The World Poker Tour Online India (WPTOI) series closed out its penultimate week`s run on Adda52 on Sunday, and the ₹1 Crore GTD WPT Quad 9 dominated the day`s action. The multi-flight tourney finally saw the Adda52 regular ‘xoredvoid’ besting Vaibhav Sharma in the heads-up finale to take home the single-biggest payout of Sunday worth ₹17 Lakhs!

Vaibhav Sharma charted a trailblazing run in the WPT Online marquees last night. He might have missed winning the WPT Quad 9 but took down the other trophy event of the day, the WPT 3000. In fact, the online phenom also final-tabled PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack, lapping up ₹17.13 Lakhs in Sunday winnings.

Spartan Poker hosted it’s third The Millionaire edition of August, and topping the 1,863-entry field was Rishab Malik. He agreed to a heads-up deal with ‘HatodaTyagi’ (2nd for ₹13.19 Lakhs) before claiming his first-ever Millionaire title for ₹13.75 Lakhs (cumulatively). Poker streamer Amit Kaushik took down Spartan Poker`s Sunday Superstack for ₹8.24 Lakhs. He was among the multiple scorers of the day, ultimately netting ₹10.50 Lakhs on the back of seven ITM finishes.

Speaking of big Sunday winners, Srihari Bang was another player who made quite the run. The young pro had been keeping a low profile lately. On Friday, he bounced back into the spotlight when he ended his three-month title drought by taking down PokerBaazi’s The Weekly HighRoller. Last night, he did even better, pocketing ₹10.52 Lakhs from three ITM finishes, including two final table payouts.

The well-known TLB crusher Bhanu Prakash KC shipped PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for ₹3.93 Lakhs, while Rajat Sharma championed PokerStars India’s Sunday Highroller for ₹3.07 Lakhs.

Mandar Madaye, Bharat Vasan, Vikram Mishra, Harpreet S Gurditta, Karan Malhotra, Suresh Kolli, Adarsh Subham & Adwait Pol took down the Sunday marquees!
