WSOP Online Super Circuit: ‘5Dinks4all’ & ‘WhiteChick’ Take Down the Sunday Ring Events

The 2020 GGPoker World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online Super Circuit is now on the home stretch, with 13 out of the 18 ring events having crowned champions. The latest players to win the WSOPC rings on what turned out to be a massive Sunday were ‘5Dinks4all’ and ‘WhiteChick.’

The first event to crown a Sunday champion was Event #12: Monster Stack $500K Gtd that saw Andorra’s ‘5Dinks4all’ take on the Indian player ‘Piko1432’ in the heads-up finale. While ‘5Dinks4all’ took home the title and top prize of $126,949, ‘Piko1432’ banked $87,855 for their runner-up finish.

The second event on the schedule. Event #13: COLOSSUS $2M Gtd, pulled in a massive crowd of 9,603 entries. Topping the field was Singaporean player ‘WhiteChick’ who pocketed $499,366 in first-place prize money.

The next WSOP ring tournament, i.e., Event #14: Deepstack Bounty Hunters $500K Gtd, will take place on May 26.

 

Event #12: Monster Stack $500K Gtd

The 12th WSOP ring event, the Monster Stack $500K GTD, ended after a 15-hour-long ordeal. The event attracted a starting field of 4,846 entries, generating a prize pool worth $891,664. The top 791 places were assured payouts.

Following the elimination of ‘High_Roller,’ the nine-handed final table was formed with India’s ‘Piko1432’ in pole position.

‘sinqularis’ was one of the shorter stacks on the final table and was the first to hit the rail in ninth place.

After the final eight returned from the first break, ‘GorillaWarfare’ was eliminated in eighth place. ‘Piko1432’ then went on rampage mode and eliminated ‘BigMac_373$’ in seventh place before taking out ‘tonkatsu&wagyu’ in sixth place.

Finishing in fourth place was ‘TheRealElysioum,’ and ‘MrWheatToast’ soon joined the former as he exited in third place.

The heads-up began between the Indian player’ Piko1432’ (85,754,284) and ‘5Dinks4all’ (57,585,716), with the former enjoying a formidable lead over the latter. In a little under two hours, ‘5Dinks4all’ was able to whisk the chip lead away from ‘Piko1432’ and eventually went on to win the tourney.

On the final hand, ‘Piko1432’s was beaten by ‘5Dinks4all’s that rivered a better flush.

Event #13: COLOSSUS $2M Gtd

The large field of 9,603 entries was registered through multiple starting flights in the COLOSSUS $2M Gtd, creating a $3,649,140 prize pool. Just 1,430 survivors from the numerous Day 1’s made it through to Day 2. It took a little more than two levels to play down into the money, and by Level 29, the nine-player final table had begun.

Malaysia’s ‘coolerbro’ bubbled the final table, finishing 10th for $19,329.

‘.sitting out’ was the first one out on the FT in ninth place, and he was quickly joined at the rail by ‘getaxc56’ who was ousted in eighth place.

‘Luizftorres14’ was next to go in seventh place, while ‘Money209’ finished in sixth place. ‘KingWilfred’ was dismissed in fifth place, and ‘momosiso’ exited in fourth place.

Following ‘kimokh’s third-place elimination, the heads-up was set up between ‘Gius2020’ (323,558,808) and ‘WhiteChick’ (153,459,274). Despite starting the heads-up as chip leader, ‘Gius2020’ lost his advantage to ‘WhiteChick’, and in the end, the latter took down the event.

The final hand saw ‘Gius2020’s failing to improve against ‘WhiteChick’s , with the runout offering no help to the former.
