’s ₹3 Lakhs GTD Steal Deal Series Main Event.
On Monday, Devvrat Singh Kaurav streamed his run in PokerBaazi’s ₹1.50 Lakhs GTD Holdem BOOST.
On Tuesday, Umesh Singh streamed Poker Saint’s ₹7.50 Lakhs GTD Thunder Breaker.
On Thursday, Ashutosh Kumar played the IOPC Day 1 marquees on Spartan Poker.
Harsh Dev Jhirmiria played PokerBaazi’s ₹1.50 Lakhs GTD Holdem BOOST on Friday, putting up his second stream of the week.
