Daily Majors: Rising Star Ritwik Khanna Rules Friday With a Career-Defining The MoneyMaker Win; Nikita Fernandes & Saransh Garg Also Stack Up Strong Podium Finishes
With the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) just around the corner, India’s poker scene is buzzing with anticipation. While many of the country’s top names are prepping for their Vegas run, the online grind has kept the momentum alive through May—and Friday was no exception.
PokerBaazi took a brief breather from its regular flagship lineup, with events like The Quest and Big PLO-5 sitting out ahead of a much-awaited platform revamp. But even on a quieter day, the action didn’t dip. The ₹1 Crore GTD The MoneyMaker—now on its 16th straight daily run—stayed true to form, delivering a deep and intense grind. It extended its overlay streak yet again, but that only added to its value-driven reputation. Love it or hate it, The MoneyMaker continues to be the go-to for players chasing a big score in the late-night hours.
Elsewhere, Junglee Poker is having a moment of its own. The ₹7.50 Crores GTD Poker Premier League (PPL) is in full swing, offering daily rewards and an action-packed schedule that’s keeping the tables buzzing. Adda52 isn’t missing a beat either, with its Friday flagships continuing to draw the big guns. Over on Natural8 India, the World Festival 2025 is proving to be a major draw, dishing out huge guarantees and putting local players on the global radar. And for those playing in the crypto space, CoinPoker’s $2.50 Million GTD CSOP Spring Festival is adding its own flavour to the mix—blending high-value events with the transparency of blockchain-backed gameplay.
Rising Star Ritwik Khanna headlined a blockbuster Friday on PokerBaazi by clinching his first-ever The MoneyMaker title and banking ₹15 Lakhs—his second-biggest score this year. Known for his calm and consistency, Khanna delivered a statement win after weeks of building momentum through multiple final table finishes across top-tier events. The victory pushed him to #2 on the PokerBaazi 2025 POY leaderboard, adding another major highlight to a year that already includes two NPS India 2025 Silver medals and a runner-up finish in Adda52’s Big Whale.
Nikita Fernandes nearly stole the spotlight with a breakout performance of her own. After a string of strong finishes throughout May, she pushed through the massive The MoneyMaker 106.0 field to finish runner-up for a personal-best ₹10 Lakhs. Add three more cashes to her tally, and she walked away with ₹10.14 Lakhs for the day—vaulting her to #38 in the POY standings and establishing herself as one of the circuit’s fastest-rising talents.
Saransh Garg continued to do what he does best—deliver when it counts. The Jabalpur grinder picked up ₹7.38 Lakhs for a third-place The MoneyMaker 106.0 finish, pushing his Friday earnings to ₹7.76 Lakhs and crossing ₹3 Crores in lifetime profits. He now sits at #44 in the 2025 POY race, firmly among the game’s elite.
After eight close calls, Ankit Wadhawan finally captured the elusive The Ballers title on Adda52, pocketing ₹3.72 Lakhs in a heads-up deal—his biggest score on the site this year. The Chandigarh pro has been on a roll lately, topping his state leaderboard at NPS India 2025 and finishing third in the National Poker Championship. His Friday grind also included a ninth-place finish in the Friday Mystery Bounty, taking his total earnings for the night past ₹3.86 Lakhs. Young Gun Arsh Grover, a four-time The Millionaire champ, gave him a tough fight heads-up, collecting ₹3.20 Lakhs for second place and ending the night with ₹3.25 Lakhs across two cashes.
Prateek Parakh made another big statement on Friday, clinching his third Daily Last Chance title of the year on PokerBaazi for ₹2.09 Lakhs—his fifth-best career score and fourth title of 2025. The win gave a strong boost to his POY campaign, pushing him into the top 100 at #95. Giving him a real fight was ‘AilaGaya,’ who added ₹1.37 Lakhs for a runner-up finish, closing out the night with ₹1.64 Lakhs across three deep runs.
Debneil Mukherjee finally ended his streak of near-misses with a breakthrough win in Adda52’s Friday Mystery Bounty, pocketing ₹1.96 Lakhs, including nearly ₹1 Lakh in bounty rewards. The Pune-based grinder has been knocking on the door all year with deep finishes in Adda52 Millions, The Pride, and #3 The MoneyMaker, and Friday’s win marks his most satisfying moment of 2025 so far. Giving him a stiff challenge was Bengaluru’s red-hot Praveen KR, who added ₹79,220 for finishing runner-up. Praveen wasn’t done for the night—he also finished third in The Ballers for ₹2.18 Lakhs and cashed three more events, taking his Friday total to ₹3.34 Lakhs.
Over at Natural8 India, Meet Jariwala is quietly piecing together a strong year—and Friday gave him yet another reason to keep that momentum going. Just a week after a notable deep run in the Friday Night Fight 320, he returned to the same battleground and carved out a solid 23rd-place finish for ₹1.91 Lakhs. That’s his third cash of the year in this event alone, and with it, Jariwala has now pushed his 2025 site earnings to ₹6.81 Lakhs.

It was a lively Friday night on the virtual felt, and Dharmendra Moyal made sure to leave his mark. He came out on top in PokerBaazi’s The Quest Lite, walking away with ₹1.85 Lakhs after a heads-up finish against Ashutosh Das, who pocketed ₹1.21 Lakhs for second place.
Meanwhile, over at Junglee Poker, ‘kakarot99’ grabbed the spotlight with a strong finish in the PPL Friday Supernova, picking up ₹1.41 Lakhs and adding another solid result to their resume.
But the night didn’t belong to just the regulars. Making their debut run on Natural8 India, ‘Fighterkim’ jumped into the high-speed chaos of the Daily Hyper 50—and made an immediate impression. With a sharp third-place finish worth ₹1.01 Lakhs, the newcomer turned heads and made it clear they’re here to play.
Ravinder Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Sreeharsha Boneni, and Anurag Srivastava all found their groove on Friday, taking down marquee events across platforms and adding to a night full of sharp play and standout performances.
Here are the Friday highlights!

Friday may have been quieter than usual on PokerBaazi—with flagship events like The Quest and Big PLO-5 taking a break ahead of a major platform overhaul—but what the day lacked in volume, it more than made up for in raw value. And right at the center of the action was the one tournament that refuses to back down—the ₹1 Crore GTD The MoneyMaker, now in its 16th straight daily edition. Despite continuing the overlay streak—this time posting a whopping ₹22.08 Lakhs shortfall, the biggest of the month so far—The MoneyMaker 106.0 delivered exactly what it’s become known for: high-stakes drama, a marathon grind, and a shot at poker glory.
And stealing the spotlight was Rising Star Ritwik ‘ritwikkhanna’ Khanna, who produced a career-defining performance to clinch his maiden The MoneyMaker bracelet. The Gautam Buddha Nagar-based pro has long been one of the most respected grinders in the circuit—known for his calm under pressure and consistency at the highest levels. After a title win in Adda52’s The Ballers eight weeks ago, Khanna quietly built momentum, racking up six FT finishes in flagship events like Sunday BigSlick, WTF, Big PLO-5, and BSS SuperStack. On Friday night, that steady form reached a crescendo.

Facing off against a massive 896-entry field (486 unique), Khanna locked in for a grueling ten-hour battle in the 7:30 PM primetime warzone. When the dust finally settled, he stood tall—clinching his first-ever The MoneyMaker title and a massive ₹15 Lakhs payday. It was his second-biggest score of 2025 and seventh-largest career cash, firmly cementing him as the day’s biggest winner. The win also propelled him to the #2 place on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Race.
With standout performances in NPS India 2025, including two Silver Medals in NPS#5 Inaugural and NPS#134 HighRoller, along with a runner-up finish in Adda52’s Big Whale, Khanna has continued to showcase a level of polish and professionalism that defines top-tier tournament poker.
Ritwik Khanna’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India and Junglee Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹14.45 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹4.68 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #2 | Moves to #2 on #PokerBaazi’s POY Race
Right on Khanna’s heels, Nikita ‘highpriestess’ Fernandes unleashed a career-best performance to continue her blistering run this May. A formidable force on the virtual felt, Fernandes has been steadily building momentum since her deep NPS India 2025 campaign—where she bagged a Bronze medal in the NPS#167 Marathon and a flurry of strong finishes.

She finally cracked through with a Daily Last Chance title earlier this month, followed by a podium finish in Adda52’s Big Whale on Sunday and two more FT appearances during the week. But Friday night was her true breakout moment.
Taking on the massive field in The MoneyMaker 106.0, Fernandes brought her A-game and pushed all the way to the finish line—ultimately falling just short in the heads-up, but not before locking in a personal-best ₹10 Lakhs payday and her biggest score to date.
With three more cashes across Adda52 and PokerBaazi added to her Friday haul, she ended the day with a whopping ₹10.14 Lakhs in total winnings. The spectacular run also catapulted her to #38 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY leaderboard, marking her as one of the most exciting players to watch this summer.
> 2nd in PokerBaazi’s #16 The MoneyMaker for ₹10,00,000
> 19th in Adda52’s Friday Mystery Bounty for ₹5,570
> 80th in PokerBaazi’s The Quest Lite for ₹4,360
> 23rd in Adda52’s Friday Bounty for ₹4,161* (₹938 in bounties)
Nikita Fernandes’ online stats (PokerBaazi and Adda52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹76.25 Lakhs | Lifetime Profits: ₹24.50 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1 | Moves to #38 on PokerBaazi’s POY Race
Joining the Friday elite was Saransh ‘saransh004’ Garg, one of India’s most consistent crushers. The Jabalpur-based pro has long been a fixture at the top, with standout moments like his NPS#102 Big Knockout (KO) Gold win and two Silver medals at NPS India 2025.

