Last night’s win fetched Myron Pereria, his third INCOOP title – his first at the ongoing series. Exactly a year ago, he had won the ₹1.50 Lakhs GTD INCOOP – 166 Ultra KO 75% for ₹52,841 and had followed that up by taking down the ₹18 Lakhs GTD INCOOP – 179 Main Event Warm-up for ₹3.06 Lakhs. Last night, Pereira ITM-ed four other events, netting ₹5.25 Lakhs cumulatively.

On Tuesday, FTS #14 Challenger attracted 666 participants, filling in ₹6.70 Lakhs in overlays. The top 71 places benefitted from the value on offer, with each assured at least ₹15,200. The eight-handed final table resumed at 5 PM yesterday. Karan ‘shanky2507’ Mehta was second in chips on the FT and eliminated four players on the final day to win the fifth FTS 3.0 marquee for a career-best ₹7.72 Lakhs. Besting the 569-player field was Sunday’s Adda52 Millions sixth-place finisher Ankur ‘Aceleration’ Sehgal, who won the ₹3.82 Lakhs top prize after beating Mohit ‘Gandiaa’ Dhingra (2nd for ₹2.17 Lakhs) heads-up.
Sehgal had a fantastic run in August, scoring three standout scores, starting with a third-place finish in the APT #35 Super Highroller for a personal-best ₹9.30 Lakhs. He also placed fifth in the WPT India Super High Roller for ₹8.29 Lakhs before taking down his first WPT trophy in the WPT Gladiator for ₹7.88 Lakhs.
