Event #42: $400 PLOSSUS of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online 2020 was one of two tourneys that resumed the final table play on Saturday. It had logged in a massive starting field of 4,356 entries across 15 starting flights. Former bracelet winner Yuri Dzivielevski (cover image) from Brazil was the FT chip leader, and he rode the momentum all the way to the finish line, earning himself a second WSOP bracelet and $227,557 in prize money!
Considered among the top online players globally, Dzivielevski has over $7 Million in recorded online MTT winnings. He won his first bracelet last year in Event #51 $2.5K Mixed Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better. Along with the bragging rights of a second bracelet win, Dzivielevski even bagged a $15,000 WSOP Europe package for the victory.
The money was reached on Day 2, with 538 players assured at least $938.

The final table saw its first elimination after an hour of play, with Marcus ‘Phil Kessel’ Cara falling out in ninth place.
Dustin ‘JohnSmiley1’ Dirksen, Chad ‘ThefastLayne’ Layne and Juan ‘Darth Vador’ Perez bowed out subsequently in places eighth to sixth.
The game soon became three-handed after Samuel ‘vivaegipto’ Bernabeu and Gabi ‘kidrurim’ Livshitz hit the rail in fifth and fourth places.
Tautydas ‘GuliGul’ Jokubauskas, who had entered the three-handed play with over half the chips in play, failed to capitalize on it. He became short-stacked and ultimately fell out in third place. The hand in question saw Jokubauskas`s losing out to Dzivieleski’s on the runout .
Dzivieleski held a commanding 4:1 chip lead over Matt ‘DNSFD’ Vengrin at the start of the heads-up and made short work of his opponent. The final hand saw his prevailing over Vengrin’s on the board .