Back in the thick of it for The MoneyMaker 106.0, Garg delivered yet another clinical final table performance, finishing third for ₹7.38 Lakhs—just shy of adding a The MoneyMaker bracelet to his already stacked résumé.
With other cashes added in, Garg’s total Friday earnings crossed ₹7.76 Lakhs. He also surpassed ₹3 Crores in lifetime profits—a testament to his sustained dominance on the circuit. The spectacular run also catapulted him to #44 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY race.
> 3rd in PokerBaazi’s #16 The MoneyMaker for ₹7,38,000
> 12th in Adda52’s The Ballers for ₹31,747
> 31st in PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance for ₹6,700
Saransh Garg’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India and Junglee Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹7.49 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹3.07 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #6 | Moves to #44 on PokerBaazi’s POY Race
The final table of The MoneyMaker 106.0 was stacked with familiar names, including the recent BSS SuperStack finalist Keshav ‘MOTIMACHLI’ Todi (4th for ₹5.71 Lakhs), #11 The MoneyMaker fifth-place finisher PokerBaazi Team Pro Abhishek ‘singhsaab’ Goindi (5th for ₹4.61 Lakhs), Goan poker star Myron ‘priyankAAchoprAA’ Pereira (6th for ₹3.59 Lakhs), Anmol ‘airball’ Narang (7th for ₹2.70 Lakhs) and Parimal ‘casadeseo’ Maheshwari (8th for ₹2 Lakhs).
Even with all the excitement, The MoneyMaker 106.0 delivered more than just jaw-dropping scores—it served up the most significant value boost of the series so far. The tournament fell a whopping ₹22.08 Lakhs short of its ₹1 Crore guarantee, marking the biggest overlay yet in the ongoing 31-day mega run. But while the shortfall may have stung for the house, for players, it was a dream scenario. With a ₹10,000 buy-in, the event paid out 138 places, with a generous ₹20,000 min-cash—double the buy-in—making every deep run a lucrative affair.
With 15 more nightly editions of The MoneyMaker still lined up through May, PokerBaazi’s month-long poker celebration is only halfway done—and it’s already delivered career-defining victories, POY leaderboard shakeups, and unprecedented overlay value. If the first half of the month was fireworks, the second half is shaping up to be an all-out inferno on India’s biggest poker stage.

Friday night’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD Daily Last Chance on PokerBaazi once again proved why it’s the go-to after-hours battleground for grinders chasing that elusive final score. The 10:30 PM flagship attracted 578 entries (339 unique)—easily crushing its guarantee and reaffirming its status as the late-night poker goldmine.
When the chips fell, it was Thane’s rising star Prateek ‘CHOTUU88’ Parakh, who rose above the fray. Over six hours and 45 minutes of relentless action, Parakh navigated the crowded field to claim his third Daily Last Chance title of the year—having already triumphed on February 13 and April 30. His ₹2.09 Lakhs payday ranks as his fifth-best career score and marks his fourth overall title in 2025. The win also gave his PokerBaazi Player of the Year (POY) campaign a significant nudge, launching him into the #95 spot on the annual leaderboard.

Parakh has been steadily building a name for himself this year. At NPS India 2025, he showcased elite consistency, picking up three medals (1 Silver, 2 Bronze). Just last month, he locked in a massive ₹5.69 Lakhs runner-up finish in The Endeavour, which still stands as his second-best career score.
Pushing Parakh all the way to the finish line was the ever-dangerous ‘AilaGaya‘ (anonymity requested), a seasoned crusher who’s clearly riding a hot streak. After shipping Adda52’s Stack Attack last month and scoring a fifth-place finish in last Sunday’s Big Whale, the former AOPS Main Event champion looked primed for another deep run—and they didn’t disappoint.
‘AilaGaya’ fought fiercely but ultimately settled for a runner-up payout of ₹1.37 Lakhs, narrowly missing out on what would’ve been their second title of the year. However, the night was far from a loss—backing up their strong showing on PokerBaazi, the Patna-based pro also notched deep runs in two Adda52 events, bringing their Friday tally to ₹1.64 Lakhs, a clear indicator that they’re once again in peak form.
> 2nd in PokerBaazi’s Daily Last Chance for ₹1,36,745
> 30th in Adda52’s The Ballers for ₹21,751
> 21st in Adda52’s Friday Mystery Bounty for ₹5,272* (₹2,049 in bounties)
The Daily Last Chance final table was an absolute showcase of Indian poker firepower. Rajat ‘happyfish’ Mahajan, the former APT Online India Main Event champion, bagged ₹1.01 Lakhs in third place, while four-time NPS India 2025 medallist and Uttar Pradesh State Leaderboard topper Vikhyat ‘supersaiyan57’ Ahlawat locked in a seventh-place finish for ₹41,160, underlining his reputation as one of the year’s most consistent grinders.
With a ₹2,500 buy-in, Friday’s Daily Last Chance blew past expectations yet again, building a ₹13.67 Lakhs prize pool—comfortably clearing its ₹10 Lakhs guarantee. The top 102 finishers walked away with at least ₹5,470, more than doubling their entry—another reason why this late-night marquee continues to dominate as one of the most value-rich tournaments in the daily MTT calendar.

It’s safe to say Adda52 has officially found its rhythm again. Overlays are popping up like hidden bonuses, and grinders are lapping up the value on India’s oldest poker battleground. Now firmly holding the #2 spot in daily MTT volume—right behind PokerBaazi—Adda52 is turning up the heat. And Friday night’s flagship ₹20 Lakhs GTD The Ballers proved to be another solid example of why the platform is buzzing again.
The action began at 8 PM with 208 entries (103 unique) chasing glory. While the tournament came up ₹5.44 Lakhs short of its guarantee, the overlay created a juicy bonus pool that sweetened the pot for everyone deep in the mix. At the end of an intense grind, Chandigarh’s Ankit ‘d00mtr00p3r’ Wadhawan finally captured the title that had eluded him eight times before.

His previous final table finishes in this Friday flagship had earned him a reputation for consistency—but this time, he closed the deal. Firing three bullets, Wadhawan fought his way through the minefield and sealed the win via a heads-up deal, walking away with ₹3.72 Lakhs—his biggest score on Adda52 in 2025.
And it couldn’t have come at a better time. Wadhawan has been in stellar form all month. At NPS India 2025, he topped the Chandigarh State Leaderboard and made it all the way to third place in the National Poker Championship finale in Goa. Just last week, he final-tabled the Adda52 Millions, and Friday saw him almost hit back-to-back final tables, finishing ninth in the Friday Mystery Bounty for ₹14,621. That brought his total Friday earnings to over ₹3.86 Lakhs—an impressive haul for a single night of grinding.
Ankit Wadhawan’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India and Junglee Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹17.75 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹5.90 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #3
Standing between him and long-awaited glory was none other than Delhi’s Arsh ‘bigggtymer’ Grover, who brought serious fire to the final duel. A four-time The Millionaire champ and one of the most dangerous closers in the game, Grover has been in fantastic touch lately—having final-tabled Adda52’s Tuesday Takedown earlier this week.

Firing two entries into The Ballers, this Young Gun bulldozed through the field and pushed Wadhawan to the limit in a fierce heads-up showdown. Although the win narrowly slipped away, Grover walked away with ₹3.20 Lakhs from the heads-up deal. And he wasn’t done. He also min-cashed in the Friday Mystery Bounty, pushing his Friday tally to over ₹3.25 Lakhs.
> 2nd in Adda52’s The Ballers for ₹3,20,355* (heads-up deal)
> 30th in Adda52’s Friday Mystery Bounty for ₹4,789
Arsh Grover’s online stats (excluding Natural8 India and Junglee Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹19.66 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹7.90 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #1
The Ballers final table was, as expected, a shark-infested zone brimming with familiar faces. Praveen ‘praveen2626’ KR, still riding high off his runner-up finish in the Friday Mystery Bounty, kept the momentum going with a third-place finish here worth ₹2.18 Lakhs. Shivam ‘SSoulShaker’ Dubey, who made waves on Thursday with a deep run in The Summit, carried that form into a fourth-place finish for ₹1.62 Lakhs. Just behind him was Sreekanth ‘n0thing’ Narayan, the reigning Thursday Thunder champ, who banked ₹1.20 Lakhs for fifth place. Rounding out the top six was Jatin ‘jatin2929’ Sablani, coming off another FT finish in the Friday Bounty, who added ₹88,626 to his bankroll.
Despite a ₹5.44 Lakhs overlay, The Ballers still shelled out payouts to the top 31 finishers, with a min-cash of ₹21,751—nearly 2.7X the ₹8,050 buy-in. Between the lucrative value on offer, the star-studded final table, and the dramatic title chase, The Ballers once again proved why it remains Friday’s most anticipated flagship—delivering the kind of pulse-pounding action that keeps India’s grinders coming back for more.

Charging full steam into the weekend, Adda52’s revamped tournament schedule continues to resonate with the player pool—and nowhere is this more evident than in its high-octane bounty tournaments. These formats are rewriting the script, where every knockout can deliver a surprise payload, and last night’s ₹10 Lakhs GTD Friday Mystery Bounty was the perfect storm of action, adrenaline, and added value, despite a slight overlay.
Right at the epicentre of this drama was Pune’s Debneil ‘NoobNeil’ Mukherjee (opted out of our tracking), who finally broke through, snapping a streak of near-misses to clinch the 7 PM flagship in style!

