On Monday, the ongoing 2021 WSOP Online Series on WSOP.com crowned its fifth gold bracelet winner in Jeremiah “freestylerr” Williams. The Illinois-based player championed Event #5: $1,000 NLH 8-Max, taking home not just his first gold bracelet but also a career-best $139,600 payday.

According to his The Hendon Mob profile, Williams has over $150,000 in live career earnings and recently appeared on the high-stakes poker show ‘Poker After Dark.’

The event registered 459 entries generating a $648,700 prize pool. It took about 10 hours of play for a winner to emerge, and the top 90 runners received payouts.

Orson “Pay_son” Young (13th for $5,644), Ryan “Protential” Laplante (18th for $4,606), Bob “bobeads” Mather (30th for $3,179), Chris “Robotbob47” Moorman (34th for $3,179), Anthony “heheh” Zinno (41st for $2,789), Michael “miguelfiesta” Lech (50th for $2,400), and 15-time bracelet winner Phil “Lumestackin” Hellmuth (67th for $2,011) were among the notables who finished in the money.

Austin “l8trgatorr” Peck bubbled the FT in ninth place for $9,146.67.

Being the shortest stack, Kevin “vamonospest” Lutz was expectedly the first player to hit the rail. He exited in eighth place after his failed to get past “Vegasbroke”‘s . Both players flopped a pair of nines, but “Vegasbroke”‘s Ace kicker won him the pot.

“Vegasbroke” went on a rampage hereon, eliminating three players in the next 10 minutes. The first victim was Adam “Shakusky” Richardson, who fell out in seventh place, followed by “Pickitup” in sixth place and the start-of-final table chip leader Gary “phiI_ivey” Kosakowski in fifth place.

Soon after that, Matt “RubberFist” Stout got all his chips in the pot from the small blind, and Jeremiah “freestylerr” Williams called, tabling . Stout turned over . The board blanked out for Stout, eliminating him in fourth place.

Towards the end of Level 35, Joshua “zeal1906” Ray moved all-in from the small blind for 873,087. “Vegasbroke” called with and Ray turned over the . The runout was of no help, knocking Ray out in third place.

The heads-up match between Jeremiah “freestylerr” Williams (8,617,428) and “Vegasbroke” (5,522,572) had the former starting with a clear advantage. The finale went on for about 12 minutes, with Williams coming out on top.

On the final hand, Williams raised to 320,000 and “Vegasbroke” 3-bet to 989,000. Williams called to see the flop . “Vegasbroke” led out for 1.34 Million, and Williams called. The turn brought . “Vegasbroke” fired another bet of 3.34 Million, prompting Williams to move all-in. “Vegasbroke” snap-called.
