Manuranjith Ranganathan’s ₹17.38 Lakhs Natural8 India Heater Headlines Sunday Storm; Sam Anand Reigns in The MoneyMaker
This weekend was a celebration of champions. India’s Women’s Ice Hockey Team made history with a bronze medal at the Asian Cup, Portugal lifted the UEFA Nations League trophy, and tennis stars Carlos Alcaraz and Coco Gauff reigned supreme at Roland Garros. While the global sports world had its heroes, India’s poker faithful were glued to the digital felts, where their own champions were being crowned.
Internationally, the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) continued to deliver compelling headlines. Day 13 saw China’s Xixiang Luo clinch a remarkable third career bracelet in Event #24: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Double Board Bomb Pot for $290,400. In a dramatic finale, Nick Guagenti stopped Chino Rheem‘s triple-crown bid, winning Event #25: $10,000 Seven Card Stud Championship for $295,008 and his own third piece of WSOP hardware.
The Indian contingent also had a strong showing. Sriharsha Doddapaneni‘s deep run in Event #26: $25K High Roller ended in 31st place but earned him a massive ₹53.02 Lakhs—the biggest Indian score of the series so far. Bhargav Kakani (9.10 Million) is the lone flag-bearer heading into Day 3 of the $500 COLOSSUS, with 17 other Indians cashing, led by Paawan Bansal (155th for ₹3.87 Lakhs). Meanwhile, Natural8 India’s Executive Director Kunal Patni (381,000) and Young Guns Shardul Parthasarathi (160,000) and Sanat Mehrotra (124,000) have all advanced to Day 2 of Event #29: $2.5K NLHE.

Back home, the Sunday grind was in full roar. Natural8 India’s World Festival 2025 entered its final stages with more huge scores, while PokerBaazi’s expanded Baazi Super Sunday (BSS) schedule, along with the iconic ₹1 Crore GTD The MoneyMaker, served up non-stop action, with significant overlays sweetening the deal for players.
When all the chips were counted, the undisputed king of the Sunday online grind was Manuranjith Ranganathan. After a four-week break from Natural8 India, he roared back into action in the Sunday Showdown 320, battling through a 974-entry field to a podium finish worth a personal-best ₹17.38 Lakhs, including a massive ₹5.24 Lakhs in bounties, planting his name firmly at the top of the day’s charts.
Over at PokerBaazi, all eyes were on the 123rd edition of The MoneyMaker. Topping this epic fight was Sam Anand, who ended a six-week title drought to capture the bracelet and a career-defining ₹15 Lakhs. Anand’s multi-platform assault, which included a final table showing in Adda52’s Big Whale, saw him stack up a staggering ₹16.56 Lakhs for the night. The versatile Siddhanth Kapoor nearly wrote his own comeback story, finishing second in The MoneyMaker for a platform-best ₹9 Lakhs after a long and hard-fought battle. At the same time, Rahul Raina‘s third-place finish, worth a career-high ₹6.77 Lakhs, pushed his lifetime earnings on the platform firmly into the black.
The biggest splash on Adda52 came from the young and formidable Gopal Bajaj, who won the Big Whale for the first time, raking in ₹8.83 Lakhs. His Sunday charge, which included five other cashes, inflated his total take to a scorching ₹10.09 Lakhs. The runner-up, Brijesh Singh, banked a career-best ₹6.41 Lakhs, with his total for the night crossing ₹6.47 Lakhs.
Ridhav Chawla also made a stunning return to form, ending a 2.5-month title drought by taking down PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for ₹6.39 Lakhs after a heads-up deal. With three other scores, his Sunday session added nearly ₹6.85 Lakhs to his coffers. The runner-up, Suraj N Yadav, netted ₹6.08 Lakhs from the deal – his second-best score on PokerBaazi.
The Natural8 India lobbies were buzzing with other big scores:
- ‘MIdasTouch307’ won The Weekender Zodiac Dragon Edition for ₹6.69 Lakhs—his fourth title of the year.
- Amit Kaushik finished seventh in the Zodiac Sunday Main Event for ₹5.75 Lakhs—his best score on the platform.
- ‘Wonderwoman6’ added two big cashes: 2nd in the Sunday Hyper 200 (₹2.36 Lakhs) and 95th in the Bounty Hunters Sunday Main Event 525 (₹1.74 Lakhs).
- ‘Abhipoker’ made a splashy debut with an 11th-place finish in the Zodiac Festival Closer for ₹3.44 Lakhs.
- ‘W@rCry Gaming’ took third in the Sunday Hypersonic 20 for ₹3.03 Lakhs.
MTT beast Vikhyat Ahlawat continued his hot streak, taking down the Adda52 Millions for ₹5.01 Lakhs just a week after his last major win. His Sunday haul, powered by seven deep runs, topped a massive ₹7.18 Lakhs. Long-time regular Rahul Kumar M Jain made a powerful comeback, finishing runner-up for ₹3.79 Lakhs, part of a nearly ₹4.94 Lakhs session.
On Junglee Poker, Delhi’s own Vinay Rajpal found redemption in the SS#15 Sunday Special Knockout, winning ₹4.23 Lakhs ( ₹2.37 Lakhs in bounties) after a previous heartbreaking runner-up finish in the same event in April. The red-hot ‘expert69,’ fresh off a SS#11 Friday Supernova win, finished second for ₹2.43 Lakhs.
The brand-new Summer Showdown Main Showdown on Junglee Poker crowned ‘bakstrok51332248’ as its inaugural champion for ₹3.75 Lakhs.
Mumbai-based Pratik Manjrekar continued his mission, taking down PokerBaazi`s BSS Super Value for ₹3.17 Lakhs, pushing his total for the night just under ₹3.47 Lakhs. The runner-up, Rajesha, returning after a long break, collected a site-best ₹3.13 Lakhs from their deal.
Veteran Sumit Sapra also snapped a three-month drought, winning Adda52’s Mystery Bounty for ₹2.71 Lakhs (₹44,508 in bounties). In a fascinating twist, the runner-up, ‘zolo670,’ actually walked away with more money—a personal-best ₹4.02 Lakhs—thanks to a massive ₹2.36 Lakhs haul in mystery bounties.
Other flagship titles were claimed by ‘Raja31740388’ (Won Junglee Poker’s SS#16 Sunday Special Highroller (6-Max) for ₹3.03 Lakhs), Satyam Verma (Won Spartan Poker’s Sunday Classic for ₹2.34 Lakhs), Dayanand Prass (Won PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance for ₹2.13 Lakhs), Hemanya Gupta (Won PokerBaazi’s BSS Big PLO-5 for ₹2.08 Lakhs), ‘StealthSniper’ (Won Adda52’s Sunday Big Slick for ₹1.81 Lakhs), Nawneet Thakur (Won PokerBaazi’s (6-Max) BSS SPRINT for ₹1.55 Lakhs), and Nishant Chowdhury (Won Spartan Poker’s Kickoff for ₹1.20 Lakhs).
Capping off the Sunday grind with style were Rohit Mishra, Deepak Singh, Himalaya Tarani, Mohak Kapoor, Ganesh Durgade, Jatin Sablani, and Sabur Ali—each adding a marquee title to their growing resumes.
Here are the Sunday highlights!

The weekend grind on PokerBaazi always delivers a punch, and the second Sunday of June was another heavy-hitting affair on India’s leading online poker platform. The iconic The MoneyMaker made its weekly return, anchoring a stacked Baazi Super Sunday (BSS) schedule that kept the tournament action in top gear from the early afternoon well into the Monday morning hours.
A familiar trend continued from the previous week, and with even greater intensity: the big guns, the ₹1 Crore GTD The MoneyMaker and the ₹50 Lakhs GTD BSS SuperStack once again fell well short of their guarantees. For the platform’s sharpest players, this wasn’t a problem; it was an open invitation. The massive value turned these events into a paradise for grinders looking for a significant edge. However, all other big-ticket tournaments – BSS Super Value, the all-new BSS Big PLO-5, (6-Max) BSS SPRINT, and Daily Last Chance—easily crushed their targets.
At the heart of it all was The MoneyMaker, India’s longest-running single-flight tournament with an eight-figure prize pool, making its 123rd run. Now, with a more accessible ₹7,500 buy-in, the event still missed its guarantee by a glaring ₹16.52 Lakhs. For the pros, this meant one thing: a massive +EV opportunity was on the table.
Seizing that chance with both hands was Sam ‘thereallokimon’ Anand. A long-standing and respected figure on the Indian poker circuit, the Gujarat-based regular has been in exceptional form this year, with an NPS Silver Medal (NPS#12 Monday Marathon) and two The Ballers titles in four weeks since March and even shipped the Daily Last Chance in April. However, he’d been hunting for his next major breakthrough for over six weeks. Last night, he found it in the most spectacular way possible.

The MoneyMaker 123.0 was an all-out marathon, and Anand aced it. Firing a second bullet in the 7 PM showstopper after an early setback, he battled through an absolutely stacked 1,280-entry field (629 unique) for nearly 11 hours. His persistence and skill shone through as he captured The MoneyMaker bracelet and a career-defining ₹15 Lakhs—his first-ever seven-figure payday on PokerBaazi and his fourth title of the year. This huge score also launched him to #37 on the platform’s 2025 POY leaderboard.
Anand wasn’t just a one-hit wonder on Sunday. He also stormed the final table of Adda52’s Big Whale, finishing seventh for ₹1,30,045, and cashed in three other PokerBaazi flagships. By the time his marathon session ended, Anand had stacked up a colossal ₹16.56 Lakhs—a haul that would have made him the undisputed king of the Sunday grind on almost any other night. However, he was pipped for the top spot by Natural8 India regular ‘Sanchu5527,’ who landed an explosive ₹17.37 Lakhs score for a third-place finish in the Sunday Showdown 320.
> 1st in PokerBaazi’s The MoneyMaker for ₹15,00,000
> 7th in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹1,30,045
> 120th in PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for ₹10,000
> 22nd in PokerBaazi’s BSS Kickoff for ₹8,460
> 93rd in PokerBaazi’s BSS Super Value for ₹7,865
Waiting in the wings was the versatile actor, DJ, and dedicated poker player Siddhanth ‘Bullzeye’ Kapoor, looking to write his own comeback story. On a seven-week hunt for his third title of the year (since a ₹5.02 Lakhs win in Natural8 India’s Sunday Hypersonic 20), Kapoor was determined to take down The MoneyMaker 123.0, firing four bullets in his bid for glory. He came heartbreakingly close, falling in second place after a long and hard-fought heads-up showdown. Still, the runner-up finish delivered a platform-best ₹9 Lakhs—his second-biggest score overall after his Adda52 Mega Millions third-place finish worth ₹9.28 Lakhs in last July for a significant boost and a much-welcome recovery on past losses.

