Daily Majors: Dhinesh Kumar, Devendra Suthar, Siddhanth Kripalani & Anant Purohit Reel in Huge Scores in the Tuesday Flagships

On the heels of a rather electrifying Monday, where Spartan Poker’s Millionaire Series 5.0 dominated the action, Tuesday was even better as PokerStars India’s Galactic Series returned from its gap day!

In more good news for the small to mid-stakes players, PokerDangal’s Dangal Micro Value Series (September 8-11) kicks off tomorrow.

PokerGuru Staking pulled out another firecracker run yesterday, winning three flagship titles and posting a runner-up finish along with a litany of other deep runs.

The former The Millionaire LITE champion, Dhinesh Kumar, was among the top scorers yesterday. He added almost 7.40 Lakhs in Tuesday winnings across four deep runs, most prominently finishing runner-up in Spartan Poker’s MS #28 – Tuesday Millionaire for 7.11 Lakhs, courtesy of a three-way deal. A relatively new user, Amrit Bisoyi (1st for 8.94 Lakhs), and ‘WhatIffGawd’ (3rd for 6.18 Lakhs) made the podium in the Tuesday Millionaire.

Anant Purohit shipped Spartan Poker`s MS #30 (6-Max) for 2.62 Lakhs, picking up his maiden Millionaire Series title. Pratik Manjrekar collected 1.74 Lakhs in second place.

PokerGuru Ambassador Nadeem Basha (Won MS #27 for ₹1.18 Lakhs), Himanshu Chalukia (Won MS #29 for ₹1.06 Lakhs), and ‘Sanju0101’ (Won MS #31 – Turbo for ₹65,311) captured the other Millionaire Series titles on Tuesday.

Devendra Suthar pulled out a smashing run in Adda52’s The Mint, winning the flagship tournament for a career-best ₹3.85 Lakhs (won ₹4.06 Lakhs overall) and ending an over six-month-long title drought. Monday’s The Big Show winner PokerGuru Ambassador Vivek Singh kept his heater going by placing runner-up for ₹2.28 Lakhs (won ₹2.42 Lakhs overall).

Last week`s Godfather champion, Young Gun Siddhanth Kripalani, drove up the action on PokerBaazi by shipping The Endeavour for the third time last night for ₹3.11 Lakhs. He struck a heads-up deal with Siddharth Pandey (2nd for ₹3 Lakhs).

PokerGuru Ambassador Advait Rajguru (opted out of our tracking) conquered PokerBaazi’s (7-Max) SPRINT for ₹1.61 Lakhs, bagging his second title on the site in three days (won ₹3.18 Lakhs across two FT finishes). Shobhit Naveen collected ₹1.13 Lakhs in second place.

The NPS Gold Medallist Areyann Gurbaxani emerged victorious in PokerBaazi’s (7-Max) Daily SPRINT, winning the 7:30 PM marquee for the third time for ₹1.40 Lakhs (won ₹2.01 Lakhs overall). Shubham Tyagi finished runner-up for ₹98,270.

PokerGuru Ambassador Rony Chowdhury broke a month-long title curse after binking PokerStars India’s Galactic Series-40 [Saturn the Sixth] for ₹1.87 Lakhs (won ₹2.01 Lakhs overall across two deep runs).

Swapan Biswas took down MPL Poker’s Master Series #17 for 1.50 Lakhs, while Yaramala Kiran placed second for 1.05 Lakhs.

Nand Kishore, Anshu Pandey, Inzemaam Husain, Prem Gope, Suraj N Yadav, Kritika Singh, Sony Puthussery, Kashish Sachdev, and Rajneesh Thakur won the other Tuesday marquees.

While the 2022 WSOP is on its last legs, the Sunday online action back home was nothing short of electrifying, with Spartan Poker`s inaugural India Turbo Masters (ITM) playing down to a scintillating finale!

It was a terrific day for PokerGuru Staking all around. The stable`s head honcho Kartik Ved came within striking distance of winning his second WSOP bracelet in the 2022 WSOP Event #87: $5,000 8-Handed NLHE, finishing 4th for $172,103 (~1.37 Crores). Not too long before that, his stable mate PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish Ahuja won his first WSOP Circuit ring in WSOP Circuit Series Event #11 – $100K GTD NLHE Double Stack on WSOP.com for $28,883 (~23.09 Lakhs).

The user ‘Loot_era’ topped the Sunday charts after taking down Spartan Poker’s ITM #49 Main Event for a personal-best 28.11 Lakhs. ‘Sanju0101’ (2nd for 15.99 Lakhs) and Mohammad Azhar (3rd for 11.29 Lakhs) posted podium finishes in the ITM Main Event. Azhar cashed another three events, rounding up 11.69 Lakhs in Sunday winnings.

PokerGuru Ambassador Mithun Mahesh was the standout winner from the stable. The MTT pro fired up eight ITM finishes across his Sunday grind on domestic sites, banking an impressive 9.82 Lakhs (overall). He made two top finishes ( 5th & 11th place) in Spartan Poker’s ITM #49 – Main Event for 8.24 Lakhs (collectively) and finished sixth in PokerStars India’s Sunday Highroller (On-time Rake Refund) for 61,578.

The nine-time IOPC title winner Gopal Bajaj hit the Sunday jackpot, winning Spartan Poker’s ITM #46 Sunday Supersonic for a career-best 8.51 Lakhs. Vaibhav Arora came second for 5.40 Lakhs.

PokerGuru Ambassador Vivek Singh was another trailblazer for the team and filled in almost 8.16 Lakhs in Sunday winnings, including shipping the Adda52 Millions for 6.86 Lakhs (his second time winning the Sunday flagship title this year).

Young Gun Kanchan Sharma, part of the Indian contingent in Vietnam for the APT Summer Festival Hanoi VSOP, took down Adda52’s Mega Suits for 6.35 Lakhs.

Rising Star Aman Parakh made the victory march in PokerBaazi’s BSS SuperStack, netting 5.58 Lakhs in first-place prize money (6.94 Lakhs overall). The veteran poker pro Dhaval Mudgal collected 3.91 Lakhs in second place.

The two-time BSS SuperStack champion Siddharth Pandey was another chartbuster, and he raked in 3.69 Lakhs from two title victories and another FT finish. He won PokerBaazi’s BSS SPRINT for 1.89 Lakhs and Spartan Poker’s ITM #47 Hyper for 62,456.

The user ‘powertostar’ championed PokerStars India’s Sunday Special (On-time Rake Refund) for 2.84 Lakhs. ‘FHIRSE’ settled for a runner-up payday worth 1.72 Lakhs.

The #1 ranked player of the month, Vikranth Varma, took down Spartan Poker’s ITM #45 DST for 2.39 Lakhs, beating Utkarsh Vaish (2nd for 1.61 Lakhs) heads-up.
