One of three tourneys at the ongoing 2020 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online series to award a bracelet on Saturday was Event #46 $500 Deepstack NLHE. It took 11 hours for a starting field of 2,307 entries to play down to a winner with South Korea’s Sung Joo ‘ArtePokerTV’ Hyun (cover image) eventually coming out on top. Hyun defeated China’s Yiduo ‘Tr1pTripM’ Yu heads-up to win his career-first bracelet and $161,898 in prize money.
The victory might have brought Hyun his first bracelet, but the prize money he won is still his second-biggest WSOP score to date. His best cash remains the $189,098 that he had won for placing fourth in Event #68 $1,111 The Little One for One Drop at the 2018 WSOP.
The tournament generated a $1,095,825 prize pool, paying out the top 332 places at least $1,061.08.
The action was fast and furious, and it was ‘El PAGANO’ who hit the rail on the money bubble.
At least nine Indians were playing the event, and two of them including ‘preflopPlus’ (17th for $5,978, ~₹4.47 Lakhs) and former bracelet champion ‘inonhmeansfu’ (190th for $1,319, ~₹98,832) made ITM finishes.

Most of her live scores have come in Australia, and yesterday she added $11,564 (~₹8.66 Lakhs) to her bankroll for placing ninth.

Eliminations came through at a steady pace, and over the next 70 minutes, most of the field got wiped out, leaving only Yiduo ‘Tr1pTripM’ Yu and Hyun in battle.
Yu was ahead with 51.88 Million to Hyun’s 40.399 Million, but Hyun didn’t waste time taking charge. It was over within 15 minutes, and the final hand saw Yu moving all-in, and Hyun called.
