The $215 buy-in Event #8: $100,000 GTD Online Finale Circuit NLH 2X Re-entry registered a sizeable player field of 887 entries (577 unique players and 310 rebuys), to collect $177,400 in prize money. Racing ahead of the rest was Dan ‘fatdan44’ Wach (cover image), who captured his first Circuit gold ring and a $42,576 payday. Wach defeated James ‘DanFriel’ Gilbert’ heads-up, denying the latter his second gold ring on his way to the title.

Prominent poker pros like John Allan ‘BigEllory’ Hinds (10th for $1,951), Shannon ‘aulophobia’ Shorr (16th for $1,419), Ryan ‘Toosick’ Tosoc (24th for $887), and Lauren ‘sycamore22’ Roberts (82nd for $372) also cashed in the tournament.