Mukherjee has been flirting with victory for weeks. Back in March, he came achingly close in Adda52 Millions, finishing runner-up for ₹3.61 Lakhs. April saw him grind even harder, making final tables in Wednesday Wonder, and then falling just short again in PokerBaazi’s The Pride, where he pocketed ₹4.67 Lakhs in a gritty runner-up finish.
May, however, has been the crescendo in this comeback arc. At the #3 The MoneyMaker, Mukherjee racked up a massive ₹5.70 Lakhs for a fourth-place finish. He followed that up with another final table in the Mystery Bounty and a deep run in the Big Whale, consistently knocking on the winner’s door but just missing that one final push. That changed last night.
Taking on a fierce field of 241 entries (117 unique), Mukherjee finally found that breakthrough moment. After hours of knockout-fueled chaos, he emerged victorious, bagging the flagship trophy and ₹1,96,966, including a bountiful ₹99,194 in bounty prizes—his most poetic win of 2025.
But Mukherjee’s path to the title was anything but smooth. Standing between him and victory was none other than Bengaluru’s Praveen ‘PinaWXD’ KR—a man on a mission this May. One of the most consistent crushers on the domestic circuit right now, Praveen came into Friday with serious heat, already having made ten final tables this month, with titles in PokerBaazi’s (6-Max) BSS SPRINT and Adda52’s Nighttide DST Adda under his belt. On Wednesday, he narrowly missed out on another major win, finishing runner-up in The Pride. With form, momentum, and confidence all in his corner, he seemed like the man to beat.

But Mukherjee wasn’t about to let another title slip away. After a tense heads-up clash, he held firm and closed it out, forcing Praveen to settle for the runner-up payout of ₹79,220, which included ₹6,894 in bounties.
Still, Praveen wasn’t done. Soon after, he came back strong with a third-place finish in Adda52’s The Ballers, netting ₹2.18 Lakhs, his biggest score of the day. Throw in three more cashes, including one in the #16 The MoneyMaker, and his Friday haul swelled to ₹3.34 Lakhs—another commanding display from one of 2025’s most relentless grinders.
> 3rd in Adda52’s The Ballers for ₹2,18,106
> 2nd in Adda52’s Friday Mystery Bounty ₹79,220* (₹6,894 in bounties)
> 75th in PokerBaazi’s #16 The MoneyMaker for ₹30,000
> 16th in Adda52’s Friday Bounty for ₹4,888* (₹938 in bounties)
> 27th in Adda52’s The Ballers Lite for ₹2,333
Praveen KR’s online stats (Adda52, PokerBaazi and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹3.74 Crores| Lifetime Profits: ₹86.92 Lakhs| Titles Won in 2025: #21 | Annual Winnings: ₹1.04 Crores | Total Winnings: ₹42.18 Lakhs
The Friday Mystery Bounty final table read like a who’s who of Indian online poker. Arjanveer ‘arjan30’ Singh Chadha, fresh off recent final tables in The Mint and Godfather, bowed out in third, banking ₹61,479 (₹7,980 in bounties). Paras ‘parasjain1717’ Jain, a long-time grinder and consistent performer, walked away with fifth place for ₹49,231 (₹19,959 in bounties). Satyam ‘8X9X3X0X3X’ Verma, who final-tabled The Mint just two days earlier, took sixth, cashing a massive ₹1.28 Lakhs, with a whopping ₹1.06 Lakhs from bounties alone. Kovid ‘fzzfzz’ Saraswat, still riding high after his runner-up finish in Godfather, locked in seventh place for ₹24,567 (₹8,551 in bounties). Rounding out the final table was Sachin ‘brownguy26’ Raj, finishing eighth for ₹21,837 (₹9,990 in bounties).
With a buy-in of ₹4,200, this week’s Friday Mystery Bounty fell slightly short of its ₹10 Lakhs guarantee, registering a ₹1.20 Lakhs overlay—a sweet bonus for the 35 players who made the money, each of whom locked in a minimum payout of ₹4,789. And, of course, the mystery bounty format meant every knockout after the bubble burst carried the potential for a surprise payday—an adrenaline-fueled experience for every contender.

The roar of the IPL 2025 cricket season is almost deafening, but for poker die-hards, the real action is at the ₹100 Crores GTD National Poker Series India 2025. This 29-day poker marathon is down to the wire – only two days left! If you thought the hype was big before, prepare to be amazed. Over ₹90 Crores has already been paid out, smashing the initial ₹80.60 Crores guaranteed up to this point. But the fat lady has not sung yet. With the finale of the legendary ₹10 Crores GTD NPS#191 Main Event and the ₹1 Crore GTD NPS#190 Golden Rush looming, there’s still a breathtaking mountain of cash (and bragging rights) to be won.
While the NPS frenzy might have caused a slight dip in action on other sites, Natural8 India is playing by its own rules. Those colossal tournaments keep delivering incredible payouts, making it obvious why the top leaderboard spots are dominated by players who’ve struck it rich on these two platforms!
Getting on the Player of the Year leaderboard is itself a badge of honour. But to dominate it with such a display of pure, consistent power – that’s what Tarun Goyal is doing. He seems to be drawing inspiration from the legendary three-time POY champion, Young Gun Gaurav Sood, making this year’s race a one-horse affair! After smashing records to take home the POY crown last year – by a gap that made previous POY champions’ yearly winnings look tiny – and after that crazy ₹5+ Crores haul in mid-February, he is leading for the sixth straight week. His annual earnings have reached a mind-boggling ₹4.32 Crores, with profits of ₹2.59 Crores. He’s not just ahead; he’s practically in another galaxy, holding close to a three-times lead over his closest rival.

It’s looking so solid that even if Anant Purohit found a four-leaf clover, captured a leprechaun and went on to win all those enormous remaining NPS showstoppers, Goyal’s lead will likely remain untouchable. Adding to his dominance, he’s also holding tight to the #2 spot in the monthly standings, with ₹80.67 Lakhs in winnings and ₹52.40 Lakhs in profits.
Goyal’s lead might seem insurmountable, but Anant Purohit isn’t throwing in the towel. The 2024 POY runner-up is the only player even within striking distance, holding the #2 spot on the annual leaderboard with ₹1.47 Crores in winnings and ₹65.92 Lakhs in profits. Purohit has been a rock of consistency all year, but to even dream of closing the gap on Goyal, he needs some legendary, career-making performances in the NPS’s final days (which he hasn’t achieved yet) – and a whole lot more beyond that.

Rounding out the top three on the POY leaderboard, Ankit Bajaj is still a major player, with ₹1.24 Crores in earnings and ₹74.22 Lakhs in profits. His incredible ₹1 Crore mystery bounty haul in early March didn’t just raise eyebrows – it launched him straight to the top of the monthly leaderboard. He’s still ruling that roost with ₹1.21 Crores in winnings and ₹82.14 Lakhs in profits.

Sandy Lamba, who dominated the weekly charts last week with a blazing Natural8 India debut – finishing fourth in the GGMasters 150 for a jaw-dropping ₹63.21 Lakhs – is still holding strong at #3 in the monthly standings, boasting ₹71.26 Lakhs in winnings and ₹48.76 Lakhs in profits.

Then we have Hardik Paharia, a regular from Karnataka, who came out swinging and blasted his way to the top of the weekly leaderboard thanks to a resounding victory in PokerBaazi’s NPS#143 HighRoller for an incredible ₹40.05 Lakhs. His total weekly take was ₹41.66 Lakhs in winnings, with ₹30.33 Lakhs in pure profit. It was a life-altering week and one that’s catapulted him into the national spotlight.
Rising Star Ritwik Khanna is living up to his reputation. With ₹39.81 Lakhs in weekly winnings and ₹23.89 Lakhs in profits, Khanna grabbed the #2 spot on the weekly charts. His big scores include a runner-up finish in PokerBaazi’s NPS#143 HighRoller (₹25.03 Lakhs), another second-place in Adda52’s Big Whale (₹6.92 Lakhs), and a win in Adda52’s The Ballers (₹3.48 Lakhs).

Amit Kumar Jha played lights-out poker this week. His crowning achievement was taking down the NPS#147 Mini Main Event for ₹35.92 Lakhs after a three-way deal. That huge score helped him complete the weekly top three with ₹36.71 Lakhs in winnings and an astonishing ₹34.28 Lakhs in profits – a profit margin that’s simply off the charts.