Siddhanth Kapoor’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India and Junglee Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹5.61 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #2 (across all platforms)
Also chasing redemption was Rahul ‘gcrahulota’ Raina, a PokerBaazi regular since September 2022. Raina, who had clinched his maiden title on the platform in last September’s Daily Last Chance, was eyeing his first major win in almost eight months. He played with focus and determination, navigating the challenging field to a third-place finish. The win eluded him, but the career-high ₹6.77 Lakhs score did something more important: it pushed his entire history on the platform firmly into the black in one go!
Rahul Raina’s PokerBaazi stats: Site Winnings: ₹25.32 Lakhs | Site Profits: ₹2.53 Lakhs
Unsurprisingly, the final table of The MoneyMaker 123.0 was a murderer’s row of talent, featuring poker streamer Aniruddha ‘PocketaceAJ’ Joshi (5th for ₹4 Lakhs), last month’s #28 The MoneyMaker podium finisher (who placed third in last night`s BSS Super Value) Nishant ‘NC1202’ Chowdhury (6th for ₹3.10 Lakhs), Varun ‘BufffBlufff’ Mittal (7th for ₹2.38 Lakhs), and last week’s Turbo Charge (6-Max) winner Uppala ‘Saiupp87’ Sai Raghu (8th for ₹1.83 Lakhs).
With the massive ₹16.92 Lakhs overlay, the value in the headliner was off the charts. The top 196 finishers all walked away with at least ₹16,000—more than double their buy-in. This made it a goldmine for anyone who made a deep run, contributing to a power-packed Sunday on India’s leading online poker platform!

PokerBaazi has pulled out all the stops to fill the void left by last month’s daily The MoneyMaker frenzy, and June has been a straight-up adrenaline rush. The month has been a blur of non-stop showdowns, juicy overlays, and headline-grabbing scores, lighting up the tables like Diwali on a loop. Last night, the action went full throttle once again, headlined by the platform’s two Sunday behemoths: the iconic The MoneyMaker making its weekly run and the loaded ₹50 Lakhs GTD BSS SuperStack. While The MoneyMaker undeniably grabbed the headlines, the other showstopper, the ₹50 Lakhs GTD BSS SuperStack, delivered a particularly gripping tale of endurance and redemption.
The 7:30 PM Sunday beast brought in 452 hopefuls, whose re-entries bloated the final count to 889—a field that, like The MoneyMaker, fell well short of last Sunday‘s turnout but only sweetened the pot for the players involved. For nine intense hours, the tournament was an all-out war of cards, wits, and endurance, turning the night into the kind of high-stakes weekend brawl we’ve come to expect on India’s leading online platform.
Emerging from the chaos was Ridhav ‘Rids’ Chawla, the Delhi-based player who has been a constant fixture in the headlines, though he had been conspicuously missing from the winner`s enclosure lately. His last major victory came on March 20, during a dominant run at the NPS India 2025, where he collected two Gold Medals (NPS#174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT and NPS#114 Mini HighRoller), a Silver (NPS#78 Megadive) and ₹33.07 Lakhs in total winnings. Sure, the post-NPS trail didn’t stay quite as hot, but Chawla has been far from resting. He had been lurking in the shadows the last few months, biding his time while consistently stacking up scores and landing on final tables, including PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance in April and Adda52’s The Mint in May. All of it was setting the stage for a comeback that, when it arrived, would hit like a sledgehammer.

Last night, the hit landed in explosive fashion. With his trademark rhythm—a slow burn followed by a sudden, decisive strike—he blazed to the top, finally adding the missing BSS SuperStack title to his glittering poker CV. A heads-up deal saw a stunning ₹6.39 Lakhs land in his bankroll, his second-biggest payday this year. But this wasn’t his only score; with three other cashes, including a fifth-place finish in the Daily PLO-5, Chawla’s Sunday session saw him stacking up nearly ₹6.85 Lakhs.
> 1st in PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack for ₹6,39,000* (heads-up deal)
> 5th in PokerBaazi’s Daily PLO-5 for ₹25,000
> 150th in PokerBaazi’s The Moneymaker for ₹16,000
> 53rd in PokerBaazi’s BSS Kickoff for ₹4,512
Ridhav Chawla’s online stats (PokerBaazi, Adda52 and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹2.31 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹69.89 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #3
Waiting at the other end of the BSS SuperStack standoff was Suraj N ‘MR8BEAST’ Yadav, another long-time grinder who has been on a steady upswing for the last eight months. A former (7-Max) BSS Championship winner, Yadav had a chance to rewrite history. Over 2.5 years ago, he finished as the runner-up in this very event, and last night, he was looking in great shape to finally claim the crown that had eluded him.

The heads-up match was a tense affair. Yadav agreed to a deal that locked in a massive ₹6.08 Lakhs for him, but he had to concede the title to Chawla, taking second place again. The silver lining: the prize was his second-biggest score on PokerBaazi, keeping his solid upward trajectory firmly on track.
Suraj N Yadav’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India and Junglee Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹4.89 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹25.33 Lakhs
The BSS SuperStack final table was, unsurprisingly, a shark tank. The lineup was a dangerous mix of seasoned pros and in-form crushers. The end boss looming over the table was Snehil ‘GTORanges’ Aggarwal, who just a fortnight ago had booked a jaw-dropping ₹32.59 Lakhs score on Natural8 India. His presence alone raised the stakes, but his run ended in eighth place for ₹97,102. He was followed out by Akshay ‘akdolos’ Joshi in seventh for ₹1.31 Lakhs. The pressure continued to mount as Mahesh ‘mr12324’ Thakkar exited in fifth for ₹2.28 Lakhs, and Anurag ‘Kidwithin’ Bhardwaj bowed out in fourth for ₹2.83 Lakhs. Then there was Saransh ‘saransh004’ Garg, a player on a serious heater. Just two days after winning Adda52’s The Ballers, Garg continued his fine form, trailing the leading duo before his deep run ended in third place for a cool ₹3.69 Lakhs.
Following the prevailing trend since May, the ₹5,750 buy-in BSS SuperStack missed its ₹50 Lakhs guarantee, falling short by a glaring ₹5.55 Lakhs. For the 138 players who made it into the money, this meant a sweet overlay party, each earning at least ₹7,102. It was another high-value event on a loaded Sunday schedule on PokerBaazi that certainly delivered on all fronts!
Final Table Results
- Ridhav ‘Rids’ Chawla – ₹6,36,483*
- Suraj N ‘MR8BEAST’ Yadav – ₹6,07,721*
- Saransh ‘saransh004’ Garg – ₹3,66,102
- Anurag ‘Kidwithin’ Bhardwaj – ₹2,82,602

If Sunday wasn’t already a potboiler on PokerBaazi with The MoneyMaker slotting back into its weekly run, the expanded Baazi Super Sunday (BSS) lineup certainly turned up the heat. As always, the ₹25 Lakhs GTD BSS Super Value stood out as the best bargain on the schedule with its enticing 1000X value. Unlike the two Sunday behemoths that had overlays, this guarantee didn’t just hold—it was demolished, keeping the action on PokerBaazi surging at full speed.
At the centre of it all was Pratik ‘zpAAced’ Manjrekar, who brought a week-long heater to the 5:30 PM flagship. The Mumbai-based poker warrior has been on a mission lately, particularly on Adda52. After capturing a Bounty Madness win on Wednesday, running deep in the Monster Turbo PKO on Thursday (4th), and making another final table in The Ballers on Friday (5th), Manjrekar had serious momentum on his side.

He proved it decisively last night, powering through a mammoth 1,206-entry field (580 unique) and grinding for over nine and a half hours to clinch the BSS Super Value title. This was his second time winning this weekend flagship after a previous victory last October. A heads-up deal locked in a solid ₹3.17 Lakhs for Manjrekar, who fired five entries to flex his Sunday dominance.
Manjrekar`s 2025 story has been nothing short of explosive. It began with a monster ₹11.34 Lakhs score on Natural8 India in January. Then came NPS India 2025, where he truly went on a tear. A Gold Medal in the NPS#180 Knockout (PKO), followed by a Bronze in the record-breaking NPS#191 Main Event for a monster ₹60.64 Lakhs—his biggest single score to date—were part of a staggering ₹73.24 Lakhs series haul.
April saw him clocking in more wins—titles in PokerBaazi’s The Big Show and WTF, plus Pocket52’s (7-Max) Deepstack Turbo. Then came a seven-week hush… but it wasn’t a fade—it was the calm before the storm.
The second Sunday of June has brought Manjrekar roaring back. Two additional cash finishes on Sunday quietly added to the fire, with his total haul for the night settling just under ₹3.47 Lakhs.
> 1st in PokerBaazi’s BSS Super Value for ₹3,17,000* (heads-up deal)
> 39th in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹23,650
> 31st in PokerBaazi’s (6-Max) BSS SPRINT for ₹5,871
Pratik Manjrekar’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India, Junglee Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹5.66 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹2.40 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #6 | Annual Winnings: ₹1.38 Crores | Annual Profits: ₹99.99 Lakhs (across all platforms)
Manjrekar hammered out that BSS Super Value deal with Rajesha ‘nayakbaazi’. Returning to the MTT grind just last week after a two-and-a-half-month break, Rajesha proved he wasn’t back to warm the bench. While he officially took the runner-up spot, the deal saw him walk away with a site-best ₹3.13 Lakhs, ensuring his return not only made noise but made a powerful statement.
Rajesha’s PokerBaazi stats: Site Winnings: ₹10.40 Lakhs | Site Profits: ₹4.25 Lakhs
The BSS Super Value final table was a testament to the high level of competition on a Sunday. It featured a tough lineup of regulars, including several players who were pulling double duty with deep runs in other majors. The MoneyMaker 123.0 sixth-place finisher, Nishant ‘NC1202’ Chowdhury, took third for ₹1.79 Lakhs, while Anurag ‘Kidwithin’ Bhardwaj, who also finished fourth in the BSS SuperStack, snagged another fourth-place finish here for ₹1.39 Lakhs. They were joined by last week’s The Pride runner-up Mayank ‘Newsolidcash’ Maruka (5th for ₹1.12 Lakhs), last night`s Adda52 Millions runner-up Rahul ‘createdd’ Kumar M Jain (6th for ₹89,140), and the red-hot Vikhyat ‘supersaiyan57’ Ahlawat (7th for ₹66,860), last Sunday’s Mystery Bounty champion who won the Adda52 Millions title heads-up from Jain last night!
As always, the BSS Super Value, with its accessible ₹2,500 buy-in, drew a massive crowd of top names and aspiring grinders alike. It smashed its guarantee by ₹1.22 Lakhs, generating a very generous ₹26.21 Lakhs prize pool. With payouts for the top 155 finishers, every player who cashed walked away with at least ₹3,587, adding even more fire to an already action-packed Sunday on PokerBaazi.

Junglee Poker is turning up the heat this June with its massive ₹7.50+ Crores GTD Summer Showdown, and the action is coming thick and fast. The series has been serving up a double-header of primetime marquee tournaments daily, leading to an expanded weekend schedule packed with blockbusters. After a week of non-stop grinding, the second Sunday of the month delivered the real fireworks.
The platform was ablaze with a trio of major tournaments. The night saw ‘bakstrok51332248’ rise to the top in the inaugural ₹25 Lakhs GTD Main Showdown Finale, while ‘Raja31740388’ conquered the star-studded SS#16 Sunday Highroller. While both were huge victories, the night’s most captivating story arguably unfolded in the ₹20 Lakhs GTD SS#15 Sunday Special Knockout, where a tale of redemption saw one of the Delhi circuit’s finest finally getting his due.
Vinay ‘VINAY09’ Rajpal, a pro with serious poker chops and a resume to back it up (including an NPS#7 (7-Max) SPRINT Gold Medal and a Big Whale title this year), put on a clinic. He jumped into the 7:30 PM PKO flagship and masterfully dismantled a battle-hardened 252-entry field. After nearly eight gruelling hours of high-pressure poker, he seized his first major title of the month, walking away with a lofty ₹4.23 Lakhs in prize money, with ₹2.37 Lakhs earned solely from bounties!

