The two-time Millionaire winner Vishal Tulsyan emerged as the day’s biggest winner as he took down IOPC#110 Wednesday Prime for ₹9.57 Lakhs and his career-first IOPC title. The IOPC #92 – Destiny winner, Pranay Chawla, came second for ₹5.96 Lakhs.
PokerGuru Ambassador Gokul Raj shipped Adda52’s Maverick for ₹3.11 Lakhs, chopping the top prize heads-up with PokerBaazi’s Holdem Boost DST winner Ankit Saurabh.

The featured event on Day 18 of the IOPC, the ₹50 Lakhs GTD IOPC#110 Wednesday Prime, wrangled in 938 entries, experiencing an overlay shortfall worth ₹3.10 Lakhs. The two-time The Millionaire winner Vishal ‘Tokio999’ Tulsyan walked away with the title and the day`s top score worth ₹9.57 Lakhs.
The Wednesday Prime title fetched Vishal Tulsyan, his first career IOPC title. He cashed in two other IOPC events on Wednesday, cumulatively earning ₹9.69 Lakhs.

The IOPC showstopper, the ₹3.50 Crores GTD IOPC – The Crown, added 388 entrants on Day 1C, and 53 runners made it through to Day 2. Ghanshyam ‘Tiger10’ Tripathi (266,886), Avneesh ‘IamAM’ Munjal (224,414), and Nishaanth ‘ephemeral’ Shanmughasundaram (218,928) topped the day-end chip counts.
The ₹40 Lakhs GTD IOPC Value Mine filled in 683 entries on Day 1C. After the stipulated 27 levels of play, only 64 runners were left standing. The first week of the ongoing IOPC July Edition is now in the books, and the series had eight events running on Sunday, and seven of them played down to a champion.
PokerGuru Ambassadors were a dominating force, with three of them winning Sunday flagship titles.
This weekend’s biggest draw was the second of the six IOPC marquee tourneys, the ₹1.50 Crore GTD IOPC United. The flagship event played down to the eight-handed final table last night, with PokerGuru Ambassador Vishal Bajaj (7,409,680) grabbing the final table chip lead. The FT commences at 5 PM today.
The biggest guaranteed event to play down to a champion last night was the IOPC#46 Sunday Prime. PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh Pal Singh walked away with the title and a ₹8.55 Lakhs payday after chopping the title heads-up with Mohit Bhati (runner-up for ₹8.21 Lakhs). Singh added ₹11.08 Lakhs in Sunday winnings on the back of seven ITM finishes.
Coming back to Vishak Bajaj, the PokerGuru Staking team member was in spectacular form last night. He not only bagged the chip lead on the IOPC United final table but also took down Adda52’s Deepstack Madness and placed fourth in PokerBaazi’s BSS#4 SuperStack, pocketing ₹6.70 Lakhs overall. He will be the player to watch out for on the IOPC United FT today.
Sachin Hurkat championed the Adda52 Millions for ₹5.45 Lakhs, following a heads-up deal with Anish Garg (runner-up for ₹5.41 Lakhs).
The third PokerGuru Staking member to make it to the Sunday winner’s list was Ashish Munot, who took down PokerBaazi’s BSS#4 SuperStack for ₹4.42 Lakhs.
The former IOPC leaderboard topper Bhanu Prakash KC made his way back at the top of the leaderboard standings after winning the IOPC D’Lite for ₹4.06 Lakhs.

The second marquee event of the ongoing IOPC July edition, the ₹1.50 Crore GTD IOPC United, played down to its eight-handed final table on Sunday night. The 5,500 entry buy-in tourney registered 3,067 entries, collecting a whopping ₹1.53 Crores prize pool. Day 2 began with 389 survivors (273 unique), and only the top 382 were to get paid. Goonjan ‘gmtesting’ Mall bubbled the final table, finishing ninth for ₹1.91 Lakhs.

The day’s biggest winner emerged in the ₹50 Lakhs GTD IOPC#46 Sunday Prime. The former IOPC The Crown champion PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh ‘LuckyBhai$’ Pal Singh trounced a 1,098-entry field to clinch the lion’s share of the ₹54.90 Lakhs prize pool worth ₹8.55 Lakhs following a heads-up chop with the mystery user ‘jacktheripper’ (runner-up for ₹8.21 Lakhs).
This was Laksh Pal Singh’s first title victory in over a month, with his previous win coming in PokerStars India’s Summer Series – 126 The Big Crunch on June 13. It took nine hours and thirty-four minutes of non-stop play before Vikram ‘MentalScience’ Mishra shipped the tourney for ₹2.05 Lakhs. Pranav ‘pranav40973’ Agrawal finished runner-up for ₹1.25 Lakhs. The Weekly HighRoller deep run happens to be the 2020 leaderboard topper Gaurav Sood`s second consecutive day placing runner-up in a flagship tourney. On Thursday, he took second place in Adda52’s Godfather for ₹3.82 Lakhs.
The Weekly HighRoller runner-up score and three other ITM finishes helped Sood jump two places to the #1 position on the 2021 leaderboard standings with ~₹1.46 Crores in recorded winnings.