NPS India 2025 Day 26 Recap: Zarvan Tumboli Hits Five Medals; Ayush Goyal, Bharat Vasan & Ridhav Chawla Strike Gold For the Second Time on Friday
The 2025 Indian Premier League has kicked off, but the real high-stakes action is unfolding at the National Poker Series India 2025! As this ₹100 Crores GTD monster series barrels towards its grand finale, Day 26 was pure, unadulterated poker adrenaline. With only three days left, the weight of every chip, every hand, and every agonizing decision was magnified tenfold.
Seven flagship tournaments lit up the PokerBaazi tables, fueled by qualifiers for the gigantic ₹10 Crores GTD NPS#191 Main Event and the ₹1 Crore GTD NPS#190 Golden Rush. The action was a non-stop barrage of bets, raises, and bluffs, with the stakes higher than they’ve ever been.
The scramble for leaderboard dominance has become a desperate, all-out war. Every player still in contention knows what’s on the line: a coveted seat at India’s first-ever National Poker Champion showdown in Goa next month. And that burning desire has translated into numbers that defy belief.
A mind-blowing 9,114 entries flooded in on Friday alone, pushing the day’s prize pool to a staggering ₹2.53 Crores – a full 26.50% above the ₹2 Crores guarantee. This is the second day in a row that payouts have exceeded the guarantee by over 25%, setting the stage for a final weekend that promises to be nothing short of explosive. The series has already paid out an unbelievable ₹88.33 Crores, leaving the original ₹78.75 Crores guarantee in the rearview mirror.
Day 26 was a victory lap for returning champions. Four of the seven players who claimed Gold did it for the second time this series. While Zarvan Tumboli grabbed headlines with his fifth NPS medal, four other seasoned players—Ayush Goyal, Bharat Vasan, Ridhav Chawla, and Sreekanth Narayan—each snagged their second Gold Medal, adding even more fuel to the leaderboard fire. Gopal Bajaj came this close to back-to-back Golds, but had to settle for consecutive Silver Medals instead—an impressive accomplishment nonetheless, not to mention Snehil Aggarwal, who picked up a medal for a record-breaking fourth consecutive day.
But Friday truly belonged to Priyanka Singh, who wrote an incredible comeback story, winning her first-ever NPS Gold Medal in the NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller for a career-best ₹8.59 Lakhs, making her the day’s biggest winner. Earlier in the week, she’d grabbed a Silver in the NPS#162 (PLO-4) HighRoller. These two performances make her the only female player with two medals at this year’s NPS, and one of only nine from Karnataka to do so. Her amazing run has boosted her to #5 on the Karnataka State Leaderboard, and even though she’s still in the red overall, her recent surge suggests a dramatic turnaround!
PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan Tumboli was right behind Singh, grabbing an insane fifth medal this series, finishing runner-up in the (PLO-5) HighRoller for ₹5.43 Lakhs. He also cashed in three other events for a Friday payday of nearly ₹5.88 Lakhs. He’s now the only player with four Silver Medals this series and one of only seven players to win five or more medals. However, despite his consistency, he was knocked off the top of the Maharashtra State Leaderboard by Gopal Bajaj, who snagged two Silver Medals on Friday. With both players tied at 30 points, Bajaj now has the edge due to his two Golds (one more than Tumboli), making the race for the NPC seat from Maharashtra a real nail-biter.
Ayush Goyal, the Gold Medal winner from NPS#10 Megadive, delivered another dominant performance in the NPS#177 (7-Max) SPRINT, taking down his second Gold and scoring a career-best ₹4.77 Lakhs. Now ranked #2 on the Rajasthan State Leaderboard, he’s just two points behind state rival Anish Vijayvergia and ready to make a late-stage leaderboard charge. Ganesh Durgade also had a Friday to remember, earning a Silver in the (7-Max) SPRINT. With this, he completed his medal set for the series, having previously won a (NPS#30 Slamdunk) and a Bronze (NPS#43 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT). His Friday performance added nearly ₹3.61 Lakhs to his bankroll and bumped him up to #7 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard.
Ridhav Chawla also maintained his winning ways, grabbing his second Gold Medal of the series in the NPS#174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT, adding ₹3.85 Lakhs to his earnings. Already a Gold winner in the NPS#114 Mini HighRoller and a Silver Medallist in the NPS#78 Megadive, Chawla’s third medal of the series (fifth overall) has boosted him to #4 on the Delhi State Leaderboard with 25 points. With three more deep runs at the NPS, his Friday winnings came out to nearly ₹4.12 Lakhs, plus another ₹1.04 Lakhs from a fifth-place finish in Adda52’s The Ballers, for a total Friday haul of over ₹5.16 Lakhs.
Gopal Bajaj wasn’t far behind, pocketing two Silver Medals—₹2.68 Lakhs in the NPS#174 and ₹1.87 Lakhs in the NPS#173 Marathon—for a combined ₹4.59 Lakhs across three cashes. Already a two-time Gold Medal winner in this series, Bajaj has now become one of only nine players to win two medals in a single day. His latest results pushed him to the top of the Maharashtra State Leaderboard with 30 points, narrowly edging out PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan Tumboli. He now ranks #6 on the NPC Leaderboard and #19 on the PokerBaazi 2025 POY Leaderboard.
Bharat Vasan also doubled down by winning the NPS#176 Megadive, taking home ₹3.93 Lakhs — his biggest score of the year on the platform — and locking in his second Gold Medal of the series (fourth overall). The win, five other NPS cashes and a deep run in Adda52’s The Ballers resulted in a Friday take-home of just under ₹4.42 Lakhs. Now holding three NPS medals this series (nine NPS medals total), Vasan sits at #2 on the Uttar Pradesh State Leaderboard, tied at 25 points with three others in what has become a cutthroat race. He also jumped to #11 on the NPS Series Leaderboard. Vasan had to get past Snehil Aggarwal in the Megadive. Aggarwal added his second Silver Medal and an incredible sixth medal for the series (seven overall) with a ₹2.74 Lakhs payout. Aggarwal cashed in three other NPS events on Friday for total earnings of just under ₹3.20 Lakhs.
The other Gold Medal winners of the day included Tamil Nadu’s Aditya Sushant (Won NPS#171 (PLO-5) Knockout (KO) for ₹3 Lakhs), Kerela State Leaderboard topper Sreekanth Narayan (Won NPS#173 Marathon for ₹2.20 Lakhs) and Maharashtra’s Kamal Punjabi (Won NPS#172 Slamdunk for ₹1.69 Lakhs).
With the grand finale of NPS India 2025 just days away, the leaderboard drama is at an all-time high. Bhanu Prakash KC remains immovable at the top of the NPS Series Leaderboard, holding 35,940 points across a mind-blowing 146 cashes. Rising Star Aman Parakh, after holding the #3 spot for weeks, has finally climbed to #2, overtaking Vinay Rajpal with 32,930 points from 136 cashes. Rajpal is still within striking distance in third with 32,740 points from 152 cashes, all of them chasing that massive ₹30 Lakhs top prize.
The day was packed with notable victories across multiple platforms from Rising Star Ritwik Khanna, Praveen KR (who won 2 titles), Yogesh Kumar, Satya Pal Verma, Sahil Verma, Ramu Kushwaha, Jatin Sablani and Pranav Khandalkar.
Here are the Friday highlights!

The National Poker Series India 2025 is in its final throes, and the heat radiating from the poker tables is intense enough to melt steel. Players are scrambling, clawing, and fighting for every last medal. Day 26, the fourth-to-last day, was another fiery chapter in this epic poker narrative. Seven flagship tournaments blazed across the virtual felt, along with qualifiers for the colossal ₹10 Crores GTD NPS#191 Main Event and the ₹1 Crore GTD NPS#190 Golden Rush. The action was non-stop, just like it’s been all series.
The fight for leaderboard supremacy is ferocious, with players putting their bodies on the line, all chasing a seat at India’s first-ever National Poker Champion showdown in Goa next month. The sheer excitement is reflected in the numbers: 9,114 entries flooded the PokerBaazi tables on Friday, sending the day’s prize pool skyrocketing to ₹2.53 Crores – a mind-blowing 26.50% above the ₹2 Crores guaranteed. This is the second day in a row the series has paid out over 25% more than promised, and it’s a safe bet this trend will continue through the final weekend. The series has now shelled out a breathtaking ₹88.33 Crores, completely obliterating the ₹78.75 Crores guaranteed so far.
While Day 26 saw a surge of repeat champions – four of the seven winners snagged their second Gold Medals – the real headline-grabber was Priyanka ‘prj12345’ Singh. She delivered a career-defining performance in the day’s showstopper, the ₹60 Lakhs GTD NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller. After a gruelling 9.5 hours of high-stakes PLO combat, Singh conquered the guarantee-crushing field of 769 entries (331 unique), seizing her first-ever NPS Gold Medal and a personal-best ₹8.60 Lakhs, thanks to a four-way deal.
This win was more than just a title—it was validation, vindication, and a crowning achievement in what has been a long, winding poker journey.
Singh, a PokerBaazi veteran since December 2016, has experienced the highs and lows of the game. But this week, the tides turned. On Wednesday, she captured her first-ever NPS medal, a Silver, in the NPS#162 (PLO-4) HighRoller, pocketing a then-career-best ₹6.05 Lakhs (also part of a four-way deal). Riding that wave of momentum and clearly dialled into her PLO game, she went all the way on Friday, conquering the NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller, eclipsing her previous best, and becoming the day’s biggest winner.
These consecutive achievements have cemented Singh’s place in the NPS India 2025 history books. She’s the only female player to win two medals at this year’s series, a standout among the five-odd women who’ve medalled. She also joins the ranks of 100 players who’ve achieved multiple-medal status, emphasizing the significance of her feat. Moreover, she’s one of only 17 players to win Gold for Karnataka and one of a select nine from that state to win multiple medals. This stunning run has catapulted her to #5 on the Karnataka State Leaderboard. While her overall record might still show losses, this powerful resurgence after a prolonged downswing is a crystal-clear indicator that she’s dramatically turning her game around.
Priyanka Singh’s PokerBaazi stats: Site Winnings: ₹76.39 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #1 | Moves to #5 on the Karnataka State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Gold & 1 Silver | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹21.76 Lakhs
Singh’s path to Gold was no walk in the park, especially with PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan ‘MomSaid5Bet’ Tumboli blocking her way! This well-known pro continued his phenomenal performance at the NPS India 2025, adding an amazing fifth medal to his collection last night in the NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller.

Tumboli, a live MTT powerhouse, is more celebrated for his accomplishments at cash games and live tournaments throughout Asia. He’s a long-standing threat on the live scene, boasting two WPT titles, four APT trophies, and the Poker Dream 8 Malaysia Main Event title. But this NPS series represents a bold shift – a determined dive into the online MTT grind, and he’s been crushing it!
Before the NPS kicked off, he declared on social media his intention to play every single event – and 26 days later, he’s a man of his word, having registered for all 177 events thus far!
This dedication has yielded incredible results. Tumboli started with a bang, winning Gold in the NPS#6 Marathon. He swiftly followed it up with consecutive Silver Medals in the NPS#14 (PLO-6) Megadive and NPS#20 (PLO-5), racking up three medals within the series’ first three days – an incredible accomplishment. He added another Silver in NPS#67 Tuesday Tornado, claiming the top spot on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard.
In the NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller, Tumboli came tantalizingly close to another Gold, finishing as runner-up and collecting ₹5.43 Lakhs after a four-way deal. This is his fifth medal of the series (one Gold and four Silver), putting him in an elite group of only seven players to win five or more medals this NPS. He stands alone as the only player to have accumulated four Silver Medals in this series.
Despite this incredible run, Tumboli relinquished the top spot on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard after a 15-day reign. Gopal Bajaj, who grabbed two Silver Medals last night (bringing his total to 4 medals: 2 Gold & 2 Silver) – making him one of ten players this series to claim two medals in a single night – now leads the pack. While both players have 30 points, Bajaj’s two Gold Medals (versus Tumboli’s one) give him the upper hand, placing him at #6 on the NPC Leaderboard. Tumboli now needs at least one more medal to grab a seat in the National Poker Champion showdown in Goa – the Maharashtra State Leaderboard top spot is almost certainly a ticket to that offline faceoff. Can Tumboli pull it off, will Bajaj hold him at bay, or will a dark horse emerge to claim that coveted seat? The suspense is building!