But this was more than just another trophy for the cabinet; it was personal. This victory came after a stinging runner-up finish in this event (BG#8 Sunday Special Knockout) on April 6, where the title slipped through his fingers at the last moment. This time, Rajpal rewrote the script with a performance of pure aggression. It was his first Summer Series title and a satisfying end to a nearly six-week title-less stretch since that Adda52 Big Whale takedown in April.
The packed Sunday schedule had Rajpal firing on all cylinders across the major platforms. He even chased a repeat victory in Adda52’s Big Whale, finishing 32nd for ₹23,650. With one more cash in PokerBaazi’s The MoneyMaker 123.0, his Sunday earnings soared to just over ₹4.63 Lakhs, a profitable session capped off by a long-overdue and richly deserved win!
> 1st in Junglee Poker’s SS#15 Sunday Special Knockout for ₹4,23,358* (₹2,36,883 in bounties)
> 32nd in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹23,650
> 115th in PokerBaazi’s The MoneyMaker for ₹16,000
In the final heads-up clash, Rajpal faced the red-hot site regular ‘expert69.’ Riding a wave of confidence after winning the SS#11 Friday Supernova two days earlier, ‘expert69’ was on the verge of claiming back-to-back Summer Series titles, only to see that relentless charge halted by the determined and more experienced Rajpal. Still, a ₹2.43 Lakhs prize, including ₹57,663 in bounties, was a fantastic consolation prize and capped off an excellent weekend for a player clearly in form.
The SS#15 Sunday Special Knockout final table was a warzone—stacked with a dangerous mix of established champions and red-hot players running on pure momentum. Two players, in particular, were the ones to watch. Manish ‘manish jangid’ Jangid, a site loyalist who has been on an absolute tear, came in with the confidence of a player who can do no wrong. Fresh off shipping the Saturday Sunch and a runner-up finish in last week’s SS#1 Sunday Special Knockout, he was a constant threat, applying pressure before his impressive run ended in fourth place for ₹1,16,631 (₹14,250 in bounties).

Then there was the uncanny case of JaiKiran ‘ZEEKE777’ Kumar. The Game Changer 4.0 champion is known for his knack of scoring big, but his recent results have been bordering on surreal. After finishing fifth in this tournament last Sunday, he found himself in a state of déjà vu, navigating through a challenging field only to exit in the same spot again. His second consecutive fifth-place finish earned him an even better ₹90,628 (₹13,500 in bounties) than last time, a clear sign he is knocking loudly on the door of a major Summer Series title!

For the players, the SS#15 Sunday Special Knockout was an opportunity too good to pass up. The ₹6,900 buy-in event fell short of its ₹20 Lakhs guarantee by a glaring ₹4.88 Lakhs, meaning Junglee Poker filled in an almost 25% deficit, making it an +EV feast for every deep runner. With 27 players cashing in from the ₹12.44 Lakhs prize pool, the minimum payout clocked in at ₹18,660, more than double the entry fee. And with bounties in play from an additional ₹7.56 Lakhs in the bounty pool, every elimination only sweetened the payouts, giving players extra incentive to go on the offensive.
For dedicated tournament grinders, last night’s Sunday Special Knockout represented a perfect storm. It was the kind of player-focused opportunity they constantly search for—a generous overlay where house money is sweetening the pot, combined with the action-packed PKO format that rewards aggressive play. Add the prestige of a major Sunday title, and you have an unmissable event. Junglee Poker’s Summer Showdown is consistently delivering on its promise, and for players who have the skill and are willing to put in the volume, the value is undeniable and ripe for the taking.

As the second Sunday of June wrapped up, sports fans had their share of champions to celebrate. Portugal won the final clash to emerge as the UEFA Nations League champions, while Carlos Alcaraz and Coco Gauff lifted the Men’s and Women’s Singles trophies at the French Open. But for India’s poker community, the most compelling drama unfolded on the digital felt, with Adda52 serving up a Sunday night special.
While PokerBaazi often draws the lion’s share of Sunday traffic, Adda52 more than held its own last night. A strong lineup of high-value tournaments was headlined by the ₹50 Lakhs GTD Big Whale, which drew a 739-entry field (421 unique) and saw its 10 PM finale kick off with 91 survivors (two duplicate stacks were removed). The stage was set with yet another juicy overlay and a loaded final table on the horizon. In what has become a recurring theme on the platform, none of the day’s major flagships met their guarantees, creating a landscape ripe with added value for the players who showed up.
Making the biggest splash was the young and formidable Gopal ‘TheAceCrown’ Bajaj, who is quickly building a reputation as one of the game’s most promising talents. The poker pro from Latur, Maharashtra, has been on the prowl the entire year. Still, he really came into focus with a phenomenal run at NPS India 2025, winning two Gold Medals and coming agonizingly close to making the NPC showdown in Goa, only to be edged out by a last-day Bronze Medal finish from seasoned pro Zarvan Tumboli. Last night, Bajaj added another prestigious title to his growing collection.

He masterfully outlasted the stacked Big Whale field to win the weekend showstopper for the first time, raking in a whopping ₹8.83 Lakhs. His Sunday charge didn’t end there; he cashed in five other events, including a deep run for seventh place in the Adda52 Millions. His multi-platform assault saw him stacking up a scorching sum of over ₹10.09 Lakhs across his Sunday session, placing him third on the day’s overall earnings leaderboard, trailing only Natural8 India regular ‘Sanchu5527’ and The MoneyMaker 123.0 champion Sam Anand.
> 1st in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹8,82,664
> 7th in Adda52 Millions for ₹93,851
> 154th in PokerBaazi’s The MoneyMaker for ₹16,000
> 43rd in Adda52’s Mystery Bounty for ₹7,797
> 37th in Adda52’s Sunday Big Slick for ₹6,237
> 113th in PokerBaazi’s BSS Super Value for ₹2,935
The Big Whale also became the stage for a breakout performance for Brijesh ‘Takut007’ Singh. A site regular since 2020, Singh’s steady improvement over the last year paid off in a BIG way. He had the Big Whale title in his sights and nearly went the distance, only to be denied by Bajaj in the end. Still, his runner-up prize of ₹6.41 Lakhs was a massive achievement, crushing his previous best score by more than five times. A small cash in the Mystery Bounty (54th for ₹6,316) pushed his total for the night over ₹6.47 Lakhs, capping off his most profitable online session with aplomb!
Brijesh Singh’s online stats (Adda52 and PokerStars India): Lifetime Winnings: ₹18.66 Lakhs | Lifetime Profits: ₹16.73 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #4
Reaching the Big Whale’s final table was one thing; surviving it was another. The lineup was a gauntlet of heavy hitters, including Jitesh ‘Jiteshamritkar’ Amritkar (opted out of our tracking) (3rd for ₹4.65 Lakhs), last week’s The Endeavour Lite podium finisher Siddharth ‘gabandheer’ Pandey (4th for ₹3.38 Lakhs), and recent Godfather podium finisher Nitin ‘JeeneNhiDunga’ Rawat (5th for ₹2.46 Lakhs). The table also featured last week’s The Big Show champion Rishabh ‘rishabh002’ Gupta (6th for ₹1.79 Lakhs), Sam ‘Lokimon’ Anand (7th for ₹1.30 Lakhs), who went on to win The MoneyMaker 123.0 later in the night, and in a great display of consistency, last Sunday’s Big Whale finalist Rahul ‘poker_king52’ Purohit (8th for ₹94,736), making back-to-back final tables in the same event.
Even with all the buzz, the Big Whale recorded an even bigger shortfall than the previous week. The ₹5,750 buy-in headliner was hit with a landslide ₹13.05 Lakhs overlay, the largest it has seen in its last three editions. All 91 players who returned for the finale were guaranteed a payday, with even a min-cash standing at a very rewarding ₹18,476—more than triple the buy-in.
These recurring overlays are a golden opportunity for players chasing maximum bang for the buck. While it might be surprising that more players aren’t jumping on these chances, one thing is clear: for those in the know, Adda52 is dishing out some of the best value day in and day out.

Poker Sundays hit differently—and this one struck like lightning. With the virtual felts ablaze and adrenaline running sky-high, grinders across the country went to war in a digital maelstrom of high-stakes action. Amidst it all, Adda52 rolled out a feast of tournaments packed with value, thanks to generous overlays across all its majors.
Among the main attractions was the long-running ₹25 Lakhs GTD Adda52 Millions, a Sunday staple on India’s longest-running poker platform. The signature 9 PM flagship drew a tough field of 199 entries ( 99 unique), but in the end, Vikhyat ‘hazard57’ Ahlawat, the MTT beast from Gautam Buddha Nagar, emerged from the fire stronger and sharper than ever.

Ahlawat, best known for his double Gold Medal heroics at NPS India 2025 and a near-miss fifth-place finish in the historic NPC finale in Goa, had been simmering just below the headlines. After his last major win in February (Gold Medal in NPS#29 (7-Max) SPRINT), he stayed consistent with deep runs, but it was his runner-up finish in last month`s #6 The MoneyMaker (for ₹10 Lakhs) that reignited that fire again. Last week, he snapped a three-month title drought by shipping Adda52`s Mystery Bounty. But he wasn’t done. Not even close.
In last night’s Adda52 Millions, Ahlawat put on a performance that was nothing short of clinical. Facing a final table packed with pedigree—a dangerous mix of seasoned veterans, high-volume grinders, and in-form crushers—he dismantled the competition with what looked like a perfect blend of precise reads and relentless aggression. The victory earned him a cool ₹5.01 Lakhs and was more than just another title; it was a statement. By claiming this crown just one week after his last major win, he achieved the rare feat of winning flagship tournaments on back-to-back Sundays, a sign of a player operating at the peak of their game.
While the Adda52 Millions victory was undoubtedly the highlight, it was just part of a much larger Sunday assault. Ahlawat was a dynamo across the virtual felt, firing up a packed schedule and adding six more deep runs to his ledger. His cross-platform campaign saw him lock up a third-place finish in Adda52’s Sunday Big Slick for ₹97,400 while also making a seventh-place charge in PokerBaazi’s BSS Super Value for another ₹66,860. When he finally called it a night, his Sunday scorecard showed accumulated earnings topping a massive ₹7.18 Lakhs.
This stellar performance has also pushed him past some significant career benchmarks. The winnings from his Sunday session have brought him to the brink of crossing the monumental ₹7 Crore mark in tracked online winnings. While he is also closing in on the ₹1 Crore milestone in earnings on Adda52 alone, he successfully stormed past another, more telling, number: with this haul, Ahlawat’s tracked online profits have now exceeded the ₹2 Crore mark, confirming his status as one of the most successful and consistent long-term winners in the game today!
> 1st in Adda52 Millions for ₹5,00,987
> 3rd in Adda52’s Sunday Big Slick for ₹97,400
> 7th in PokerBaazi’s BSS Super Value for ₹66,860
> 10th in Adda52’s Mystery Bounty for ₹35,580* (₹14,668 in bounties)
> 8th in PokerBaazi’s Daily PLO-5 for ₹11,765
> 79th in PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance for ₹4,017
> 73rd in PokerBaazi’s (6-Max) BSS SPRINT for ₹1,550
Vikhyat Ahlawat’s online stats (Adda52, PokerBaazi and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹6.96 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹2 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #5
While Ahlawat roared back into the spotlight, another veteran made a powerful return—Rahul ‘created’ Kumar M Jain. Known to old-school railbirds for his PokerBaazi Blockbuster win in February 2024, Jain had been quietly plotting a comeback.

