WSOP 2021

The ongoing 2021 World Series of Poker (WSOP) has completed 20 days. The series has made a fall run for the first time, chiefly owing to the pandemic. While several events ran to a conclusion this week, the brand drew cheers after it announced that due to the ease of travel restrictions for international players flying into the US, it will be adding two more opening flights to the WSOP Main Event, bringing the total number of starting days for the event to six.

Poker legend Phil Hellmuth was the biggest story at the WSOP this week. The poker brat is off to a trailblazing start at the WSOP and added a record-extending 16th WSOP bracelet after trouncing a field of 272 entries to win Event #31:$1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw for $84,851.