Tumboli clearly meant business when he committed to the entire NPS. His seven-event Friday grind resulted in four cashes, boosting his earnings by nearly ₹5.88 Lakhs. He’s currently ranked #19 on the NPS Series Leaderboard with 26,991 points from 106 cashes and has jumped to #11 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard, a noteworthy accomplishment considering his usual preference for live play.

Entering the fray twice, he finished third in the NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller, taking home ₹5.60 Lakhs (four-way deal) along with a Bronze Medal (his second career Bronze and fourth medal in total). This made him one of 100 players with the rare distinction of multiple medals in this series and the third player from Bihar to achieve this, boosting him to #3 on the state leaderboard.

Singh scored in four additional NPS events, resulting in total Friday winnings close to a lavish ₹5.89 Lakhs, leaping to #44 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard.

Arman ‘qbranch’ Khan (opted out of our tracking), known for conquering the 2022 APT Online India Sunday Major trophy and a recent NPS#54 Big Knockout (PKO) Silver Medallist, finished fourth in the NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller, pocketing ₹5.03 Lakhs from the deal – his fourth-largest score on PokerBaazi. An additional cash finish pushed his Friday take to over ₹5.10 Lakhs.

Arman Khan’s NPS stats: Moves to #5 on the Chandigarh State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Silver | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹23.59 Lakhs
The NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller final table also featured strong performances by NPS#154 Big Knockout (PKO) Gold Medallist Prashanth ‘mcp1212’ Chandrasekhar (5th for ₹2.75 Lakhs) and ‘nachos‘ (6th for ₹2.08 Lakhs).

With a ₹11,500 buy-in, the NPS#175 (PLO-5) HighRoller was, without a doubt, the biggest draw of the day at the NPS, and the event delivered on all counts. It smashed its advertised guarantee by over 28%, generating a blazing ₹76.90 Lakhs prize pool. The top 138 finishers all walked away with a piece of the pie, with even a min-cash worth ₹19,225, a clear sign that the final weekend of the NPS India 2025 will be one for the ages.

The NPS India 2025 is speeding toward a dramatic finish, and the desperation to snag those coveted medals is at an all-time high! We’re down to the wire, with just three days left, and Day 26 was an all-out detonation. Forget modest gains – the guaranteed prize pool wasn’t just beaten; it was utterly demolished by more than 25% for the second day running, resulting in a staggering ₹2.53 Crores paid out, dwarfing the ₹2 Crores that were initially on offer.
Day 26 was defined by players going for broke. A remarkable four of the seven champions locked in their second Gold Medal of the series. Among these repeat champions was Ayush ‘ClassMonitor’ Goyal, who orchestrated yet another poker clinic in PokerBaazi’s ₹30 Lakhs GTD NPS#177 (7-Max) SPRINT, taking home a career-high ₹4.77 Lakhs and, of course, that gleaming second Gold Medal.

Friday’s NPS#177 (7-Max) SPRINT was the day’s grand finale, kicking off at the usual 9:30 PM. But with the earlier events going nuclear, it was clear this was going to be big. And it was. A colossal 1,382 entries (628 unique) crammed in, ready for a late-night brawl. After seven hours and eleven minutes of intense, grinding poker, Goyal – after needing five entries to get his engine running – crushed the massive field, grabbing his second career NPS Gold Medal. He even managed a deep run in the NPS#173 Marathon (172nd for ₹2,917), taking his total Friday earnings to nearly ₹4.80 Lakhs.
Goyal’s story is one of the many inspiring narratives unfolding at this year’s NPS. He arrived with zero medals and is now sporting a pair of Golds! He struck early, grabbing his first Gold in the NPS#10 Megadive on the series’ second day. Since then, he’s been a constant presence, participating in 161 events and cashing in over half (63).
He’s had five final table appearances just this season – his most recent before this in the NPS#170 (7-Max) SPRINT on Thursday – and this latest win catapults him to #2 on the Rajasthan State Leaderboard with 20 points. He’s breathing down the neck of state leaderboard frontrunner Anish Vijayvergia, who’s only two points ahead. One more medal in these final three days could completely rewrite the script, especially with Vijayvergiya already sitting pretty at #8 on the NPC Leaderboard, suggesting a strong chance of the Rajasthan Leaderboard king making that National Poker Champion face-off in Goa.

Ayush Goyal’s online stats (PokerBaazi and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹83.56 Lakhs | Lifetime Profits: ₹17.70 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #3 | Moves to #2 on the Rajasthan State Leaderboard | Moves to #43 on the NPS Series Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 2 Gold | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹23.58 Lakhs
Ganesh ‘Ganesh24’ Durgade, a PokerBaazi mid-stakes regular with a proven track record at the NPS (four medals from previous editions), also made serious noise in the NPS#177 (7-Max) SPRINT. And this time, he completed his collection. Durgade had already snatched a Gold in the NPS#30 Slamdunk and a Bronze in the NPS#43 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT. Friday night, he snagged the Silver in the (7-Max) SPRINT (his third medal of the series and seventh overall), padding his bankroll by ₹3.33 Lakhs and bringing his Friday loot to just shy of ₹3.61 Lakhs from four deep runs. He’s now climbed to #7 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard, sitting at 17 points, though he has some serious ground to make up on the leaders.

> 2nd in PokerBaazi’s NPS#177 (6-Max) SPRINT for ₹3,32,509

> 66th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#171 (PLO-5) Knockout (KO) for ₹10,029
> 66th in PokerBaazi’s NPS#172 Slamdunk for ₹4,500
Ganesh Durgade’s online stats (PokerBaazi and Adda52): Lifetime Winnings: ₹3.52 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹48.60 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #6 | Moves to #7 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Gold, 2 Silver & 4 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹53.99 Lakhs | Moves #73 in PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard
Unmesh ‘Unmesh’ Nair, another online grinder, locked down the third-place spot on the NPS#177 (7-Max) SPRINT podium. He scored a career-best ₹2.56 Lakhs, earning his second Bronze of the series after a similar finish in the NPS#70 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT.
Nair also put in some serious work, notching five deep runs (including a final table finish in NPS#171 (PLO-5) Knockout (KO)), and padded his bankroll with close to ₹3.35 Lakhs. He’s rocketed to #3 on the Kerala State Leaderboard, a leaderboard currently dominated by Sreekanth Narayan, who boasts a five-medal collection (including his second Gold last night) and 32 points, making him a near-certainty for the NPC face-off!

The event generated a fiery ₹41.46 Lakhs prize pool – a whopping 38% more than promised. The top 226 finishers all walked away with something, with a minimum payout of ₹5,804. It’s a full-court press as the record-smashing NPS India 2025 charges through its closing stretch. Friday, Day 26, saw the action cranked up even higher, with guarantees getting crushed left and right. The clock is ticking down to grab one of those final 12 golden tickets in the National Poker Champion showdown in Goa, and with the fresh “Kya Poker Khelta Hai Tu” campaign set to ignite the IPL 2025 broadcast on Jio Hotstar, PokerBaazi is going all-in to cement its position as the top dog in the Indian online poker scene.
But Friday belonged to some familiar faces making another power play, and among them was Bharat ‘Thinkfloyd’ Vasan, who roared onto the scene, dominating PokerBaazi’s ₹25 Lakhs GTD NPS#176 Megadive and making a strong case for his own spot in that Goa finale.

Vasan is practically PokerBaazi royalty – the 2024 Indian Poker Masters leaderboard king, entering this year’s series with a trophy cabinet already gleaming with six NPS medals! He’d already snagged a Silver in the NPS#13 Deepdive and a Gold in the NPS#151 Deepdive. Friday night, he doubled down on that success, conquering a massive, guarantee-busting 1,369-entry field (659 unique) in the 8:30 PM NPS#176 Megadive. The event lived up to its name, stretching over a gruelling 9.5 hours. When the dust settled, it was Vasan standing tall, pocketing a hefty ₹3.94 Lakhs – his biggest score of the year on the platform, achieved with just two entries. This win delivered his second NPS Gold of the series (his fourth Gold overall) and his third NPS medal of the year (bringing his total medal count to a staggering nine overall).
This win makes Vasan one of 100 players to grab multiple medals this series and the 20th from Uttar Pradesh to strike Gold. His two-medal collection now catapults him to #2 on the Uttar Pradesh State Leaderboard, trailing only Vikhyat Ahlawat. With Vasan, Ahlawat, Arush Pratap, and Nitesh Katiyar all locked at 25 points, the Uttar Pradesh leaderboard has become a no-holds-barred war, a battle that promises to go down to the last hand.

Vasan’s ambition wasn’t limited to the Megadive. He cashed in five other NPS events (going deep in all but one of the day`s featured tournaments) and even made a deep run in Adda52’s The Ballers, resulting in a Friday haul that fell just short of ₹4.42 Lakhs. His tireless efforts have yielded rich rewards — with a mind-boggling 118 cashes, he’s now #11 on the NPS Series Leaderboard with 28,560 points, and you can bet he’ll be looking to climb even higher in these final days!