Last night, he made his intentions clear. In a stirring run through the Adda52 Millions, Jain clashed heads-up with Ahlawat. He may have missed the win, but a ₹3.79 Lakhs runner-up finish was a powerful reminder that the “created” tag still commands respect. His night wasn’t just about that one score; with two other strong finishes, including a sixth-place run in PokerBaazi’s BSS Super Value, Jain wrapped up his Sunday comeback with a bankroll boost of nearly ₹4.94 Lakhs.
> 2nd in Adda52 Millions for ₹3,78,963
> 6th in PokerBaazi’s BSS Super Value for ₹87,486
> 26th in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹27,228
Rahul Kumar M Jain’s online stats (Adda52, PokerBaazi and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹2.10 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹13.26 Lakhs
The Adda52 Millions final table was one of the most competitive of the night, featuring a lineup of heavy-hitters. The gauntlet included the ever-present Shravan ‘sweatmyass13’ Chhabria (4th for ₹2.17 Lakhs), Sagar ‘rajsagar32’ Raj (5th for ₹1.64 Lakhs), and the always-in-the-conversation Sahil ‘imhighishove’ Mahboobani (6th for ₹1.24 Lakhs).
The value train was running at full speed on Adda52 last night, and the Adda52 Millions was no exception. The event fell ₹5.10 Lakhs short of its advertised guarantee—an even larger overlay than the previous week, serving considerable added value for everyone in the mix. The payouts reached the top 27 finishers, with each pocketing at least ₹29,167, well over 2.5 times their initial buy-in. All told it was yet another Sunday where Adda52 generously rewarded those willing to put in the grind.

Sumit ‘hammer_head’ Sapra, the seasoned poker veteran from Punjab, made a triumphant return to the winner’s circle last night, snapping a three-month title drought by clinching Adda52’s ₹25 Lakhs GTD MysteryBounty.
Sapra’s legacy in Indian poker runs deep. He was crushing the felts back when Goa tourneys with 35 players were considered blockbusters. With seven NPS India medals to his name—including a Gold (NPS#108 Monday Medley) and a Silver (NPS#137 Sunday Kickoff) in this year’s NPS India 2025, where he also topped the Punjab State Leaderboard—Sapra has long been a force to be reckoned with. Since March, however, that elusive victory had been just out of reach—until last night.

Outlasting 187 challengers in a 413-entry field, Sapra showed his class, navigating hours of intense poker action to secure the top prize of ₹2.71 Lakhs, which included ₹44,508 from six mystery bounties.
He didn’t stop there, cashing in two additional events—including Poker Baazi’s Sunday showstopper, The MoneyMaker—taking his day’s tally to ₹3.08 Lakhs.
> 1st in Adda52’s Mystery Bounty for ₹2,71,087* (₹44,508 in bounties)
> 68th in Adda52’s Big Whale for ₹20,893
> 153rd in PokerBaazi’s The MoneyMaker for ₹16,000
Sumit Sapra online stats (excluding #Natural8India and #JungleePoker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹14.06 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹4.27 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #2 | Annual Winnings: ₹53.68 Lakhs
For Adda52’s rising star ‘zolo670,‘ who’s only been playing on the platform for six months, last night was heartbreakingly close to a breakthrough. They came within a whisker of their first flagship title—and second overall on Adda52—but ultimately fell to Sapra’s relentless aggression in a gripping heads-up duel. Still, they had plenty to celebrate, banking a platform-best ₹4.02 Lakhs as the runner-up, sweetened by a massive ₹2.36 Lakhs haul from 13 bounties. It made them the biggest overall scorer in the event.
Zolo670’s Adda52 stats: Site Winnings: ₹5.86 Lakhs | Site Profits: ₹5.43 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1
The Mystery Bounty final table was stacked with seasoned crushers: last week’s The MoneyMaker bracelet winner ‘goajaanahai‘ (3rd for ₹3.52 Lakhs), Yuvraj ‘kalidenalii’ Bhardwaj (5th for ₹3.18 Lakhs), veteran pro Ram ‘Mowgumotu’ Kakkar (6th for ₹59,185), and Sachit ‘happyyhigh’ Malik (8th for ₹33,160).
Like last week, the ₹5,750 buy-in Mystery Bounty fell short of its ₹25 Lakhs guarantee by ₹4.35 Lakhs—translating into added value for the top 63 finishers, who walked away with a min-cash of ₹6,316, plus the thrill of mystery bounties that made every elimination a potential bankroll-boosting surprise after the bubble burst!
Final Table Results (Including Bounties)
- Sumit ‘hammer_head’ Sapra – ₹2,71,087
- Zolo670 – ₹4,01,615
- goajaanahai – ₹3,52,209

This was a historic week for Indian poker! The National Poker Champion showdown reached its climax, with the Finale playing out at the Novotel Resort & Spa on Thursday. It was the final chapter of the record-crushing NPS India 2025, and the live action in Goa delivered all the buzz and nail-biting moments we were hoping for.
Fighting his way through four days of intense match-style play was Gujarat’s Mohit Bohra. After three days and six matches narrowed the field to just six contenders, Bohra delivered a masterclass in the Thursday Finale, writing his name in the books as India’s first-ever National Poker Champion. He scooped up a life-changing ₹1 Crore winner-takes-all prize, with poker fans across the nation glued to the action on JioHotstar and following PokerGuru’s live updates! Bohra’s victory wasn’t just personal glory; it also unlocked a massive ₹1 Crore NPC State Freeroll (set for April 26), exclusively for players from Gujarat who jumped into at least one NPS India 2025 event.
While PokerBaazi has been the engine driving much of the high-stakes action with its loaded schedule of flagships, its TDS-free April promotion has helped swell the traffic at the tables. But they’re far from hitting the brakes. Promotions are coming thick and fast: the iconic The MoneyMaker returns for a whole month of daily grind glory in May. And then there’s the bombshell announcement – the ₹125 Crores GTD Indian Poker Masters 2025 is hitting in August, not long after the WSOP 2025 buzz fades. This third edition isn’t just a return; it’s blowing up bigger than ever, easily the biggest tournament series India has ever hosted, even topping the recent NPS India 2025 scale.
But PokerBaazi isn’t the only platform turning up the temperature. Natural8 India has a seriously packed schedule of daily tournaments, and its Bounty Hunters Series is throwing around hefty guarantees as it nears the finish line. PokerDangal’s ₹60 Lakhs GTD Dangal Value Series wraps up tonight, Junglee Poker’s Battle Ground series is now running until May 25, and Adda52 is right in the thick of it with a significantly beefed-up tournament lineup delivering real value to players.
With serious cash flying around on all platforms, the action hasn’t let up. Another big Sunday is already underway, so the leaderboards could get a serious shake-up. For another week, the view from the Player of the Year summit hasn’t changed, but the chasers below are charging up fast.
Tarun Goyal Still Commands the POY Lead: Eleven Weeks Strong
There are no changes at the top of the 2025 Player of the Year (POY) leaderboard this week; the top four are holding steady. That officially makes it eleven consecutive weeks for Tarun Goyal at number one.

Goyal’s 2024 was legendary by any standard, pulling in ₹12.39 Crores in tracked winnings and nearly ₹10 Crores in profit. That’s the biggest single-year profit haul we’ve seen from an Indian online player since we started keeping track in 2019 (and considering the scene was quieter back then, it’s arguably the best run yet by an Indian). He kicked off 2025 with that same high-octane energy. Although Goyal’s been laying low recently – no scores logged this week – that incredible February heater, capped by a colossal ₹2.74 Crores score, is keeping his lead nice and padded. His 2025 stats stay put: ₹4.48 Crores in total winnings, with ₹2.61 Crores profit.
He’s still comfortably ahead, holding more than a 22% cushion on the POY leaderboard. But with challengers finding momentum, they’ll be looking to close that gap while Goyal’s taking a breather.
Anant Purohit Hot on Goyal’s Heels at #2
Anant Purohit, who finished second in the 2024 POY race, remains the primary challenger breathing down Goyal’s neck. He carried his phenomenal end-of-year form on Natural8 India directly into 2025, and a mind-blowing score in late March shook things up.

Purohit was already putting in work on Natural8 India early this year, picking up where he left off. But he really threw his hat in the POY contention after snagging that eye-popping ₹1.92 Crores win in Natural8 India’s PLOSSUS Bounty 400. Not only was it a personal best, but it took a serious bite out of Goyal’s lead and made Purohit the top earner for March. He hasn’t landed another monster score in April yet, but his overall 2025 stats look strong: ₹3.67 Crores banked, with ₹1.07 Crores in profit.
It definitely has the feel of a two-horse race for the POY title again, much like last year. But with PokerBaazi’s huge upcoming schedule and Natural8 India always offering shots at life-changing money, it’s way too early to rule out other players making a serious push later down the line.
Ankit Bajaj Holding #3, Needs Another Spark
Ankit Bajaj continues to hold down the #3 spot on the 2025 POY leaderboard, staying right there behind the leading pair. The gap to the leaders is still pretty wide, but Bajaj is hanging tough for now.

His defining moment came on March 2, when he pulled out an incredible ₹1 Crore mystery bounty on Natural8 India – landing him in the exclusive club of only five other Indian players with an eight-figure tournament score. That life-changing hit launched him into the POY top three, and he’s stayed there since. It was another quiet week for Bajaj score-wise, keeping his stats at ₹1.42 Crores in total winnings and ₹90.24 Lakhs in profit.
There’s a long road ahead, and with so much action coming up, Bajaj needs to find some traction or risk losing ground.
The POY Mid-Pack Scramble
For the second week in a row, Pratik Manjrekar locks down the #4 spot in the POY race. The Poker Bootcamp India talent—known for that runner-up finish in the 2023 EndBoss Special Edition—keeps putting up results. His third-place finish in the biggest-ever NPS India 2025 Main Event gave him a nice leg up in this year-long chase, and his numbers show it: ₹1.22 Crores earned for the year with ₹87.69 Lakhs in profit.

Rajneesh Thakur makes a key move up into the #5 position, his first time cracking the top five. This volume king is a constant presence on the TLB leaderboard, and he seems to have hit a different gear recently, pushing his yearly earnings to ₹1.19 Crores and profits to ₹47.30 Lakhs.

Slipping just one spot to #6 is the always-steady PokerGuru Staking coach, Advait Rajguru. A top-five POY finisher last year, Rajguru stays well within range, showing ₹1.19 Crores in winnings and a tidy ₹70.45 Lakhs profit.

