Headlining the weekend action at the 2020 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online taking place on WSOP.com was Event #11: $500 NLH Turbo Deepstack 6-Max. With 1,081 sign-ups and 610 rebuys, the Turbo-paced tournament garnered a 1,691-entry field. Outlasting the competition after almost seven hours of play was Raman ‘Acrogum’ Afanasenka (cover image).

The Belarusian player rose atop a final table comprising three former bracelet champions, including his heads-up opponent, Chance ‘BingShui’ Kornuth. The title victory marks his fourth cash at the ongoing series, and along with claiming his career-first gold bracelet, Afanasenka added $128,601 to his bankroll.

The event generated a $760,950 prize pool, assuring the top 248 spots at least $760.95.

Six-time bracelet winner Daniel ‘DNegs’ Negreanu has been chasing the seventh bracelet seriously at the series. Negreanu evidently faced many connection issues on Saturday, and he clearly wasn’t too happy about that.

He reportedly blew his top and even banged at the table!

The field whittled down to the final table fairly quickly after Ryan ‘LoveMy11Cats’ Belz hit the rail on the money bubble in 249th place.

Kami ‘Loco4coco’ Hudson (8th for $12,936.15), Michel ‘miguelfiesta’ Lech (16th for $4,793.98), Ryan ‘protential’ Laplante (69th for $1,597.99), Robert ‘bustinballs’ Kuhn (99th for $1,141.42), Mike ‘mouth123’ Matusow (131st for $989.23), and Yueqi ‘anoob’ Zhu (173rd for $913.14) were the prominent names on the ITM finishers list.