The NPS#176 Megadive ended in a head-to-head battle between two of the series’ most dominant players: Bharat Vasan and Snehil ‘GTORanges’ Aggarwal. Aggarwal entered the Megadive with guns blazing, aiming for a record-breaking fourth Gold of the series. He fought like a lion but narrowly missed the win, settling for his second Silver Medal (his seventh NPS medal overall and sixth of the series) along with a substantial ₹2.74 Lakhs.

Aggarwal, who had just one medal before the series, has been on a heater of a lifetime! He scored a Gold in the NPS#14 (PLO-6) Megadive, followed by a Bronze in the NPS#35 Marathon. This week, he’s shifted into hyperdrive – grabbing a Bronze in Tuesday’s NPS#155 (PLO-5) Knockout (PKO), then delivering a breathtaking performance on Wednesday with two medals in a single night: a Gold in NPS#162 (PLO-4) HighRoller (now-revoked) and a Bronze in NPS#163 (6-Max) Hyper SPRINT. Aggarwal now holds the record for being the first-ever player in NPS history to win medals on four consecutive days.
This result further tightens Aggarwal`s grip on the #1 spot on the Haryana State Leaderboard, where he now holds a commanding 31 points, miles ahead of Mohit Mehta and Mayank Jaggi (both at 19 points). He’s also holding strong at #5 on the NPC Leaderboard!

Aggarwal has been a relentless machine. He’s participated in 176 of the 177 NPS events so far, cashing in an unbelievable 119 of them. His NPS 2025 winnings have reached a staggering ₹44.10 Lakhs, and his all-time NPS earnings now stand at an impressive ₹55.72 Lakhs.
Staying true to his reputation, Aggarwal cashed in three additional NPS events on Day 26 for a total Friday payday of just under ₹3.20 Lakhs. He currently occupies the #5 spot on the NPS Series Leaderboard with 30,100 points from 118 cashes and #15 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard.

And adding even more fuel to the fire, Young Gun Shardul ‘duuurrrr’ Parthasarathi, the Mumbai-based poker sensation, continued his impressive streak at NPS India 2025. He has also completely rewritten his NPS legacy, going from zero medals at the series’ start to four now. After two close Silver Medal finishes in the NPS#91 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT and the NPS#153 (4-Max) Hyper and a Bronze in the NPS#26 (7-Max) Championship, , Parthasarathi added another medal to his expanding collection.

Friday night, he notched his second Bronze of the year – and fourth NPS medal overall – with a third-place finish in NPS#176 Megadive, claiming ₹2.11 Lakhs for his efforts.
But the grind didn’t stop there. Parthasarathi cashed in four more events on the day, rounding out his Friday winnings at over ₹2.59 Lakhs. His consistent deep runs and sheer volume have earned him the #26 spot on the NPS Series Leaderboard, and he’s now cracked into the top 15 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard, landing at #14 with, coincidentally, 14 points, though still far behind the leaders.

The colossal NPS India 2025 is down to the wire, with the finish line in sight on Monday – but don’t expect anyone to take their foot off the gas! Friday, Day 26, was another day of shattered guarantees, and among the four players snagging their second Gold Medals was Delhi’s own Ridhav ‘Rids’ Chawla. This online powerhouse, a former The MoneyMaker champion, torched PokerBaazi’s ₹25 Lakhs GTD NPS#174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT, adding another golden chapter to his poker story, following his career-best Gold win in the NPS#114 Mini High Roller last Tuesday!

Chawla’s been playing a calculated game, also holding a Silver Medal from the NPS#78 Megadive. But Friday was all about making a statement. He unleashed a performance for the books in the 6:30 PM turbo-charged NPS #174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT, firing five bullets to get the job done. He outlasted a guarantee-crushing field of 453 players (1,079 total entries), reaching the top spot in a rapid-fire showdown that wrapped up in four hours and 11 minutes! The victory brought him his third-career NPS Gold medal (his second Gold and third medal of the series, and fifth overall) and a sweet ₹3.86 Lakhs to pad his bankroll!
This three-medal collection has Chawla sitting pretty at #4 on the Delhi State Leaderboard with 25 points, but he’s still staring down a 10-point gap from the current leader, three-time Gold Medallist Saahib Bawa. More medals are a must if he wants to punch his ticket to the NPC showdown in Goa.
And the winnings didn’t stop there! Chawla added three more NPS cashes for a total Friday NPS haul of nearly ₹4.12 Lakhs. But Chawla’s a grinder through and through, and he went on to finish fifth in Adda52’s The Ballers, adding another ₹1.05 Lakhs for a total take-home of over ₹5.16 Lakhs. This incredible run also bumped him up to #28 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard.

Then there was Gopal ‘AiDarwin’ Bajaj, the young poker phenomenon from Maharashtra and an NPS newcomer, who had a score to settle – he was on a mission to conquer the state leaderboard! A proven champion with a trophy case already overflowing with NPS medals, four from the current series, including two Golds in NPS#47 Slamdunk and NPS#73 Marathon.

Bajaj tacked on another two Silvers to his haul last night, finishing runner-up in both the NPS#174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT (₹2.68 Lakhs), where he fired four bullets and in the NPS#173 Marathon (₹1.87 Lakhs), after three entries. This places him among a select group of just nine players to win two medals in a single day in this series! With an extra cash finish thrown in, Bajaj’s Friday winnings added up to a delicious almost ₹4.59 Lakhs.
These back-to-back Silver Medals have Bajaj now commanding the Maharashtra State Leaderboard with 30 points, dethroning long-standing leader PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan Tumboli after his 15-day rule. He’s also in a tense standoff with Tumboli (who boasts the same point total with a Gold and four Silvers – one of those Silvers earned last night), but Bajaj’s two Golds give him the upper hand. It’s going to be a white-knuckle race to see who ultimately claims that NPC seat in this fierce rivalry! On top of that, Bajaj is now #6 on the NPC Leaderboard and #19 on PokerBaazi`s 2025 POY Leaderboard.

Joining Chawla and Bajaj on the NPS#174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT podium was ‘Sanoritaa,’ a player who’s only been active since July 2022. They fired two bullets in the fast-paced event, earning their first-ever NPS medal, a gleaming Bronze and a site-best ₹2.05 Lakhs – wiping out almost 25% of their previous losses on the platform. This top-three finish also landed them at #21 on the Rajasthan State Leaderboard.
Sanoritaa’s PokerBaazi stats: Site Winnings: ₹9.96 Lakhs | Moves to #21 on the Rajasthan State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹4.34 Lakhs

In line with the Hyper events throughout NPS India 2025, and adding to a day overflowing with shattered guarantees, the NPS#174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT, with its ₹3,450 buy-in, was another huge hit. It obliterated its guarantee, creating a juicy ₹32.37 Lakhs prize pool – over 29% larger than the promised kitty. The tournament paid out the top 186 players, each locking in at least ₹5,827, keeping the record-breaking momentum alive as this incredible series races towards its grand finale.

The NPS India 2025 is delivering one knockout performance after another – and Friday was another round of pure poker fireworks! With the series hurtling towards its conclusion, Aditya ‘gangajal’ Sushant, one of original Young Guns, India’s first-ever WSOP bracelet winner, and a two-time The MoneyMaker champion, roared back into the spotlight!

Known for epic performances like winning the 2019 Diwali Rush Main Event and his runner-up finish in the 2022 Baazi Poker Tour Main Event, Sushant finally ended a long six-month title drought – his last victory was in Adda52’s The Ballers last September.
He’s been hunting for that breakthrough, and Friday night, he found it. His comeback vehicle was PokerBaazi`s gritty, grind-heavy ₹25 Lakhs GTD NPS#171 (PLO-5) Knockout (KO) – the opening salvo on Day 26 of the NPS India 2025. With a ₹2,875 buy-in and a guarantee-crushing 1,295-entry field (443 unique), the stage was set for a classic. Sushant, undeterred by the competition, fired two bullets and endured a gruelling ten-hour-plus battle to seize the crown – collecting ₹3.06 Lakhs (₹6,000 in bounties), his biggest score of the year on PokerBaazi, his first medal of the series (a Gold!), and his third NPS medal overall. A long-awaited return to the winner’s circle, and executed with style!
But the night didn’t end there. Sushant went all-in on the NPS grind, cashing in four more NPS events for a Friday windfall of over ₹3.25 Lakhs. That surge sent him rocketing up to #27 on the NPS Series Leaderboard – fueled by an astounding 114 cashes from 176 events played – and to #87 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard.
On the Tamil Nadu State Leaderboard, Sushant now finds himself firmly in the #4 spot with 10 points, right in the middle of a heated intra-state battle. Ashish Munot still leads with 17 points, but Aniket Jain (12 points) and Raghav Ananth (11 points) are in hot pursuit, with Sushant now a serious threat right behind them. With this Gold now providing a massive boost, the final stretch of this high-stakes series promises even more drama.

After fighting through the vast field with four entries, Sharma just missed the top spot, finishing runner-up and collecting a hefty ₹2.24 Lakhs, including ₹15,000 in bounties – his second career NPS Silver Medal (also his second medal of the series). This boosted him on the Delhi State Leaderboard, where he now sits at #11.

Adding to Maharashtra’s medal count, ‘makk02’ made a big splash on the NPS#171 (PLO-5) Knockout (KO) podium. After already reaching the final table of NPS#123 (PLO-6) Deepdive, ‘makk02’ continued their strong form, firing two bullets in the Knockout (KO) to finish third, earning a sweet ₹1.64 Lakhs, including ₹3,500 in bounties, a score that’s 4X their previous best on the platform and almost wiped out all their past losses from the last five years in one fell swoop. We called it! We said that once Sreekanth ‘n0thing’ Narayan hit his stride, he’d be unstoppable. And that prediction played out perfectly on Friday night. The G.O.A.T. 2.0 runner-up and 2023 POY #2 demolished PokerBaazi’s ₹20 Lakhs GTD NPS#173 Marathon, grabbing his second Gold Medal of the series after a heads-up deal that lined his pockets with ₹2.20 Lakhs.