Monthly Standings – Anonymous Crushers Lead the Charge
Currently, the April earnings chart is being bossed by three anonymous players absolutely crushing it on Natural8 India, each putting up staggering numbers.
The biggest noise this week – and for the month – came from ‘Raskal.’ This player popped onto the radar with a ₹1.67 Lakhs cash last week, then followed up by finishing an incredible third in last Sunday’s massive Bounty Hunters HR Main Event 525. Outlasting nearly all of a colossal 3,368-entry field, ‘Raskal’ walked away with a jaw-dropping ₹84.98 Lakhs, including about ₹19 Lakhs just from bounties! With ₹86.66 Lakhs banked this month/year, ‘Raskal’ is easily the top earner in April and for the week, although choosing to stay anonymous means they won’t show up on our official leaderboards.
Trailing ‘Raskal’ are fellow anonymous Natural8 grinders ‘Shouryaanga,’ sitting on ₹30.39 Lakhs in April winnings (annual winnings – ₹81.84 Lakhs), and ‘Bryant_24,’ who’s collected ₹29.28 Lakhs this month – both also staying off the official lists.
Siddhant Singh Seizes the Spotlight — Official #1 on Monthly & Weekly Charts
With those high-flying anonymous players opting off the public radar, Siddhant Singh steps up to claim the official #1 rank in both the weekly and monthly standings after a blistering Sunday session.

This young sensation had already set the tone by winning PokerBaazi`s The Quest last week for ₹5.12 Lakhs. Then this past Sunday, Singh went on a tear, nearly pulling off an incredible hat-trick: he won the (6-Max) BSS SPRINT (₹1.48 Lakhs), took down Adda52’s Mystery Bounty (₹4.81 Lakhs), and finished runner-up in the BSS SuperStack (₹5.14 Lakhs).
That Sunday rampage boosted his weekly take to ₹12.13 Lakhs (weekly profits – ₹8.95 Lakhs), making him the official weekly chart-topper behind the anonymous crew. His April total now sits at ₹18.60 Lakhs earned (monthly profits – ₹14.15 Lakhs), grabbing him the official #1 spot for the month too.
Rounding Out the Monthly Top 3: Raj and Bala Stay Strong
Sagar Raj holds down the #2 spot in the monthly standings, having himself had a near-miss triple crown performance two weeks ago. That hot run on PokerBaazi—including wins in The Endeavour and Daily Last Chance, plus a second place in Big PLO—keeps his April numbers strong at ₹16.79 Lakhs in winnings and ₹13.27 Lakhs in profits.

After leading the April race for two weeks, Abilash Bala slides to #3, but his recent return to top form is still running strong. A five-day heater on PokerBaazi, topped off by winning The Big Show, leaves Bala with ₹16.22 Lakhs in monthly earnings and ₹9.31 Lakhs profits.

Others Making Noise in April
Beyond the headline grabbers, several well-known pros are putting together solid months.
Look no further than three-time POY Young Gun Gaurav Sood, who’s climbed up to #4 with ₹14.68 Lakhs earned in April (monthly profits – ₹10.66 Lakhs). Quietly consistent as always, Sood is never someone to ignore. His decision not to play on Natural8 India might be limiting opportunities for those truly game-changing scores that could position him for a record-extending fourth POY title chase.

Lavesh Meena is right behind at #5, riding a strong week to hit ₹13.54 Lakhs in April earnings (monthly profits – ₹12.06 Lakhs) – that’s some efficient grinding!

At #6, Kovid Saraswat keeps playing sharp, collecting ₹11.79 Lakhs in winnings (monthly profits – ₹8.53 Lakhs).

Weekly Standings – Kain, Mehrotra & Kapoor Keep Busy
Kunal Kain Takes Weekly #2 With PokerBaazi Breakthrough
Stepping up as the #2 finisher on the weekly charts is Kunal Kumar Kain, who had a real breakthrough on PokerBaazi, where he’s been putting in volume for about six months. The Delhi player raked in ₹11.41 Lakhs in winnings (weekly profits – ₹10.49 Lakhs) this week, thanks to a blistering three-day heater that included finishing third in The Endeavour (₹3.69 Lakhs) and then capturing his biggest career win in The Summit (₹7.50 Lakhs)!
Sanat Mehrotra Bags Weekly #3 With Double Adda52 Title
Young Gun Sanat Mehrotra also had a fantastic week after a series of solid finishes. He snagged two major titles back-to-back, good for #3 on the weekly leaderboard with ₹11.19 Lakhs in winnings (weekly profits – ₹9.91 Lakhs). Mehrotra owned Adda52 this week, winning both the Godfather (₹3.76 Lakhs) and The Ballers (₹4.01 Lakhs) – remarkably, winning both events for the sixth time each!

Other Weekly Standouts – Consistency Rewarded
Just off the weekly podium, the versatile Siddhanth Kapoor took the #4 spot, posting ₹11.12 Lakhs in winnings for the week (weekly profits – ₹7.85 Lakhs).

Anurag Srivastava was right there at #5, continuing his consistent leaderboard presence with ₹10.16 Lakhs in winnings (weekly profits – ₹7.88 Lakhs).

Rajneesh Thakur finished out the weekly top six, banking ₹8.99 Lakhs (weekly profits – ₹5.28 Lakhs). Thakur’s excellent April is shaping up to be one of his best months yet and has boosted him into the POY top five for the very first time.

Daily Majors: Kunal Kain Tops Thursday Charts With The Summit Win; Rajvardhan Kavi, Sanat Mehrotra, Vinay Rajpal & Pratik Manjrekar Also Deliver Heavy Hits
While Thursday delivered plenty of heat online, all eyes were on Goa, where a major chapter in Indian poker history was written. The buzz was immense as the country’s top talents gathered for the grand finale of the National Poker Champion (NPC) showdown – a fantastic finish to the record-setting NPS India 2025!
This wasn’t just any tournament. The NPC showdown was the high-stakes finish line of a weeks-long journey, pitting 12 state champions against each other in a unique match-play format. Hosted at the Novotel Resort & Spa in Goa, the event played out over three tense days and six tough matches. On Thursday, the final six faced off for the ultimate prize, with the spotlight shining brightly on 26-year-old Mohit Bohra from Gujarat!
In a finale streamed live on JioHotstar (with real-time updates from PokerGuru), Bohra delivered a composed and commanding performance to win the sought-after NPC title. His victory brought not only the gleaming trophy but a jaw-dropping ₹1 Crore payday – officially writing his name into the Indian poker record books as the first National Poker Champion!
But Bohra’s win had wider implications. His victory also triggered a special ₹1 Crore NPC State Freeroll for players from Gujarat who participated in NPS India 2025. Set for April 26, this freeroll gives Gujarat’s poker community a massive reason to celebrate their new champion.
The NPC spotlight definitely drew attention away from the online tables. With the community watching the Goa finale, Thursday’s virtual grind saw lighter-than-usual fields for the second day running, creating an ideal setup for opportunistic players. Overlays appeared across several major events!
That didn’t mean the online action was slow. Several series kept the action going: PokerDangal’s ₹60 Lakhs GTD Dangal Value Series moved closer to its final stretch, Junglee Poker’s Battle Ground series lineup offered more knockout action, and Adda52’s updated MTT schedule—including the second starting flight of the ₹1 Crore GTD Burstfire—gave players plenty of reasons to stay locked in.
Amidst all this, Kunal Kain stepped up as the hero of the day. The Delhi-based player delivered a breakout performance in PokerBaazi’s The Summit, winning the title for a career-best ₹7.50 Lakhs. Coming off a personal-best third-place finish in The Endeavour just two days earlier, Kain clearly used that momentum, winning his fourth flagship title on the platform and ninth title of the year — his third this month alone! Kain added three more cashes on the platform, boosting his Thursday earnings to nearly ₹7.64 Lakhs and landing him atop the day’s online charts. Rajvardhan Kavi almost stole the show, continuing his great form from an NPS Gold Medal win last month, finishing second for ₹5.17 Lakhs — his second-best online score ever.
Arpan Majhi signalled his return to top form on PokerBaazi with a strong performance in the Summit Lite, where a heads-up deal earned him ₹1.61 Lakhs and his fourth title of 2025. The former The MoneyMaker champion nearly made it an incredible double-win night with a superb run in The Summit, finishing third for ₹3.85 Lakhs (his biggest score of the year). Majhi banked over ₹5.46 Lakhs across both impressive results, finishing second on the day`s top earners list. Joining him in the spotlight was Jaikishan Jangid, who grabbed ₹1.71 Lakhs in the Summit Lite deal for his runner-up finish, adding to a growing list of strong finishes in 2025. With two additional cashes, Jangid finished his Thursday with over ₹1.75 Lakhs in total winnings.
Over at Adda52, Young Gun Sanat Mehrotra showed everyone why he’s one of the steadiest performers on the platform, capturing the Godfather title for an amazing sixth time and collecting ₹3.75 Lakhs—his third-best score on the site this year. The Gurgaon-based IIT-IIM alum added two more cashes on PokerBaazi; his combined Thursday results totalled nearly ₹4.14 Lakhs. Chasing him all the way was Pranay Chawla, who came painfully close to his first title of the year after several close calls. His runner-up finish in the Godfather earned him a personal-best ₹2.75 Lakhs on Adda52, continuing his recent string of deep runs.
Vinay Rajpal put together a strong performance on PokerBaazi, taking down the Big PLO-5 for ₹2.09 Lakhs—his second title of the year on the platform. Still carrying momentum from his great NPS India 2025 run, Rajpal added a seventh-place finish in The Summit for another ₹1.58 Lakhs. His total Thursday take topped ₹3.68 Lakhs, pushing his annual earnings over the ₹50 Lakhs mark. Close behind him was Amit Kaushik, who continued his own great form with a runner-up finish in the same PLO event for ₹1.72 Lakhs. The Kurukshetra pro, already with major wins this year and a huge score at the VPT Championship Main Event final table, added a couple more deep runs to finish the night with close to ₹2 Lakhs collected.
Pratik Manjrekar kept his stunning 2025 campaign rolling, winning PokerBaazi’s WTF after a heads-up deal for ₹3.17 Lakhs – his third career win in the event and second of the year. The Mumbai pro has had a fantastic run all season, highlighted by a Bronze Medal finish in the NPS#191 Main Event. With this latest win—his fifth-best score of the year— and a total Thursday score of ₹3.20 Lakhs, he remains firmly in the hunt on the 2025 POY leaderboard, where he currently ranks #4. In the runner-up spot was fellow Maharashtrian Karan Kanani, who came close to a big breakthrough. The deal gave him a career-best ₹3.13 Lakhs, and along with a pair of small cashes, his Thursday earnings reached ₹3.16 Lakhs—a good showing from the former 2024 NPS#110 Slamdunk Gold Medallist.
‘amit1258’ won Junglee Poker’s BG#41 Thursday Mini Highroller, collecting ₹1.92 Lakhs, while Amit Kumar Jha added another win to his name with a ₹1.56 Lakhs score in PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance (his third time winning this late-night event)—both posting strong results.
Over on Natural8 India, Nitin Gupta made a good showing with a deep run in the Zodiac Goat High Roller. Getting through a tough 285-player field, Gupta claimed an eighth-place finish worth ₹1.85 Lakhs. The result boosted his 2025 earnings on the site past ₹14 Lakhs.
Also doing well was Anshul Rajput, who put in volume and got two notable finishes. He started with an eighth-place run in the Daily Deepstack Special 125, collecting ₹74,421. Not long after, he won the Daily Turbo 80, taking down the 16-player field for ₹66,253. The scores added ₹1.41 Lakhs to his bankroll and boosted his annual Natural8 India earnings past ₹39 Lakhs.
Also making their presence felt across major platforms were Young Gun Abhishek Sonu, Shubham Agarwal, Pawan Dineshkeni, Prince Kumar, and Neeraj Kumar, each winning marquee events and adding to an action-filled night on the virtual felts.
Here are the Thursday highlights!