The NPS India 2025 has been a stage for incredible comebacks, and Narayan is crafting a legendary one for himself! He arrived at the series with zero NPS Medals, and now he’s sporting a collection of five – a truly astonishing transformation. His medal spree started with a Silver in the NPS#47 Slamdunk, followed by another Silver in the NPS#138 (4-Max) Hyper SPRINT. He snagged his first-ever Gold in the NPS#157 Megadive on Wednesday, added a Bronze in the NPS#170 (7-Max) SPRINT on Thursday, and capped off the hattrick with Friday’s Marathon Gold – that`s three medals on consecutive days for this beast!
The NPS#173 Marathon began at 5:30 PM and attracted a bustling 1,389-entry field (639 unique). Narayan navigated through almost ten hours of intense poker – nine hours and 46 minutes, to be precise – to emerge as the last player standing.
Narayan’s blazing hot medal streak (2 Gold, 2 Silver, and 1 Bronze) has him dominating the Kerala State Leaderboard, where he now sits with a commanding 32 points. Navaneeth Krishna PK, his closest competitor, is far behind with 5 points. Narayan is, without a doubt, the first player virtually guaranteed a spot in the NPC showdown in Goa next month. He is currently ranked #4 on the NPC Leaderboard.
But Narayan had fuel to burn and went on to score in three other NPS events for a combined Friday plunder of over ₹2.48 Lakhs. With that kind of momentum, it’s no surprise he’s now landed at #43 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard.

Sreekanth Narayan’s online stats (PokerBaazi, Adda52, PokerStars India and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹12.39 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹5.50 Crores | Titles Won in 2025: #2 | Ranked #1 on the Kerala State Leaderboard | Moves to #4 on the NPC Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 2 Gold, 2 Silver & 1 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹36.30 Lakhs
But the path to that second Gold wasn’t a cakewalk. Narayan had to face a familiar foe in Gopal ‘AiDarwin’ Bajaj, a formidable opponent in his own right, who, incredibly, is scripting his own comeback story at this year’s NPS. He, too, started the series without a single NPS Medal and has completely flipped the script, now boasting four. After striking Gold in both the NPS#47 Slamdunk (where Narayan finished second) and the NPS#73 Marathon, he came this close to becoming only the second player after Saahib Bawa to win two Gold Medals in a single day. While that particular dream remained just out of reach, Bajaj still managed a new milestone, becoming the first player in the series to score two Silver Medals in back-to-back events this season.

He fired four bullets in the NPS#173 Marathon before taking the runner-up spot and a payout of ₹1.87 Lakhs, thanks to the heads-up deal, with Narayan getting a bit of payback! Earlier in the evening, he placed second in the NPS#174 (5-Max) Hyper SPRINT, adding ₹2.68 Lakhs after a three-bullet investment. With a small additional score in the NPS#172 Slamdunk, Bajaj’s Friday earnings totalled a commendable ₹4.59 Lakhs.
Bajaj’s double-Silver performance has catapulted him to the top of the Maharashtra State Leaderboard with 30 points. While PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan Tumboli is tied with Bajaj on points, holding a Gold and four Silvers – one of which he won last night – Bajaj currently leads due to his two Gold Medals, one more than Tumboli. It’s a neck-and-neck race to see who will represent Maharashtra at the NPC showdown. Bajaj has also climbed to #6 on the National Poker Champion Leaderboard and #17 on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard.

Haryana’s ‘Safari25’ rounded out the podium in the NPS#173 Marathon, taking home a site-best ₹1.29 Lakhs for third place and their first-ever NPS medal, a Bronze.
The NPS#173 Marathon final table was a murderer’s row of familiar faces, including the NPS#103 (7-Max) SPRINT Gold Medallist Sanjay ‘smr1g10’ Mohan (5th for ₹68,339), the NPS#46 (PLO-4) Megadive Silver Medallist, Natural8 India Executive Director and Ambassador Kunal ‘VasooliChacha’ Patni (6th for ₹50,004) and the current Rajasthan State Leaderboard frontrunner Anish ‘Fishlover001’ Vijayvergiya (8th for ₹29,794).
Adding to the record-breaking Friday excitement at the NPS India 2025, the ₹1,725 buy-in NPS#173 Marathon also surpassed its guarantee, generating a tempting ₹20.84 Lakhs prize pool. The top 226 finishers received payouts, with the min-cash coming in at ₹2,917 — almost double the buy-in. These last few days promise pure poker fireworks.

It’s officially GO time at NPS India 2025, with the ₹100 Crores monster series down to its last three days! Friday, Day 26, was another day of guarantees getting smashed, and while repeat champions were a big part of the story (four players snagged their second Gold Medals), three long-time grinders finally got their moment in the sun!
One of those grinders was Kamal ‘syrubinek’ Punjabi, a mid-stakes master, and his chosen arena was the ₹15 Lakhs GTD NPS#172 Slamdunk! The most accessible event on the schedule, the 4 PM flagship, lit up the virtual felt with a scorching 1,831 entries (443 unique), kicking off a high-energy eight-hour and 22-minute battle, but Punjabi reigned supreme. Starting the new year with a bang, winning three tournaments (Freeze Out Adda, Voyager, and the Iron Man), and just five days after conquering the MMA Monster Stack, he powered his way to his first-ever NPS medal (a Gold!) and fifth title of the year, pocketing a sweet ₹1.69 Lakhs top prize and jumping to #21 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard – all with a single entry.

Kamal Punjabi’s online stats: (PokerBaazi, Adda52, PokerStars India and Spartan Poker): Lifetime Winnings: ₹1.13 Crores | Lifetime Profits: ₹29.17 Lakhs | Titles Won in 2025: #5 | Moves to #32 on the Maharashtra State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Gold | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹2.84 Lakhs
But the NPS#172 Slamdunk wasn’t a one-man show. Delhi’s Rishab Malik—a three-time The Millionaire champion, the 2022 NPS#3 Sunday Deepdive Gold Medallist who recently grabbed a Bronze in the NPS#102 Big Knockout (KO)—was hot on his heels, chasing his second career NPS Gold. He came incredibly close, taking home a well-deserved Silver and ₹1,16,100 after putting in two entries (his third NPS medal overall).

Showing his all-around poker prowess in four more tournaments (three at the NPS), Malik, this year’s two-time The Ballers champion, padded his bankroll with over ₹1.72 Lakhs in total winnings! The Silver Medal, on top of the previous Bronze, boosted him to #22 on the Delhi State Leaderboard. Still, it’s more about maximizing these final days, with a seat at the NPC showdown looking unlikely given his current standing.

Site regular ‘panic buyer’ from Mizoram earned the coveted Bronze in the NPS#172 Slamdunk and a site-best ₹86,250 for third place, recovering most of their past losses and becoming the first medalist from the state, rocketing to #1 on the state leaderboard.
panicbuyer’s PokerBaazi stats: Site winnings ₹3.81 Lakhs | Moves to #1 on the Mizoram State Leaderboard | NPS Medals Won: 1 Bronze | Lifetime NPS Winnings: ₹1.03 Lakhs
The NPS#172 Slamdunk final table was a shark-infested pool, also featuring the three-time NPS India 2025 Gold Medallist and the Karnataka State Leaderboard #2 Advait ‘ExploitativeGTO’ Rajguru (4th for ₹64,500), NPS India 2025 dual Bronze Medallist Sony ‘swAAmi’ Puthussery (5th for ₹45,150), NPS#149 Knockout (PKO) Gold Medallist Asit ‘nexus010’ Sharma (6th for ₹32,550), NPS#64 Deepdive Bronze Medallist and 2024 POY #6 Shreyansh ‘halifax7701’ Sharma (7th for ₹25,800), and Parth ‘PapuLasith’ Shah (8th for ₹21,000).
The budget-friendly ₹920 buy-in NPS#110 #Slamdunk came this close to joining Friday’s guarantee-busting club, falling short by a mere ₹35,200. Still, the hefty ₹15 Lakhs prize pool paid out the top 270 finishers, with payouts starting at ₹1,500—the road to the grand finale of the NPS India 2025 is only getting hotter!