Thursday nights on PokerBaazi always feel like the warm-up lap for the big weekend grind, but the energy was sky-high last night. While the virtual felt kept buzzing, history was being written in Goa. The entire Indian poker community was tuned in as the first-ever National Poker Champion was about to be crowned.
The showdown stealing the spotlight was, of course, the National Poker Champion Finale. This wasn’t just another tournament but the thrilling climax of the record-breaking NPS India 2025, bringing together the top 12 State Leaderboard champions for a unique showdown. After three gruelling days and six intense match-play rounds at the Novotel Resort & Spa, it all came down to a final six battling under the bright lights. Gujarat’s Mohit Bohra played brilliantly in a tense, winner-takes-all finale streamed live on JioHotstar (with PokerGuru providing updates). The 26-year-old outlasted the five other state champions to claim the sought-after NPC trophy and a life-changing ₹1 Crore top prize, literally carving his name into Indian poker history.
And the celebration doesn’t end there! Bohra’s incredible victory unlocked a massive ₹1 Crore NPC State Freeroll exclusively for players from Gujarat who participated in NPS India 2025. Mark your calendars for April 26 – Bohra didn’t just win for himself; he brought a huge opportunity back home to his state’s players.
With so much attention focused on that nail-biting NPC finale in Goa, it’s no surprise the online action saw slightly smaller fields again last night. That created a fantastic scenario for grinders hitting the virtual tables – overlays were noticeable across several majors, even with PokerBaazi’s tempting TDS-free withdrawal offer running! While popular events like the Daily Last Chance and Big PLO-5 still comfortably hit their guarantees, the overlay trend continued elsewhere.
Even the big one, the night’s crown jewel, the ₹50 Lakhs GTD The Summit, landed well shy of its guarantee, like last week. That overlay added a dose of value — and plenty of drama — to what turned out to be a tough fight. Coming out on top was Kunal ‘Khanarana’ Kain, a familiar name from Delhi who has quietly been building serious momentum on PokerBaazi over the last six months.
Kain was clearly carrying good form into the night, coming off a personal-best third-place finish in Tuesday’s The Endeavour (for ₹3.69 Lakhs). Last night, he converted that momentum into the biggest win of his career. He went all the way in The Summit, taking down the title for a huge ₹7.50 Lakhs! This score smashed his previous best from just two days ago and gave him his fourth flagship title on PokerBaazi, his ninth tournament win overall in 2025, and his third victory in April alone.
The 8 PM showstopper pulled in 287 players, reaching 509 entries with re-entries. Kain himself needed that second bullet after busting early. Still, he regrouped and put in a stellar performance across the 8.5-hour grind, outlasting a challenging field packed with pros and persistent regulars to take the title.
And he didn’t stop there. Kain cashed in three other smaller events on the platform, putting together a Thursday haul of nearly ₹7.64 Lakhs, making him the biggest online winner of the day!
> 1st in PokerBaazi’s The Summit for ₹7,50,000
> 4th in PokerBaazi’s (7-Max) SPRINT for ₹9,426
> 11th in PokerBaazi’s Evening SPRINT for ₹2,783
> 22nd in PokerBaazi’s (5-Max) Hyper for ₹1,695
Kunal Kumar Kain’s PokerBaazi stats: Lifetime Winnings: ₹41.97 Lakhs| Lifetime Profit: ₹24.22 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #9 | Annual Winnings: ₹31.79 Lakhs
Almost writing the headline himself was Rajvardhan ‘mrmeeseeks0405’ Kavi, who came within touching distance of what could have been another golden chapter in his breakout year. Still riding high from grabbing the Gold Medal in the NPS#122 Slamdunk last month, Kavi looked poised for back-to-back stardom in The Summit — but the win slipped away this time.
After firing three bullets in The Summit and working through the tough field, Kavi’s run ended just short of the finish line. He still walked away with plenty – the runner-up finish earned him ₹5.17 Lakhs, his second-biggest online score ever (only behind his deep run in the NPS#191 Main Event last month, where he collected ₹6 Lakhs). Another big run, another deep reminder of the talent he’s bringing to the table in 2025.
Rajvardhan Kavi’s PokerBaazi stats: Lifetime Winnings: ₹16.76 Lakhs| Lifetime Profit: ₹3.91 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1
The Summit final table was loaded with strong players. Arpan ‘Novus’ Majhi, who had just won the Summit Lite earlier, finished third here for ₹3.85 Lakhs, capping off an incredible double FT showing. Also making deep runs were Aayush ‘quads2810’ Pande (4th for ₹2.90 Lakhs), Sanjay ‘sanjaykotak’ Khanna, who also FT’d the WTF last night (5th for ₹2.44 Lakhs), Siddhartha ‘philivey2694’ Khanna (6th for ₹2.01 Lakhs), and Vinay ‘vinay09’ Rajpal, yesterday’s Big PLO-5 champion and the #3 finisher on the NPS India 2025 Series Leaderboard (7th for ₹1.59 Lakhs).
Despite the top-tier lineup, the ₹10,000 buy-in The Summit didn’t quite reach its ambitious guarantee, resulting in a ₹5.74 Lakhs overlay—even larger than last week. This meant significant added value flowed back to the players, especially the top 84 finishers, who all walked away with at least ₹21,000, more than doubling their investment.
With non-stop tournament action, great promotions like TDS-free withdrawals fuelling the grind, daily fireworks lighting up the tables, and the post-NPS momentum still buzzing, there’s no question PokerBaazi remains a top spot for MTT players this summer. You can bet more big things are coming from the industry leader.

Pratik ‘zpAAced’ Manjrekar isn’t just having a good year—he’s building a legacy. Coming right off a runner-up finish in Adda52’s The Mint on Tuesday, the Mumbai poker pro put on another strong display in PokerBaazi’s ₹25 Lakhs GTD WTF last night. After just over eight hours of focused play, Manjrekar closed the books following a heads-up deal, pocketing ₹3.17 Lakhs for the victory. This win delivered him his third career WTF title and his second one already this year (he last took it down in January).

Manjrekar kicked off his 2025 campaign in blazing form, hitting a monster ₹11.34 Lakhs score on Natural8 India early in January, which set the tone for a year defined by sharp, consistent results. His run at NPS India 2025 was equally impressive – he captured Gold in the NPS#180 Knockout (PKO) and finished the series strong, powering his way to a Bronze Medal in the record-setting NPS#191 Main Event for a colossal ₹60.64 Lakhs. His total series haul reached ₹73.24 Lakhs across an incredible 71 cashes (from 151 events played). He hasn’t let up since, adding wins in PokerBaazi’s The Big Show and Pocket52’s (7-Max) Deepstack Turbo. This relentless consistency keeps him at #4 on the 2025 Player of the Year leaderboard.
Last night’s WTF victory saw Manjrekar expertly navigate a field of 763 entries (421 unique) in the 7:30 PM flagship. It was a demanding grind, but he persevered, clinching his fifth-best score of the year. A small additional cash of ₹2,625 in Adda52’s Monster Turbo PKO (23rd) meant his total Thursday take reached ₹3.20 Lakhs, adding more fuel to his quest for the coveted POY crown.
Pratik Manjrekar’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India, Junglee Poker and Pocket52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹5.39 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹2.18 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #4 | Annual Winnings: ₹1.22 Crores (across all platforms) | Annual Profits: ₹87.25 Lakhs (across all platforms) | Ranked #4 in the 2025 Leaderboard Standings (Total Cashes)
The WTF heads-up clash turned into an all-Maharashtra affair, with Karan ‘Kaio575’ Kanani putting up a spirited fight. Kanani, perhaps less recognized on the scene but a regular fixture on PokerBaazi and a former NPS Gold Medallist (NPS#110 Slamdunk champion last year), had been searching for that next breakthrough win. He came close last night, ultimately agreeing to a heads-up deal before finishing second. That deal still resulted in a handsome ₹3.13 Lakhs payday – a new personal-best score for Kanani!
Adding small cashes from PokerBaazi’s Evening SPRINT (25th for ₹1,897) and Daily Morning SPRINT (47th for ₹1,530), Kanani wrapped up a highly productive Thursday session with ₹3.16 Lakhs credited to his account.
Karan Kanani’s PokerBaazi stats: Site Winnings: ₹54.08 Lakhs | Site Profits: ₹12.89 Lakhs
Also deep in the mix, as is often the case, was Rajneesh ‘msdhoni’ Thakur. This volume machine continues his tireless grind across platforms. Having already won Wednesday’s Bounty Madness and final-tabled The Pride, Thakur kept the momentum going Thursday. He logged five more deep runs, including his third-place finish in the WTF for ₹1.85 Lakhs. He also appeared at the final tables of Adda52’s Godfather (5th for ₹1.08 Lakhs* – qualified via ₹575 satellite) and PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance (6th for ₹48,973), collecting over ₹3.52 Lakhs across another eventful session!
> 3rd in PokerBaazi’s WTF for ₹1,85,000
> 5th in Adda52’s Godfather for ₹1,08,450
> 6th in PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance for ₹48,973
> 12th in PokerBaazi’s (7-Max) Afternoon Boost for ₹7,775
> 25th in PokerBaazi’s (PLO-5) BOOST for ₹1,845
The WTF final table was certainly no picnic, featuring several well-known online grinders. Archit ‘flyingmuck’ Khandelwal, who final-tabled The Quest earlier this month, placed fourth for ₹1.43 Lakhs. Sanjay ‘sanjaykotak’ Khanna, who made the WTF final table in January, finished fifth this time for ₹1.17 Lakhs. The ever-present Shagun ‘sogani22’ Jain, who also made a third-place finish in the Summit Lite last night and bagged the chip lead on Day 1B of Adda52`s new Burstfire, added another ₹75,000 to his tally with a seventh-place finish. Ayush ‘goosemaverick’ Khandelwal rounded out the final table in eighth place, earning ₹54,750.
With attention drawn to the NPC finale, most primetime flagships felt the overlay heat, and the same applied to the ₹3,300 buy-in WTF, which had an overlay shortfall of ₹3.10 Lakhs. But for the 118 players who cashed, even a min-cash of ₹7,500 meant more than doubling their initial buy-in. This online grind provided its excitement, adding another layer to what was truly a historic day for Indian poker, with Mohit Bohra becoming the first National Poker Champion!
Final Table Results
- Pratik ‘zpAAced’ Manjrekar – ₹3,17,425*

Thursday was a historic day for Indian poker, with the whole community glued to the action as Gujarat’s Mohit Bohra became the first National Poker Champion in a down-to-the-wire finale in Goa! With so much focus on the live showdown, the online felt was noticeably lighter again. However, proving its dedicated following, PokerBaazi’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD Big PLO-5 completely bucked the overlay trend yet again.
The PLO flagship comfortably crushed its guarantee last night, dishing out six hours and 18 minutes of five-card chaos as top players went at it in the 9 PM event. Coming out on top was a deserving winner: Vinay ‘vinay09’ Rajpal, who put on a strong show to grab his second title of the year on the platform.

The Delhi-based pro has a grinder’s heart! He’s still riding high from an epic NPS India 2025 run, where he incredibly played all 191 events, collected four medals, and banked ₹15 Lakhs for finishing #3 on the Series Leaderboard. That kind of form doesn’t fade easily. He came close to another title earlier this month with a runner-up finish in Junglee Poker’s BG#8 Sunday Special KO, and last night, he finally snapped a two-month winless streak.
Taking on a field of 241 entries (115 unique) in the Big PLO-5, Rajpal cranked up the heat and shipped the event for a cool ₹2.10 Lakhs. But his work wasn’t over; he also went deep in The Summit, finishing seventh for another ₹1.59 Lakhs. With these scores combined, his Thursday haul pushed past the ₹3.68 Lakhs mark, pushing his annual earnings over the ₹50 Lakhs mark (not even counting those leaderboard prizes)!
Vinay Rajpal’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India, Junglee Poker and Pocket52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹9.99 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹1.98 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #2 | Annual Winnings: ₹50.29 Lakhs
Also throwing heavy punches last night was Kurukshetra’s poker beast, Amit ‘quark’ Kaushik, who has been running hot across the circuit recently. After a strong February—winning the Godfather and taking Bronze in NPS#32 (PLO-5) Megadive—and a good March that included wins in Adda52’s The Mint and a runner-up in Iron Man, plus coming off that impressive sixth-place finish in the first-ever VPT Championship Main Event in Phu Quoc (worth ₹19.57 Lakhs!), Kaushik was back on the online grind, hungry for his first online title in April.

True to his reputation as a multi-format threat, the two-time Adda52 Millions champ dove into the Big PLO-5 with intent. Although the win remained elusive, Kaushik battled his way to a second-place finish, adding ₹1.73 Lakhs to his bankroll. With deep runs in two other flagships, his Thursday tally climbed to almost ₹2 Lakhs.
> 2nd in PokerBaazi’s Big PLO-5 for ₹1,72,898
> 14th in Adda52’s Godfather for ₹19,183
> 101th in PokerBaazi’s WTF for ₹7,500
Amit Kaushik’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India, Junglee Poker and Pocket52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹9.05 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹3.21 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #2 | Annual Winnings: ₹50.29 Lakhs | Annual Profits: ₹11.04 Lakhs
The Big PLO-5 final table didn’t lack firepower, featuring several well-known regulars. Sunday’s (6-Max) BSS SPRINT runner-up Dhirendra ‘dhiru91’ Kumar finished third for ₹1.31 Lakhs. The dangerous ‘Daddu26’ took fourth for ₹86,973, followed by Ashutosh ‘predictkar’ Paibhale in fifth for ₹52,393, and last week’s The Ballers winner Sahil ‘ImHighIshove’ Mahboobani in sixth for ₹41,915.
As one of PokerBaazi’s most popular events, the ₹5,000 buy-in Big PLO-5 proved its mettle again, generating a rewarding ₹10.48 Lakhs prize pool that comfortably exceeded the guarantee. The top 33 players received a piece of the action, with payouts starting at ₹9,431. It was another successful outing for this PLO flagship, delivering a feast of excitement and payouts for the five-card Omaha fans.

Thursday was certainly a day for the history books in Indian poker, as Gujarat’s Mohit Bohra claimed the first-ever National Poker Champion title down in Goa, scooping that incredible ₹1 Crore prize! With the whole community buzzing about the NPC finale (streamed live on JioHotstar with PokerGuru updates!) and everyone rooting for their state champs, the online poker scene felt the effects. Traffic was noticeably lighter for the second night running, but that just meant value hunters had a field day – overlays were popping up left and right, even hitting several PokerBaazi majors despite their tempting TDS-free cashout offer!
While the crowd favourites like the Daily Last Chance and Big PLO-5 still managed to cruise past their guarantees, the overlay trend hit elsewhere. As usual, the primetime Thursday action on PokerBaazi got underway with the ₹12 Lakhs GTD Summit Lite at 7:30 PM. Even though this tournament saw a significant overlay, it still pulled in a solid 212 players (366 total entries) for an action-packed grind that stretched past 1 AM Friday morning.
The last player standing when the dust settled was Arpan ‘Novus’ Majhi. The West Bengal-based player, a former The MoneyMaker champion, had been flying somewhat under the radar over the past couple of weeks. Well, that changed decisively last night.
Majhi, who already had wins in the BSS SPRINT, The Ballers, and Pocket Queens in January (plus some close calls on Pocket52 in February), fired two bullets in the Summit Lite. After just under six hours of play, he finished the job, taking down the title at 1:23 AM. The victory, sealed via a heads-up deal, added ₹1.61 Lakhs to his bankroll, gave him his fourth title of 2025, and signalled a return to top form just in time for the summer grind.
But Arpan Majhi wasn’t finished making noise. About three hours later, he was deep in the bigger sibling tournament, The Summit. He put himself in serious contention for a fantastic double victory, eventually finishing in third place for a huge ₹3.85 Lakhs – his biggest score of the year and fourth-best online cash ever! Between these two fantastic results, Majhi banked over ₹5.46 Lakhs for the night, landing him second on the Thursday charts and putting everyone on notice that he’s back in peak form.
> 3rd in PokerBaazi’s The Summit for ₹3,85,000
> 1st in PokerBaazi’s Summit Lite for ₹1,61,108* (heads-up deal)
The player Majhi hammered out the Summit Lite deal with was Jaikishan ‘royalking7424’ Jangid. Coming off a strong NPS India 2025 showing (a Bronze in NPS#97 Sunday Kickoff and Silver in NPS#184 (7-Max) SPRINT), Jangid came ready to play. He also fired two bullets and fought hard all the way to the end.

The heads-up deal saw Jangid, who held the chip lead at that point, lock up the larger share of the prize money – ₹1.71 Lakhs – despite officially taking the runner-up spot. It adds another strong result to his 2025 record (which includes a BSS Super Value win in January). Cashing in two other events meant his Thursday earnings came in at just over ₹1.75 Lakhs.
> 2nd in PokerBaazi’s Summit Lite for ₹1,71,052* (heads-up deal)
> 37th in PokerBaazi’s Daily BOOST for ₹2,370
> 31st in PokerBaazi’s Evening SPRINT for ₹1,644
And where there’s a major final table, you can usually find Young Gun Gaurav ‘gaug17’ Sood. The three-time POY is practically poker royalty in India, known for one of the most explosive rises the scene has ever witnessed. As the winningest player on our tracked database, Sood is always a threat when he hits form, and he’s certainly been active this week, winning his eleventh Adda52 Millions title on Sunday and final tabling the Wednesday Wonder.

He kept rolling last night with a sixth-place finish in Summit Lite for ₹45,600 and nearly went all the way in Adda52’s Monster Turbo PKO, finishing runner-up there for ₹34,107. Adding cashes in three other PokerBaazi flagships, Sood’s multi-table session yielded over ₹1.38 Lakhs on Thursday, keeping his grind as consistent as ever.
> 6th in PokerBaazi’s Summit Lite for ₹45,600
> 2nd in Adda52’s Monster Turbo PKO for ₹34,107
> 8th in PokerBaazi’s Big PLO-5 for ₹26,197
> 58th in PokerBaazi’s The Summit for ₹21,000
> 47th in PokerBaazi’s WTF for ₹11,250
Gaurav Sood’s online stats (excluding Junglee Poker and Pocket52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹23.58 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹12.25 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #8
The Summit Lite final table also featured other tough regulars like last night`s WTF finalist Shagun ‘sogani22’ Jain (3rd for ₹1.10 Lakhs), 2024 POY#6 Shreyansh ‘halifax7701’ Sharma (4th for ₹84,000), and Sunday’s BSS SuperStack runner-up Siddhant ‘aajnahiaana’ Singh (8th for ₹31,800), who seems to be running very well lately.
Like many other flagships last night, the ₹3,000 buy-in Summit Lite came up significantly short of its ₹12 Lakhs guarantee, missing by ₹2.45 Lakhs (almost 25%). This overlay meant insane extra value for the field. The prize pool was shared among the top 51 finishers, with a min-cash worth ₹7,200 – a welcome bonus on top of the already high-energy Thursday grind on PokerBaazi.

Thursday was a day etched in Indian poker history, with everyone watching Gujarat’s Mohit Bohra become the country’s first National Poker Champion in Goa! But the poker grind waits for no one. As the confetti settled from the NPC finale and the eyeballs shifted from the JioHotstar live stream back to the online tables, where PokerBaazi’s late-night special, the ₹10 Lakhs GTD Daily Last Chance, delivered its dose of excitement.
While many other tournaments felt the effects of the NPC buzz with lighter fields, the Daily Last Chance proved its popularity again, easily sailing past its guarantee – a welcome sight amidst the overlays elsewhere!
The star of this late shift was Amit ‘philivey007’ Kumar Jha. The online regular from Darbhanga put on a show in the Daily Last Chance. Jha worked through the 10:30 PM flagship field with precision, taking down the title for the third time in his career (and his second time winning it this year!). He sealed the victory in style after a heads-up deal, locking in a ₹1.56 Lakhs payday – another great highlight for his list of wins.

The Daily Last Chance is a regular feature on PokerBaazi’s schedule, and Thursday night drew a strong crowd. A total of 566 entries (319 unique) jumped in, creating a prize pool worth fighting for. Jha, who snagged Bronze in the NPS#147 Mini Main Event last month, was back on familiar ground. Having won this same event on March 28, he climbed to the top again after a quick but intense six-hour run, clinching his fifth title on the platform this year! Jha also made money in three other events; his total Thursday take landed just under ₹1.60 Lakhs.
> 1st in PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance for ₹1,56,246* (heads-up deal)
> 24th in PokerBaazi’s (PLO-5) Boost for ₹2,296
> 16th in PokerBaazi’s Daily SPRINT for ₹948
> 26th in PokerBaazi’s (PLO-5) PKO for ₹137
Amit Kumar Jha’s PokerBaazi stats: Site Winnings: ₹90.27 Lakhs | Site Profits: ₹35.71 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #5
Also making a serious run was Parimal ‘casadeseo’ Maheshwari. The NPS#150 (7-Max) SPRINT Silver Medallist and former Blockbuster Lite champion was aiming for his first title in over a year and looked set to win it all in the Daily Last Chance—but the deck had other plans. Still, his performance was well rewarded. Maheshwari collected an equally nice ₹1.55 Lakhs for his runner-up finish following the deal – his second-best score of 2025 (and third-best ever on PokerBaazi), providing a nice boost from his ongoing downswing.