Online Rankings: Anant Purohit Storms to the Top This Week; Tarun Goyal Caps Off February Unbeaten & Keeps His POY Charge on Overdrive
In this feature, we bring you the top three weekly, monthly, and yearly performers every Sunday. These rankings are based on cumulative winnings (cashes). However, the rankings only include players registered to our online ranking system, so hurry up and register if you haven’t signed up on PokerGuru yet!
The online poker action isn’t just simmering; it’s a raging inferno! PokerBaazi’s ₹100 Crores GTD National Poker Series India 2025 is making it rain money, with almost ₹23 Crores (and 343 medals!) already changing hands in just the last seven days. The fight for those NPS medals and leaderboard glory has turned the Indian poker community into a pack of ravenous wolves, from the veterans who’ve seen it all to the ambitious up-and-comers, all clawing for a piece of this epic pie. And with Natural8 India’s big events also firing, it’s pure, unadulterated leaderboard chaos. And there is still much more to come.
But standing tall amidst the madness is the king: Tarun Goyal. Last year’s Player of the Year isn’t just sitting on his throne – he’s building a fortress around it. February belonged to him, and his yearly lead is so massive it’s almost comical. We’re talking about a February haul of ₹3.23 Crores and a year-to-date total of ₹3.51 Crores. This lead looks almost impossible to conquer, and we’re only two months in. Goyal’s deep runs on Natural8 India are becoming legendary, and the whispers of a back-to-back POY title are growing louder by the day.
Emerging as a serious threat, Tushar Bhartia is making some serious waves this year. He’s also cleaning up on Natural8 India, currently holding down the #2 spot for the year, and ended February in the same position. With ₹89.33 Lakhs in February and a colossal ₹97.14 Lakhs for the year, he is the only player even remotely within striking distance of the king. Keep an eye out because there are two other dangerous sharks in the Natural8 India waters, known only as ‘borntrouble‘ and ‘dontraiseplz,’ closing in on that ₹1 Crore annual earnings mark.
The top two from last year are shaping up to rule this year too. Anant Purohit, who crushed it in 2024 with a second-place POY finish, put on a clinic this week after an amazing February. He grabbed the top weekly earner title with a whopping ₹28.65 Lakhs. With ₹41.51 Lakhs, he was third in February and is now #3 on the yearly leaderboard with ₹86.09 Lakhs in total winnings.
Purohit might have stolen the weekly show, but Vikhyat Ahlawat is lurking a close second. Ahlawat scored two gold medals at the NPS India 2025, one in the NPS#12 Monday Marathon and then another in NPS#29 (7-Max) SPRINT. His weekly earnings boosted to ₹18.45 Lakhs. Advait Rajguru, another double NPS gold winner (NPS#32 (PLO-5) Megadive and NPS#48 Megadive), rounds out the weekly top three with ₹17.54 Lakhs.
Tarun Goyal: Untouchable? Maybe.
Tarun Goyal. The name alone should send shivers down the spines of his opponents. After a 2024 that saw him crowned Player of the Year with a record-smashing ₹12.39 Crores in winnings (and a jaw-dropping ₹10 Crores in profits), this WSOP bracelet winner isn’t resting on his laurels. He’s kicked off 2025 like a man possessed. A “solid” January (a mere ₹27.58 Lakhs) was just the warm-up. February was the explosion.
If five eight-figure scores in 2024 were not enough (all on Natural8 India), he hit a sixth one on the platform just a fortnight ago (becoming the first Indian to hit the mark this year) with a mind-blowing ₹3.54 Crores total haul! This incredible windfall came from a stunning final table run in Natural8 India’s GGMillion$ Main Event—a high-stakes clash with a hefty ₹10.30 Lakhs buy-in that drew a stacked field of 1,226 entrants. He fought his way to an eighth-place finish for a jaw-dropping ₹2.74 Crores, his second-largest career score after his monumental ₹5.05 Crores haul in the Mystery Millions Online 2750 in December. And because the poker gods clearly love this guy, he also flopped a royal flush at a $100/$200 All-in or Fold PLO cash table, pocketing an extra ₹79.83 Lakhs jackpot.

Goyal has now blown past the ₹3.50 Crores mark in annual winnings (and that is without including the cash game jackpot), with ₹3.51 Crores for the year and ₹2.77 Crores in straight-up profit. Closing February with a stunning ₹3.23 Crores in total winnings and ₹2.46 Crores in profits further reinforces his dominance, giving him the monthly crown. Already sitting at more than 3X the earnings of his closest competitor, Goyal’s numbers tell a story of complete and utter control over this year`s POY race.
Not only has he crushed both the monthly and annual leaderboards, but he is also making an undeniable case for back-to-back Player of the Year titles—a feat previously achieved only by poker legend Young Gun Gaurav Sood.
Tushar Bhartia: The Upstart With Eyes on the Prize
Every year, a new star rises. This year, that star is Tushar Bhartia. He arrived at Natural8 India in January, and it didn’t take him long to make his presence known.
But February was Bhartia’s coming-out party. He kicked things off with a deep run in the APL Green Snake Main Event, finishing eighth for a staggering ₹76.04 Lakhs. He followed that up with a fifth-place finish in the Bounty Hunters Big Game 215, adding another ₹7.10 Lakhs to his growing pile.

These two phenomenal scores have Bhartia sitting comfortably at #2 in the POY race, with ₹97.24 Lakhs in annual earnings – ₹79.92 Lakhs of that in profits. He made most of that in February – ₹89.33 Lakhs to be precise (₹73.83 Lakhs in profits), landing him the #2 spot in the monthly standings.
Sure, Tarun Goyal is in a different galaxy right now, but there are whispers of other Natural8 India crushers, the mysterious ‘borntrouble’ and ‘dontraiseplz,’ also hovering around the ₹1 Crore annual earnings milestone. The hunt is on.
Anant Purohit: Unleashing a Poker Storm!
Anant Purohit is less like a tsunami and more like a controlled demolition – methodical, powerful, and leaving nothing but rubble in his path! After that near-miss last year, finishing #2 in the 2024 POY race, this poker veteran didn’t just enter the new year; he charged into it.
After a third-place finish on the January leaderboard, Purohit kept his foot on the gas in February. He was stacking chips and making deep runs like it was going out of style, then cranked it up to eleven in the third week, bagging a sixth-place finish in Natural8 India’s Bounty Hunters HR 525 for a tidy ₹9.48 Lakhs.
But that was just the appetizer. This past week, Purohit went full supernova. He didn’t just win; he crushed, racking in a head-turning ₹28.65 Lakhs (weekly profits – ₹23.54 Lakhs)– making him the week’s undisputed champion. This rampage bolstered his already strong February performance, where he piled up ₹41.51 Lakhs in total winnings (monthly profits – ₹27.30 Lakhs), landing him at #3 for the month, behind Tarun Goyal and Tushar Bhartia. Now, he’s sitting pretty at #3 in the overall POY rankings, with a war chest of ₹86.09 Lakhs (annual profits – ₹51.66 Lakhs).

Purohit’s 2025 highlight reel is already looking impressive: a big win in Natural8 India’s Zodiac Goat High Roller (₹12.69 Lakhs richer) and a near-victory in PokerBaazi’s NPS#26 (7-Max) Championship, walking away with a Silver Medal and ₹9.44 Lakhs. Purohit isn’t just playing; he’s sending a message. He’s got the skills, the experience, and a burning desire to claim that POY crown. And judging by his current form, he’s going to make things very interesting.
The 2025 POY Race: Buckle Up!
The POY leaderboard is a shark tank, and the usual suspects are circling. Advait Rajguru, riding high on a killer week, has blasted his way to #4 with a yearly haul of ₹81.59 Lakhs (annual profits – ₹59.41 Lakhs). Rajat Sharma, who ruled January, has slipped a couple of notches to #5, but he’s still packing heat with ₹75.28 Lakhs (annual profits – ₹48.93 Lakhs). And don’t count out Rajneesh Thakur, who’s quietly climbed to #6 with ₹64.65 Lakhs in winnings (annual profits – ₹29.09 Lakhs). This top order is stacked, dangerous, and hungry. It’s shaping up to be a race that’ll make last year’s record-breaking battle look like a warm-up.
February’s Other Notable Hustlers
February wasn’t just about the top dogs; plenty of other players were making noise. Rajneesh Thakur kept his hot streak going, finishing the month at #4 with a solid ₹39.22 Lakhs (monthly profits – ₹22.34 Lakhs). Close behind, Advait Rajguru piled up ₹37.21 Lakhs (monthly profits – ₹27.45 Lakhs) – good for fifth place. Meanwhile, Saransh Garg made his presence known, grabbing the #6 spot with ₹26.90 Lakhs (monthly profits – ₹15.93 Lakhs).

Vikhyat Ahlawat: Double Gold, Double Trouble!
Vikhyat Ahlawat didn’t just climb to #2 for the week; he exploded onto the scene with a pair of Gold Medals at the NPS India 2025. He conquered both the NPS#12 Monday Marathon and the NPS#29 (7-Max) SPRINT, becoming the first player to pull off that double-header in this series. This golden performance translated into a hefty ₹18.45 Lakhs in total winnings for the week, with ₹11.63 Lakhs in profit.

And Ahlawat isn’t just collecting medals; he’s taking over the leaderboards. He’s now leading the charge on the National Poker Champion (India) Leaderboard with 20 points, knocking PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan Tumboli off the top spot. He’s also widened his lead on the Uttar Pradesh State Leaderboard, jumped to #5 in the PokerBaazi 2025 POY race, and is sitting comfortably at #6 on the NPS Series Leaderboard.
Advait Rajguru: The Bengaluru Beast Roars Again
Advait Rajguru is the kind of player who, once he gets momentum, is like a freight train – unstoppable. And he delivered a performance to remember, becoming the second player to snag double gold at the NPS India 2025 after Ahlawat.
First, he outplayed the field in the NPS#32 (PLO-5) Megadive, adding a third NPS Gold medal to his collection. Then, this Bengaluru-based poker shark (who, let’s not forget, finished an incredible #5 in the 2024 POY race) demolished the NPS#48 Megadive. That’s ₹17.54 Lakhs in weekly winnings and a sweet ₹12.87 Lakhs in profit.

Rajguru’s impact isn’t confined to a single leaderboard. He’s now the king of the Karnataka State Leaderboard, sits just a hair behind Ahlawat at #2 on the NPC (India) Leaderboard and has muscled his way to #6 on the overall NPS Series Leaderboard. Plus, he’s currently leading the pack on PokerBaazi’s 2025 POY Leaderboard.
More Weekly Fireworks
This week was full of big scores, and these players are proof. Rising Star Ritwik Khanna made a splash, landing at #4 with ₹16.59 Lakhs (weekly profits – ₹11.53 Lakhs). Ashish Munot wasn’t far behind, claiming #5 with ₹14.90 Lakhs (weekly profits – ₹10.87 Lakhs). PokerBaazi Team Pro Zarvan Tumboli, never one to be ignored, added ₹13.91 Lakhs to his bankroll (weekly profits – ₹7.19 Lakhs). And rounding out the top six, Anshul Rajput grabbed a hefty ₹13.67 Lakhs (weekly profits – ₹10.94 Lakhs).
This week was a reminder that anyone can catch fire at any time. And with the NPS India 2025 running, the dynamics can change quickly!