The Daily Last Chance final table featured plenty of familiar firepower. Taking the final podium spot was Sarthak ‘legalaction’ Sharma, the NPS#56 Deepdive Gold Medallist, who finished third for ₹92,409, adding another solid score to his name. Wednesday’s top earner, the multi-talented Siddhanth ‘Bullzeye’ Kapoor, finished fourth for ₹70,138. Rajneesh ‘msdhoni’ Thakur, who made the WTF podium and Godfather final table earlier in the night, took fifth for ₹48,973 (his third FT appearance!). The consistently performing Janish ‘janish1998’ Jain, Wednesday`s WTF finalist, rounded out the notable names with an eighth-place finish worth ₹28,670.
A clear fan-favourite on PokerBaazi, the ₹2,500 buy-in Daily Last Chance delivered again. Attracting that large field, the event easily beat its guarantee, creating a tempting ₹12.30 Lakhs prize pool. The top 87 players cashed, each taking home at least ₹5,414. This late-night tournament continues to boost its reputation as a go-to spot for players grinding into the early hours.

Adda52 is definitely turning up the heat this summer! Their updated and richer MTT schedule isn’t just temporary – it feels like a permanent shift, making it plain this long-standing platform isn’t content to sit back anymore. They’re making serious moves to close the gap with the current market leader, PokerBaazi!
That fresh, determined energy was easy to see last night. The mid-week action yet again rolled out the key majors: the ₹20 Lakhs GTD Godfather took its usual prime spot, while the ₹4.50 Lakhs GTD Monster Turbo KO added some knockout fun. Plus, the second starting flight for their brand new ₹1 Crore GTD Burstfire multi-flight tournament kicked off, making it a busy Thursday on India’s longest-serving online poker site!
Taking down the biggest prize of the night on the platform was a familiar face often found deep in Adda52’s majors: Young Gun Sanat ‘mehro2511’ Mehrotra. Displaying a potent mix of patience, precision, and his characteristic flair, Mehrotra conquered the Godfather field for an incredible sixth time in his career! This also gave him his second major victory of the year, following his Adda52 Millions win in March.

While Mehrotra might not grab the headlines every week, don’t let that fool you – his consistency is remarkable. Just look at his profit graph, which has climbed steadily upwards over the last five years! A regular presence at final tables, this IIT and IIM alum from Gurgaon stacked up a bunch of deep runs in the Sunday Big Slick, Mystery Bounty, and Adda52 Millions this month alone!
He seemed overdue for another top finish and delivered precisely that last night. The 8 PM Godfather provided another value-packed battle; although it missed its guarantee, it drew a larger field than last week with 155 players (355 total entries) diving into the action. The competition was predictably fierce, but Mehrotra calmly navigated the challenges, picked his spots effectively, and closed out the tournament after a focused final push. The win earned him ₹3.76 Lakhs – his third-best result on Adda52 this year.
Mehrotra also put in some volume on PokerBaazi, adding two small cashes there. His combined Thursday earnings tipped just under ₹4.14 Lakhs, adding more to a stacked poker resume already boasting over ₹16 Crores in online earnings and north of ₹6 Crores in profits. He might have been quieter on the win front lately, but this top competitor is always dangerous!
> 1st in Adda52’s Godfather for ₹3,75,682
> 32nd in PokerBaazi’s The Summit for ₹28,500
> 31st in PokerBaazi’s Summit Lite for ₹9,600
Sanat Mehrotra’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India, Junglee Poker and Pocket52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹16.25 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹6.04 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #2
While Mehrotra took the Godfather crown, another long-time regular, Pranay ‘setmeup’ Chawla, made serious waves himself. Chawla has been putting together a string of strong results recently, including a fifth-place finish in PokerBaazi`s Daily Last Chance just last week. Playing focused poker, Chawla came painfully close to grabbing his first win of 2025, finishing as the runner-up in the Adda52 flagship. Still, the deep run resulted in a very nice ₹2.75 Lakhs payday – his biggest score on the platform this year.

Pranay Chawla’s online stats (Adda52, PokerBaazi, PokerStars India and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹5.77 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹1.69 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #1
The Godfather final table was arguably the toughest lineup seen anywhere online last night, packed with sharks. Check out this list: Lavesh ‘UPay4MyWeed98’ Meena, who seems to be on a permanent heater (and finished runner-up in Tuesday’s Big PLO-5), took third for ₹2.02 Lakhs. Myron ‘zzzzz369’ Pereira, winner of Tuesday’s Supreme, finished fourth for ₹1.48 Lakhs. Rajneesh ‘rajneesh620’ Thakur, the high-volume grinder who won Wednesday’s Bounty Madness and podiumed WTF last night, grabbed fifth for ₹1.08 Lakhs. Dhinesh ‘dinzy009’ Kumar, who took third in Tuesday’s The Endeavour Lite, finished sixth for ₹79,493. And last week’s Godfather finalist Rubin ‘kornkif’ Labroo rounded out the serious contenders in seventh for ₹58,268.
With a ₹2.25 Lakhs overlay, the ₹5,750 buy-in Godfather turned into a fantastic value proposition for the players, practically a bargain! Payouts started at ₹12,706 (more than double the entry fee), meaning the top 53 finishers locked up a tidy profit. Between the revamped schedule and frequent overlays adding serious juice to the prize pools, Adda52 is making a strong case for being a prime destination for tournament players right now.

Online Rankings: Anant Purohit`s Monster Week Put Him on Top of the Weekly & Monthly Charts, Closes Ground on Tarun Goyal in POY Race

While the cricket craze sweeps the nation with IPL 2025 in full swing, the Indian poker scene is still settling from the aftershocks of the record-breaking spectacle, the ₹100 Crores GTD National Poker Series India 2025 that played down to a thunderous close on Monday! Even with the electrifying Night of Glory bash celebrating the success of all the standouts at this landmark series last night, looking back, this 29-day poker marathon was historic! The series obliterated expectations, paying out over ₹110 Crores in giveaways— that’s 10% over the tall promised guarantee. With a staggering 6,08,946 entries, the numbers paint a vivid picture: eight players collected ₹50 Lakhs or more, 276 crossed the ₹10 Lakh threshold, and 1,678 players walked away with over ₹1 Lakh in winnings.
Now, things have quieted down a bit. The poker community is catching its breath after the NPS marathon. Yet, the action hasn’t completely stopped. PokerBaazi and Natural8 India are keeping the engines running hot, continuing to host huge tournaments with eye-watering prize pools. It’s no surprise that the players dominating the leaderboards are the ones crushing the biggest events on these very platforms.
Reaching the summit of the Player of the Year (POY) leaderboard is a monumental task; staying there month after month separates the great from the legendary. Tarun Goyal is currently putting on a clinic in sustained excellence. He mirrors the kind of control once wielded by the iconic three-time POY winner Gaurav Sood. After shattering records last year with an astounding ₹12.39 Crores annual total – far exceeding previous champions – Goyal hasn’t eased off the pedal. A colossal ₹2.74+ Crores score in mid-February gave him an incredible head start, and he’s now maintained the #1 position for seven straight weeks. His total earnings have climbed to ₹4.43 Crores, with profits hitting ₹2.61 Crores, putting him more than 20% ahead of his closest rival. But the footsteps behind him are getting louder.

Just last week, the conversation was about how Anant Purohit would need something truly special, a series of career-defining moments, to even think about challenging Tarun Goyal. Then, Purohit went ahead and delivered exactly that. The 2024 POY runner-up conjured an unbelievable ₹1.95 Crores haul this past Monday, highlighted by conquering Natural8 India’s PLOSSUS Bounty 400 for a life-changing ₹1.92 Crores – the largest single prize of his career. This incredible performance instantly sent him to the top of both the weekly and monthly charts. His weekly winnings stand at ₹2.03 Crores (weekly profits – ₹1.82 Crores), and his monthly earnings reached a massive ₹2.63 Crores (monthly profits – ₹1.98 Crores). Crucially, Purohit didn’t just chip away at Goyal’s lead; he demolished two-thirds of it. He still rests comfortably at #2 on the POY annual leaderboard with ₹3.50 Crores in winnings and ₹1.03 Crores in yearly profits.

Regarding that seemingly impossible task we wrote last week – needing “legendary, career-making performances… and a whole lot more beyond that” – well, consider the message sent. With fierce determination and undeniable star power, Purohit didn’t just meet the challenge; he flipped the entire script.
Holding firm at #3 on the POY leaderboard is Ankit Bajaj. He continues to add to his impressive year, now showing ₹1.31 Crores in annual earnings and ₹88.24 Lakhs in profits. Bajaj’s signature moment came earlier this month with that headline-grabbing ₹1 Crore mystery bounty score on Natural8 India, a feat that keeps him squarely in the POY conversation and initially propelled him to the top of the monthly charts. Although Anant Purohit’s Monday miracle has since overtaken that monthly lead, Bajaj’s March performance was exceptional. Besides the mystery bounty fortune, he also captured Gold in PokerBaazi’s NPS#119 Deepdive and kept his bounty-hunting skills sharp by taking down Adda52’s newly introduced Mystery Bounty tournament. This concluded a fantastic month for him at #2 in the March standings, accumulating ₹1.29 Crores in total monthly winnings with ₹81.20 Lakhs in profit – a fantastic month by any standard.

Rising Star Aman Parakh (annual winnings – ₹1.09 Crores), Tushar Bhartia (annual winnings – ₹1.07 Crores), and Advait Rajguru (annual winnings – ₹1.03 Crores) are the other formidable players ranked #4, #5 & #6 respectively in the 2025 POY race, each capable of shaking things up.

Bhavye Mittal, 28, a player who had largely operated outside the spotlight since his 2018 debut, announced his arrival in the most dramatic way possible this Monday. After almost four years without a title victory, he orchestrated a stunning return by conquering the largest-ever ₹10 Crores GTD NPS#191 Main Event. This wasn’t just his third career title; it also got him his first-ever NPS medal – Gold. The victory delivered a staggering payout of ₹94.26 Lakhs, finalized through a three-way deal. This was over 5.2 times larger than his previous best, completely rewriting his poker story and carving his name into history as the fifth-ever NPS Main Event champion. Mittal’s incredible achievement placed him at #2 on the weekly and #3 on the monthly leaderboards. He now shows ₹94.38 Lakhs in both monthly and weekly earnings, reporting profits of ₹92.89 Lakhs (monthly) and ₹93.75 Lakhs (weekly).

Meanwhile, Dhruvin Kothari, 39, a seasoned competitor known for showing up when it counts, put on an equally remarkable display. He finished as the runner-up in that same historic NPS#191 Main Event, collecting his first NPS medal – a Silver – and a massive ₹82.11 Lakhs courtesy of the three-way deal. This score more than doubled his previous personal best. Kothari’s outstanding performance landed him the #3 spot on the weekly and #4 on the monthly charts, with winnings of ₹82.21 Lakhs (weekly) and ₹89.17 Lakhs (monthly) and profits standing at ₹81.92 Lakhs (weekly) and ₹79.51 Lakhs (monthly).

Rounding out the top performers for March, Pratik Manjrekar and Sandy Lamba also put up strong numbers. Manjrekar finished the month at #5 with ₹81.97 Lakhs in winnings, while Lamba was not far behind at #6, pulling in ₹71.90 Lakhs.

On the weekly charts, Pratik Manjrekar kept his strong form going, taking the #4 spot with ₹64.84 Lakhs in winnings. Rising Star Aman Parakh appeared at #5 with ₹34.52 Lakhs, and Abheek Nagpal rounded out the top six with ₹25.85 Lakhs — each making their mark with high-impact finishes during the week.
